How do I resolve Error 2725 Invalid Database Table issue when installing Acrobat Pro update?

We are trying to deploy the latest Acrobat update 24.003.20112 using Microsoft Configuration Manager. About half of our devices the update fails with error code 1642: "The upgrade cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade." The computers that report this issue seem to have the 24.003.20054 version installed.

I have a form that I am building that has a drop box that will auto populate a text field based on what the end user selects..  I also need the user to be able to overwrite that information with their own in the populated text field.  I’ve searched, but cannot find a solution that works for what I need.  When the populated text is overwritten, it defaults back to  the original text.  Any help would be appreciated., thank you.

On a rarely used legacy computer, I still have Adobe installed and activated.  Now, trying to move my application to another machine, it says I must deactivate first, but deactivation fails and there is no work around provided, no help phone support, no support of any type for that matter, other than the community of other users. Does anyone have a workaround for this or a number I can call Adobe and get a resolution so that I can continue using the software which I purchased long ago and still want to utilize.

Is there a way to turn off the pop up that says "This comment has replies. Deleting this comment will also delete any replies to it."? I work a lot with edits and the comment tools in Acrobat, so it's annoying to constantly have to click out of this when I'm quickly deleting comments. 

I am trying to edit an old pdf file that I did a few years ago with acrobat 11 pro, using acrobat pro 2024. Original file had only three elements:plants image-1logo-2text box-3But here when I try to edit it it seoerates in to so many different images which I won't be able to replace image-1 with another?. How can I overcome this ?

Just in the last two weeks when I try to share a document by email, when I click on share I get a large box with enlarged and blurry text in it.   I'm unable to enter anything in the box.    Any help is appreciated.   

Hello again community!I come before you with a challenge that has probably been debated before but for which I have not yet found a solution. I created a PDF file that contains 16 pages. The first page is filled with several fields and formulas that autocomplete the other 15 pages. All good and beautiful, but I encounter a problem that I can't solve.The file actually contains the template of an employment contract and one of the fields displays the employee's function. There are about six different jobs, each with a job description page, which means I should add six different pages to the file. How can I make the page with the job description with the selected job automatically becames visible when I select one of the jobs in the dropdown field and the other job files remain hidden. I mention that each page that contains the job description will be filled in automatically according to the information entered in the first page. Hi community, Got a weird bug here.  Whenever me or my team try to convert a Word document generated by Power Automate to a PDF, there is a chance the file will not allow us and we get this error:Unable to open the document:<PATH HERE>Please check to see if you have read permission for the above file. We all have read permission, we can generate the PDF when printing with Adobe PDF while in the document.  Any ideas?

"An error has occurred. Please try again.""Access token provided is invalid or has expired." I have reinstalled, rebooted, even unsubscribed and resubscribed... to no avail. I have had to subscribe to DocuSign to get things done. Please Adobe, it shouldn't be this difficult!

I have been using Acrobat with zero issues until today. When I click "save-as"the window opens but I cannot save. I have tried suggested folders as well as "choose a different folder" and when selected, the window disappears but nothing opens. I have gone through several recommendations listed here, updated, repaired installation, uninstalled and re-installed. I have restarted multiple times and I can find no solution. I have also checked to see if any of my other programs/apps have updated and still, no joy. Since my son just asked, yes, I paid my bill. LOL

Is there a way to scan an entire PDF as oppsed to it scanning as I scroll down page by page?  Does this make sense?  I need to edit an entire 300 Page document and I would love to just scan the entire document and walk away while it's scanning and come back to it ready to be edited.  As it is now, its starts the "Converting scanned page to editable text and images" process on every page. Thanks!

I am currently working in a audit company. We are required to put stamps in our pdf files infront of certain words.For example if the text is "xxx company" then we place a stamp infront or above the text throughout the pdf.Right now we are doing it manually by searching the name and then inserting the stamp.Could anyone please tell me if there is a way where I can enter the text and Adobe Acrobat places the stamp on / infront of that text automatically for me ?  

