I was trying to print a pdf and it would not print no matter what io did. No codes or messages. Nothing. I have a new HP PC and sought support from them. The person enrolled me in trial acrobat extension. I was telling him that it is a cost related extension. The person said, dont worry. Its the reader version. That is what i believe i had for years and I had other work than to sit and stare at the screen.; So I let hime do it with a warning that I didnt want a pay version or a trial. It worked and printed my PDF. So today I see an error text on my Chrome  and go to see why. It needed my to check off that it was an extension. As I am working through it it looks like exactly what I dont need. So, I want to get out of it if it is going to cost me and I dont think I need it. Do I? also I cant find any way to accomplish getting information unless I go to a forum. Can someone help me get support? Please Thanks 

The above issue happened to me overnight.  Yesterday, I had "combine files" under right click menu, today I do not.  ALso, the "convert to adobe" option has disappeared as well.  I use this feature all day, everyday, the right click option is so convenient.  I am not comfortable messing with registry, my IT company is no longer in business.  I have restarted my computer to no avail.  Any other suggestions?  My adobe software is so old, should I update it? 

Adobe gives the following instructions but for me, step 4 is missing. That is, File > Save As does not offer PDF as one of the options.  Everything works fine up til step 4.  I also looked under File>Export as and this also does not offer PDF as an option. Estou com a versão do Adobe Reader atual, quando abro qualquer PDF só para visualizar, pede login. Faço o login e depois pede assinatura de planos do Adobe e o aplicativo fecha sozinho, não permitindo nem visualizar o arquivo.

I have text boxes in Word for document headers and footers. They contain STYLEREF fields, pulling the most recent instance of Heading 1 into each text box. When I export to tagged PDF, each of these headers or footers has extraneous characters at the beginning. For example, the first Heading 1 is "1. Situation." (This is flat text, not autonumbered.) In the PDF it reads "0B1. Situation." A later Heading 1 is "5. Oversight, Coordinating Instructions, & Communications." It becomes "4B5. Oversight, Coordinating Instructions, & Communications" in the PDF. Attached are screen captures of the field in the Word doc and of the result in PDF. I am using Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise, Microsoft® Word for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2208 Build 16.0.15601.20676) 64-bit and Adobe Acrobat Pro Version 23.001.20143.0. How can I get rid of these extraneous characters, short of unlinking all the fields and turning them into flat text?

I have two PDFs with the same number of pages. One is original, and the other is translated one.How can I merge these 2 files into one, with organizing pages one by one? ex. p1 : original page (p1 in 1st file), p2 : translated page of 1st original page (p1 in 2nd file),      p3 : original page (p2 in 1st file), p4 : translated page of 2nd original page (p2 in 2nd file),      and so on.

Hi all,We've embedded an Adobe web form into our website (we use WordPress/Elementor) via an iframe. It works fine on desktop, but on mobile, users can't scroll horizontally or vertically— so they can’t accept Adobe's T&Cs or sign the form.Our web designer believes this is an Adobe issue. Has anyone else run into this? Is there specific HTML code needed to make iframes work properly on phones?Thanks!

Hi everyone,After the last acrobat pro update I'm facing on issue within the file conversion from power point to pdf. I'm converting the big documents and the link in the object boxes are not working only the ones blue colored in the texts are working properly. I'm sending the sceenshots for the comparison and overview. Before the latest update if was working properly but for now it's not taking the links inserter into the objects just the ones in the text (blue colored). Could you please help me with that?

I have a legal document that I need to file and I'm having trouble with the font auto-resizing. The document itself uses Times Roman 12 pt for the non-fillable sections. The fields on the fillable sections are all set to the same font and the same size. However, if I start filling the fields they auto-resize and change the font face to fit the field length. I don't want them to do this. From what I see, these field properties are setup correctly, so why are they resizing and changing the font? Here are the properties of the fields:   And here is what is happening to them when the text is too long

I want a form that has a 5" square of a single color. One of the form fields would be an input for the amount of 'greyscale' used for that color. If the color is cyan and there is a form field that I would input the percentage of 'greyscale' for that color. It would still be cyan but the 'greyscale' would be controled by the value in the field.

I recently installed creative cloud to my Mac and I am having issues opening PDFs in Acrobat. I'm getting the following error. Example: document named "Timeline.pdf""Apple could not verify "Timeline.pdf" is free of malware that may harm your Mac or compromise your privacy."It gives me the option of clicking DONE or MOVE TO TRASH.I googled and I found that if I go to privacy and security and click on "Open Anyway", it'll open the document in Acrobat. But I'm having to do this for every single document I try to open with Acrobat.I tried deleting and re-installing creative cloud as well as acrobat, I tried restarting my Mac and I tried shutting down completely and starting the Mac again.Can someone please help me?
