J'ai un Acrobat 9 Pro et j'ai systématiquement ce message à l'affichage :"progression de la préparation du contenu". J'ai une version Acrobat 9 PRO Extended 9.0.0avec un windows 10 22H2J'ai trouvé d'autre réponses à ce problèmes mais je n'ai aps la même fenêtre de paramètres. Help

When I select only a few layers on a page, I can see the layers being removed as I do it. I print the page and ALL the layers print. I look at the pages tool and it still shows all the layers, even though on the main screen it shows that I only have a few selected. I need to be able to print only selected layers. I've tried restarting my pc. I have signed in and out. I have gone back to the Adobe acrobat before the update. This is happening in multiple files.

I am trying to purchase Acrobat Pro for business licenses but I cannot get to edit the billing as it doesn't show anything and I cannot purchase because there is an error... 

Good morning.   I use Adobe Acrobat Canada and I'm trying to locate protocols from Adobe Acrobat on how they comply with PIPEDA laws related to the storage of customer data on servers outside of Canada.  I get gettng sent an article about the use of eSignatures, but I want details on the storage of  Candadian data on cloud servers located outside of Canada, and what protocols are in place from Adobe to ensure compliane with PIPEDA.

In the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, comments have to be completed by resetting the status instead of just checking a box. This requires clicking on the three dots, opening the Set Status menu and selecting Completed. Three clicks instead of one.I understand that someone must have requested more statuses instead of just Completed (rejected, hold, etc.) so completed was bundeled into the new function. However, the files I have to process routinely have 1000 or more individual changes that I have to complete (big files). That's a lot of extra clicks just to complete a change!I vote we keep the menu of new stauses for those that need it, but restore the Completed checkbox!

Is there a way to combine pdfs without losing digital signatures? If not, why not?

Team,Have been looking all day and cannot find a solution that allows me to select a military CaC certificate and sign a PDF (drag/drop signature field) or a signature field on a form.  This is a must have for any DoD, and most government employees.My Chromebook uses my CaC as designed, and I can authenticate into various CaC enabled websites such as AKO, Webmail, and Defense Travel System.None of the Chrome Web Store extensions work, and I have installed the various Adobe signature apps in the Android Play Store.  None of them allow certificate signature.Thanks in advance for your assistance!

I have a PDF that I've created a standard image form field on...Click on the icon and browse to find your image, and it appears in the PDF.I would like a separate field to also display that same image's file name.Can this be automated easily? I can't find an exact answer, and none of the JS I've tried have work. I want end product to look like this, where the image file name is displayed and self-populates based upon whatever image is chosen.

Hi thereI have created a document with pitch.app. usually i export it to pdf to review it again. for some reason the latest export has issues with the fonts, i am not able to see the fonts. when i send the same document to my friend everything is alright. if i open the document with any other tool on my macbook (not from adobe) it works fine... what could be the issue?my setup is: apple m1 pro16gbmacos sequoia 15.3.2adobe acrobat pro

I have an expense report that has fields for "New Charges" and "Credits". Each of these comes from a set of data listed as "Amount.x". (Think a long row of charges named Amount.1, Amount.2... so on). I want "New Charges" to be the sum of numbers greater than or equal to 0, and "Credits" to be the sum of anything less than 0.  How do I write a script for these?

Hi! I'm trying to convert my pdf which I created in Vellum to have a different color background for the text pages and white font for the lettering. I've been able to change the background, but only on completely blank pages. Even when I change the font color manually and put an image behind it, it doesn't work that way either. I'm about to pull my hair out. HALP PLEASE.

I want to buy older version Adobe Acrobat Version 10.6 for a new Mac.  My new Adobe Acrobat Pro does not create permanent watermarks.  