Hello, First - I used the Adobe Scan tool to scan a ton of archival documents at the national archives.  Apparently the Scan App was having issues THE WEEK I was there so I also snapped photos of each page.  Since then, every time I download any PDFs from my Google Drive to my MAC and open in Acrobat Pro the quality of the PDF's are TERRIBLE.  It is very important for me to have high resolution/quality whatever because these are old documents to start with, but Arcobat seems to be making them BLURRY!  I have tried the Optimize tool and unchecked having it make the file smaller (tried both ways) I also tried "Save As Other" and chose the PDF/X option.  Essentially I need my high quality pics/scans TO STAY High Quality for Print or online usage. I spent all of last weekend removing adobe and creative cloud twice from my Mac (even after using uninstaller tool it spreads like a disease through my machine) , which resulted in having to wipe the whole machine.&n

Hello,I'm building a sign-up form template for 1-on-1 Q&A sessions (20-minutes each throughout an entire day) that have limited capacity, and I don't want folks with flexible morals to be able to overwrite someone else's claim to a particular spot.Is there a way to setup text boxes so that once someone enters information (name) into the box that it their particular selected text box is no longer able to be edited?Thanks!Seth

Hi, I am inserting several flattened versions of a form into one PDF, but the new inserts always default to the original page. Yes, the fillable boxes have the same field name from document to document when they are in fillable form. I'm flattening with Microsoft Print to PDF and by signing the document, but they are still acting like the fillable boxes are live and duplcating the information from the first version.

Have a dropdown component need; new (untrained & self taught) user here - any good step-by-step instructions available on this tite or community threads anyone can suggest? TY in advance! 

When using adobe acrobat pro dc and I leave a pdf open and untouched. The page I am viewing goes blank as well as the next couple of pages. I have to close out adobe and restart my machine. Otherwise any other pdf I open will have random blank pages in the file.I have already reinstalled from the web site. Ran repair on it. Yet the issue continues. Any help would be great

Hello, I recently downloaded Adobe Pro (64-bit) through my position, which is federal. This requires several "hoops" to jump through to download and install the application.   After finally getting approval and getting Pro downloaded and installed, I am running into a couple issues.   The first of which is Error 105: "The document could not be saved. There was a problem reading this document."   The second of which is "the document could not be signed." I checked the document Properties and Security and signing is allowed.    Both of these issues are preventing me from being able to do my job effectively and in a timely manner, so any assistance in fixing these issues would be greatly appreciated!       [Acrobat added to subject by moderator. When I almost finishing the processo to sign a pdf digital document with a A3 valid certificate, the follow message appears: "Invalid ASN1 tag value". The error code is 2148086027". Could someone help me?

We have been using a customized package on Acrobat Pro for 1 year successfully. Since we have a VDI environment we could not install Reader and Acrobat Pro at the same time in the Golden Image. Hence we use the Suppress sign-in feature, so that those who do not have a licence still can view pdf i Acrobat. Those with licence sign in and get access to all features.This however stopped working just the other day. Those who sign in with licence get the same message as those not signing in when trying to for example create or edit files. "You don't have access to this feature, contact your IT-admin". Trying the customized package again with out the suppress sign in feature enabled it works fine for those that sign in, they get their licenced features. But of course those without login can't use it as the program will close if you don't sign in. I called support and they said that they had made some changes in the last days, something related to AI also. And he said that you now need an Ente

I am exporting a tagged PDF to HTML using Adobe Acrobat, and the process works as expected. The resulting HTML stores the images from the document in a separate folder. However, the issue lies with the alt attribute in the <img> tags. All the <img> tags have the same alt text: alt="image".       <img width="718" height="403" alt="image" src="mytest_files/Image_001.png" /> <img width="718" height="403" alt="image" src="mytest_files/Image_002.png" />       Why doesn't the converted HTML retain the original alternate text from the PDF? Is there a way to preserve the alternate text in the exported document?

I have a paid subscription and have been successfully using the adobe web version to convert Microsoft Word 2002 documents into PDFs and combine PDFs. I just used it Monday, and it worked fine.  Today, however, it is saying " The file is either password protected, encrypted or is a PDF form that could not be combined to generate the PDF file."  I haven't done anything different from what I normally do.  I don't know what the problem could be.  I thought that maybe perhaps the adobe site is down or something.  Does anyone have any suggestions of how I can fix this problem? 

I keep getting this error message when I try to manually zoom using a keyboard shortcut for Mac: "Raise without Handler Error". I have Version 2025.005.20320. Please help, this is very frustrating as I cant view documents as easily. 

This is hard to explain, but in short: sometimes artwork disappears behind an unseen white mask that I cannot get rid of. And sometimes it does not. All my artwork appears correct however. The only way around it is to CTRL-X and CTRL-V. While this works to an extent, it removes any and all effects if an object had anything. Below is an example: The grey box is stretched outward, but due to this white mask, you cannot see it. And it has an effect on it that is removed from the aforementioned method. Adobe Acrobat Pro 32-bit. Any help would be appreciated.
