Hi, I'm using Acrobat Pro on my mac and i can't find out how can i resize (dimension of file) the pdf. Please HELP ME!!!Thank you

I've created an interactive PDF in InDesign 2023 and exported it as an interactive PDF in the most current version of Acrobat. The text is vertically centered in the field.  Apparently I can't do it in InDesign and I have to align the text in Acrobat, but there's no way to grab the text field. I'm fairly new to Interactive forms in ID/Acrobat. I've Googled this and it's making me crazy. Can anyone tell me how to vertically align it to the top of the field?

Totally frustrated, after cancelling a pay plan my free version isn't working when I open a file. it opens then shuts down

Pretty much as I stated above.  I have the full Acrobat Pro DC - billed yearly.  When trying to edit a PDF etc, it won't let me and instead asks me to subscribe or upgrade.I've gone into my account and it all looks in order there - so why is it not registering that I do have full access.  Do I need to uninstall and reinstall?

Hello, I have been unable to save anything in acrobat because my pop up on my Macbook comes up completely blank(See attached image). I have done everything i could find online to try to fix the issue including: 1. Acrobat>Preferences>General> checking the box for "show online storage when saving files" 2. System Settings>Privacy & Security> Full Disk Acess3. System Settings>Privacy & Security> Acessibility 4. I have tried to work around this by hitting print then trying to print to PDF but I get a message that it is not supported. 5. My computer has more than enough storage space available.Are there any other things I can try? I am unable to do my job if I cant save documents. Please help!

I have a client who asked if there is a way to grow/shrink text boxes based on amount of text (dollar amounts in this case).Also, I've got the form set up with 4 bullet areas, but they wondered if it's possible to add bullets, as a user, based on whether they need the space or not. So, start out with 1 bullet area, but add bullets as they type. Is this even possible?

Trying to use the Acrobat AI to add up totals from a cc statement for certain categories, it did it fine a couple of times now it tells me it's against guidelines. It starts, lists about 2 things then gives me the message. Luckily I'm still within the trial period so I will cancel it, but that's ridiculous.  

I have a PDF created by someone else and don't have the source file. I want to create an editable PDF with form fields, some of which need to retain existing text in the form fields - but which the client can then edit if necessary. I'm sure there is a way to create a form with retained text in form fields but can't seem to find it !! Any help gratefully received 🙂

Hello! I am trying to solve a view problem with bookmarks. I have set my bookmarks and sub-bookmarks within a document and they work well. However, when I select a bookmark, it shows that section in the middle of my viewable screen instead of the top of my viewable screen. Is there a way to change this so that whatever bookmark I click automatically displays at the very top of my viewable screen? For example, in the image, how can I make the bookmark for section 9 show at the very top of my screen? Thank you! 

Hi, This happens occassionally across the whole organization.  When we receive a PDF and in the first "Fill and Sign" attempt, the selected signature disappears when we paste it onto the form.  In the 2nd attempt, the signature remains.   So some users who do not notice the first attempted signature has disappeared and email the "approved" form with missing signature. Does anyone has a way to fix this? Thank you. Mark 

It seems that "Keep tool selected" is defaulted to "on" in the new interface.  How do you turn it off or default to off?

I am making a pdf for my senior center.   Inside of the pdf  I would like to insert another pdf.   When someone clicks on this pdf it opens in a browser.   I would like to have it open in a pdf.  Not the browser. Is this possible ? thank you Paul [Email removed]

Out of nowhere all my pdfs in acrobat have a green background when zoomed to fit one page (default when opening pdfs). If I zoom in or out it dissapears. All I can find online is someone saying it could be HDR but I turned that off and it didn't fix.   

I am having two issues that may be related.  I am on a Mac, current OS and Acrobat DC Pro up to date as well.  I am having frequent app crashes.  Also, some files will not sync through google drive for desktop.  The simply try to sync but they never finish.  If I open some files (and I do not edit or save them, only view) causes my mac to see the file as being modified, and a sync starts that wont finish.  I suspect it has something to do with my fonts - I say this becuase I get errors about some fonts not being available (even thought they are in my font book).  Its becoming a problem for using acrobat, but also for syncing my files.  Has anyone seen this, any ideas on how to fix.  Having been using these tools for a long time, this is new.  And coincided with intalling some fonts in my font book.   Thanks.

Hello as title really. If I want to export a PDF as jpegs, I cannot do it to a onedrive folder, it briefly shows the export line then it dissapears.I can export to the desktop and other folders no problem. Not sure where the blame lies?

E-Sign Autofill Corrections How do I make a correction to the e-sign auto-fill options?  Example:  John Smith signs contracts using the email address jsmith@email.com.  Accidentally, once it was entered as jsmuth@email.com.  Now, the auto-fill is populating the incorrect email address at each occasion.  Is there a way to clear out this individual auto-fill, or alternatively to clear out them all so that it can be corrected? Thank you.

I have been using Adobe Acrobat Pro to esign contracts since March 20  i would like to down load a list of the email addresses we have used since that date in a manageable form CSV or similar.   is there any way of doing this instead of manually going through and harvesting the data from each contract? struggling to ask tech support but hoped there was a way to do this   thank you
