Hi,Up until a couple weeks ago, when I would open a pdf to review/edit, mark it up, and I could click Save As and it would bring up the folder of the previously saved file location. Now, for some reason, everytime I go to Save As, instead of showing the folder where the pdf I opened resides, it shows me a window with only the only options of my desktop or downloads folder. I then have to click the "Choose a different folder" and manually redirect to the originating folder with the pdf. Since part of my job is to review and comment on pdfs, it has become very a cumbersome process. All my other Adobe apps (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) default, Save As, to the previous folder, but for some reason, Acrobat does not. Any tips or suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. I am running Acrobat Pro version 2024.004.20243 on Mac.Thanks,Neil
How can i download my Adobe Acrobat to my Apple iPad Pro Tablet ?
I have an existing Adobe Acrobat Pro plan that is billed monthly in USD. Despite the plan being valid and paid up to date my application keeps asking me to subscribe. If I click subscribe it will give me a Rand price (I'm based in South Africa) but then if I try complete purchase of new plan it will halt the process with "This purchase is not supported" as it says I already own Acrobat Pro. The application however is not allowing me to do a number of functions as it doesn't recognise the subscription.
why???
Upgraded to Acrobat DC annual license and it opens okay but after a few seconds it closes. Clicking on Help and then Sign in/sign out gives the message Initializing registration please retry in a minute. Opening a file works but then the app closes spontaneously. Troubleshooting has not been effective.
All I want is a plan that let me reseive, send and file documents. Nothing more.

I've had this problem for several years. Always had to get around by restarting the computer, but that's always seemed silly to, so I'm now getting around to asking the community.I'm running Windows 7 and Adobe Acrobat X Pro 10.1.16, but this problem has been on every version of Acrobat that I've use in the past 7 years. Here's what happens:I use a networked scanner to create a big file of dozens of individual invoices, anywhere from 25 to 150 pages long. The file is automatically emailed to my inbox. I open the big file, and start printing pages in groups of 1-5 pages, printing those pages to a new pdf, so I can name the new file, and decide where on my network the file will be stored. So I might have invoices from many different vendors, then print each one to pdf (FROM the original pdf), to break up the big file into the actual individual invoices that I want to store in various network locations. It usually works fine. But every once in a while with no
Hello, I'm using a MacBook and Adobe Acroabt as default reader. However, the window management of _only_ Adobe Acrobat is an absolute nightmare. If i (dis-)connect my external montior, Adobe is hidden and sometimes can only be opened by forcing a restart of the app. Furthermore, the app likes to disappear or be shifted so bad, that i can't view documents at all. These annoying symptoms only occur for Adobe Acrobat, and even after a new, clean installation, they are present. Am I the only one experiencing these issues? Best,Kevin
I use Acrobat Pro to create fillable forms with four different fillable header options (1-6 fillable fields) for adding contact information to the top of the form (see example image below). I currently have the headers in separate files and copy and paste the fields onto each fillable form to create the form with each header variation. It's really time consuming so I'm looking for a way to make this process more efficient and much faster. Here's what I've tried so far that hasn't worked: Hiding FieldsI tried adding all four header fields onto the main document (sitting on top of each other) so that I can hide the header fields that aren't needed. But manually hiding each header field takes more time than cutting and pasting.LayersI tried to add the fillable header fields as layers but then they don't work as fillable fields.TemplatesI tried creating templates from the header files, but I can't find a way to add the header template to the main document in Ac
I cannot speak to customer service as I need an active account to do so. I have tested all of my email addresses, I do not have an active account. I do not know if my information was stolen but I don't have an account and I see a recurring $80 a month charge for Adobe on my debit card. I've paid over $960 and I'm worried if I stop payments I'll be taken to collections but I don't have an account to cancel. I would like to contact customer service- can anyone provide their number to me? I keep going in circles with the AI help as this is a unique issue.
Merci
Hi, I have several questions regarding the implementation of a Roaming ID server. How do I set up a Roaming ID server? How do I configure the Roaming ID server to link to Windows Active Directory such that it can detect Windows authentication, thus allowing users to retrieve their signatures only when they key in their Windows account credentials? How are Roaming IDs generated in a Roaming ID server? I'm unable to find any manual guides online. All adobe guides I've found only teaches how to use that Roaming ID section in Adobe Acrobat DC, but doesn't teach how to setup the Roaming ID server. Likewise, all Roaming ID related posts on Adobe support community have broken links that routes back to the Adobe community support main page, which is pretty much useless. Kindly advise, thank you.

Hello, I recently have been analyzing a PDF file using different tools such as peepdf, pdf-parser, Process Monitor, Procdot, and VirusTotal. During my analyzation of the behavior of the file on VirusTotal, I noticed that there are a few files written that look concerning. Can anyone help me identify them and inform me of whether or not they are potentially malicious?A brief description of the nature of the file is it is supposed to be a document that contains nothing but text.Peepdf informed me that there are over one hundred compressed objects. good morning, I would like to create random shifts for 5 workers. These are the shifts to display in the modules: S-P-M-N per week and distribute them almost equally if possible.Thank you
Whenever I try and rename the layer group, Acrobat crashes to desktop. All of my co-workers have reported the same issue. Following all of the usual troubleshooting steps haven't fixed the issue, and it's only started in the last three weeks. I'm not 100% layer group is the right term for the area I'm talking about, so I've attached an image.

Gruß Lutz Übersetzt mit Google: Hello everyone, I'm looking for how I can get an ID receipt for the electronic signature. I need this for accounting. So far I have created my own receipt (not in Adobe Pro, I don't have this) with my own electronic signature in Adobe Reader. Unfortunately, after saving and reopening it later, I can't find an ID receipt anywhere. Or is there no ID receipt at all in Adobe Reader? Unfortunately I have no idea about it in the reader