Very weird issue. When clicking in a text field that has text entered already, Acrobat will what looks like duplicates the current text over the top. When you press backspace to delete the text, it will remove one the duplicates characters, but it leaves the other copy in the text box still. But if you click into another box, it will remove the text that was deleted.So if you enter the word "text" into an empty text box, it will show the word text as normal. But then if you click in another text box and then go back to the text box with the word text in it, it will put the word text over the top of the word text again. And if you delete for example "xt" from text, it will show "text" but also a copy of "te" over the te in text. Then if you click in another box, the text will then just show "te". So it does delete the text you've deleted but only shows the result after clicking in another box. It's not a duplicate field issue and the program used is Adobe Acrobat version 25.02

Good afternoon,I have been trying for hours now to save a large Word file, in the .docx format (130 Mb, 400 pages) to a PDF, with no success. I am on MacOS Ventura, Word v16, Acrobat Pro 2023. Here is what I have tried:* From Word, File, Save As, PDF, Best for printing: works but all the hyperlinks and the table of content is gone.* From Word, File, Save As, PDF, Best for electronic distribution and accessibility (Microsoft online service): can't export file, This version of Word can't export to this type of file because the file is too large. Generally, a file that is larger than 40MB is too big to export. I understand the above two options are native to Microsoft. I am on the trial version of Acrobat Pro Desktop, as I thought it would allow me to do what I want. I've had the problem of Adobe PDF Printer / Distiller Slowing down when "checking fonts" after a while it will create the pdf, but because of our workflow this amount of time is very annoying and slows down the day, we work to a scrict deadline so you can imagine having a program became suspended is not the best.Recently however, I think I have worked out the problem, when creating the pdf it seems that Distiller checks 4 directorys for fonts to embed into the document, 2 of these directorys are mapped to the same network drive where we keep our company wide collection of fonts, this collection is old and massive including about 10,000 font files, I think whats happening is distiller is checking these directorys for fonts and becuase its massive and it may be checking it twice it slows down and takes ages.The next problem is I cant seem to tell Distiller not to check those folders, I have removed them from the Distiller program but according to the job options the pdfs are made with th

After latest update of Adobe Reader (Desktop) : Comment pop up opens up whenever I underline a text.This is happening even when I have not selected "Automatically open comment pop ups for comment other than notes" in Commenting Preferences. This is very irritating when one wants to have a continuous reading. { Though pop up not opens when Comment App(pan) remains opened, but that is not reader friendly.} Also, after underlining, I cannot scroll down the page using keyboard; all time I have to select hand cursor--> click somewhere on the document--> then I can scroll down. Super frustrated with the process of trying to make a custom dynamic stamp work in Acrobad Pro DC, and if there's a community area for just downloading stuff contributed by people who've made this work, someone please tell me. I am trying to make a custom dynamic stamp based on the provided stamps. I want a simple box, like the provided dynamic stamps, with the text "POSTED" and the date and time that the stamp is applied. I've tried making my own and EITHER:A: the timestamp field doesn't update and every stamp contains the time the stamp PDF file was saved; ORB: the stamp includes the whole white page around the graphic, and overlay of a full page sheet on top of the document I am trying to stamp. Neither of these serve the purpose. What I want should be very, very simple, and yet It. Does. Not. Work. I design a publication for print and web in InDesign. The document contains lots of images and a couple hundred hyperlinks, which I set up in the ID hyperlinks panel. When I export it as an interactive PDF, everything looks and works fine, but the file size is almost 10Mb. If I Save As Optimized PDF, it is reduced by about 3 megabytes and still looks good, but many hyperlinks quit working. In particular: if the link text is all caps; if the link text is in a shaded/colored textbox; if a long link breaks across 2 lines (oddly, some that break still work fine).In addition, any hyperlink destinations for a specific page within the PDF completely disappear. I've unchecked everything relating to hyperlinks and bookmarks in the Optimization options, to no avail.What am I doing wrong?

Hello, I am learning Adobe Express and Adobe Acrobat Pro and own a Creative Cloud license. I want to use the features to edit and style PDF files in Adobe Express. But the functionality is missing for me. Because there are several similar posts here, I tried to follow the solutions and tried different PDFs created with Acrobat and Adobe Express. And I tested with Englisch and German as language configured in Adobe Acrobat. And I watched several videos explaining these functionalities. But the functionalities are still not available for me in Acrobat Pro on my MacBook and also not in Acrobat Web.Thank you very much for your help,Jens

Hello! This is a dumb question, but I could not find an answer anywhere or figure it out myself... I am using Acrobat Pro and am the creator of the document. I send it out, have people fill out the text fields, and send it back for my review. I am attempting to open the text fields, highlight text, and attach a comment to specific lines/sentences to provide feedback. However, once I click the comment tool, it deselects the text field and only permits selection of text outside fillable fields. Is there any way around this? I appreciate any help! Thanks!
