Hello!  I created a short attestation document and checked for accessibiliy, all was good. I used Adobe's signaure requester for someone to sign the document.  Now that I have it back, it's inluded a "final audit report" showing the history of the document. But this is reading as an image with no tags or anything so it's getting many flags from the accessibity checker. However, since it's certified signed, it won't really let me make any edits. Is there anything I can do to fix this? 

So I signed up for Adobe acrobat and I'm trying to edit my cookbook that I'm writing for Kindle and I've already paid money for a monthly subscription and then I have to pay extra to ask AI something? And when I get to my editing page for my cookbook I can't even click on the page and hit enter so the cursor goes down another line. And it's supposed to be user-friendly. I can't even type a word on the page to edit my cookbook. Is it some sort of joke? I'm paying $20 and I can't even find the page break. Do you even have a page break? So disappointed that everything in this life is all about money sign up for this pay us you can have this if you pay us that what a joke.

I have a crossword puzzle PDF that I would like to convert into a fillable form for my students to use on their Chromebooks.  Using the Prepare form wizard isn't working exactly as I want.  Is there a different way to convert the Crossword boxes into a fillable format using Acrobat?

Hi all,I often use the Office Lens app on my iPhone to scan short documents, as it generally creates higher quality and more readable scans than our Xerox. In the past, enhancements and edits I saved as PDF from Lens rendered perfectly in the desktop version of Acrobat Pro, but now the text is skewed and the orientation correction leaves weird angled black artifacts at the margins of the page. Using the online Adobe suite to open these files does not create the same issue.  Is there a setting to bring back this valuable integration? The Document filter in Office Lens is far faster and more seamless than trying to achieve the results directly in Acrobat Pro. My current version of the Desktop app is displayed as "Continuous Release | Version 2025.001.20435"Thank you!

Both Adobe Acrobat and Reader (both 2025.1.20438) crash when I do a select text and copy from a particular file. This is on MacOS Sonoma 14.7.5.  I then opened up a Windows 11 VM running Reader 2025.1.20435 and got exactly the same result (!).  Crash is a bit delayed, right-click, copy, go to target, go to paste, BOOM Acrobat gone.I'm attaching the lethal file. 

I have tried to uninstall it many times and then it is a little better, but then it goes back to being slow when scrolling.   I appreciate any help

Everyone at my organization has new Acrobat. Mine opened at first in new Acrobat, then started reverting to old, and along with it every time I open a pdf I have to wait for it to sign me in, and I get every blue popup asking if I want this or that as if it's the first time I'm signing in.I work with thousands of pdfs per month and this has slowed me down substantially. I've tried two total uninstall/reinstalls - each time the first couple of times I'm in there it's new Acrobat and things move quickly, then it reverts back. I have an online Adobe account, and I can't help but think these settings are coming from there, but I can't get rid of them. I've tried unchecking sync across devices and it doesn't work. I've tried Enable New Acrobat - it restarts right back to the old one. Any ideas?

I have several yes/no radio button groups on a form I've created. If the answer to question one is "yes" then question two is skipped, and you move on to question three. I've tried the suggestions I've found for adding javascript, but I just can't seem to get it right. Any help?

Hello community, I would like to create a form with this PDF, where in the second part of the page, if I click on the icon, for example, Mono, it will display the corresponding code '1' in the CODE section above, and similarly for the other values like Beam, Installation, and CCT, ultimately composing the final code. I’ve tried using Adobe forms, but the functionality is too limited. Any suggestions on how I can do this? Thank you.

Hi, I would like to share my experience using Adobe Acrobat. In 2023, I filled out my tax form and saved it on my laptop using Adobe Acrobat. Later, when I needed to check some information from that form, I opened the saved file and found it completely blank. I was shocked. At first, I assumed I had made a mistake and hadn’t saved the form properly.I tried to work around the issue without the original form, which caused me a great deal of inconvenience. A year later, after purchasing a new laptop, I transferred all my important files to the new device. To my surprise, when I opened the same PDF file on the new laptop, the completed form—with all the data—was visible. However, without making any changes, I closed the file. When I reopened it again, it was blank. I was completely confused. I’ve always relied on Adobe Acrobat, so I began searching for answers online. I am running into issues opening PDF documents in our SharePoint Online environment in desktop Acrobat. We have the SPO-Adobe integration setup in our environment. When I click on a PDF in SPO it opens the document in Adobe Document Cloud. In Document Cloud there is a button to open the file in desktop and when I do it opens Acrobat but I get the following error: Has anyone else ran into this issue or have suggestions to try? 

Hi. I need some help please. Every month my employer sends me an email with a link to their servers where I can download my payslip (in pdf file).  I usually download it and open it on my phone. The file is password protected. Today (when I wanted to see a payslip from two months ago) I downloaded it again from their servers and it was altered. They modified some stuff in it. They screwed something up and now they obviously want to destroy the evidence. Wait for it. I then found the same payslip that I downloaded it to my phone two months ago and it was altered as well. How the hell can they do that? Did they hack my phone somehow?How can I see the original file and expose them?  Unfortunately I don't have any screenshots of the original file. I thought the pdf file was safely stored on my phone.  I really appreciate your help,Mike

Hi, Im using the adobe share files with comments enabled to have a file that several users can access and highlight / draw in on different tablets. But despite removing the checkers for pop-up behaviour and reinstalling / cleaning Adobe i cant get rid of it, every time a line is added or something is highlighted a damn comment pop-up shows up prompting the need for a comment.  This is making the program lag and adobe eventually crashing every 3rd second until restarted on all devices, mobile or tablet. Whenever I try to perform OCR recognition on a scanned Simplified Chinese document on Adobe Acrobat Pro desktop, an error message pops up: Acrobat could not perform Text Recognition on this page because: Unknown error (see uploaded screenshot). The scanning quality is high. English documents scanned in the same way can be easily recognized through OCR. Meanwhile, the simplified Chinese OCR works fine on Android App. When performing Simplified Chinese OCR recognition on the Android app, the app prompts me to download the Simplified Chinese language pack. However, there is no such prompt on the desktop software. I'm not sure if the problem is due to the lack of the language pack. But I've searched through preferences settings and haven't found the place to download the OCR language pack.  - Environment: Windows 11, Adobe Acrobat Pro (Continuous Release 2025.001.20435 64-bit)

Very simple post, Adobe says that using the combiner is free. Twice. Yet it is not and instead requires a paid subscription. Why? Please fix Adobe.

I have downloaded a 32 page document that I want to open in Acrobat. However, it shows up in landscape mode, and I need it to be in portrait mode so I can read it. I can't for the life of me figure out how to change the orientation. Any help greatly appreciated! Thanks.
