Hello Everyone, I am having an issue with referencing and pulling up a page template in my pdf. I tried to combine files into the PDF as previous f=discussions have mentioned as heir resolution, but to no avail.  I have a form field that, when different options are selected, set the corresponding page templates from hidden to visible. There is one 5 page pdf that, when combined and setup as a template, produces a "bad parameter" error when the code executes. The pdf itself opens without an errors normally, and no other pages that were combined produce this error. Even though I get the bad parameter error dialog box popup, the 5 pages still open up and I am able to view them, but I cannot seem to remove the error. Ay help would be greatly appreciated!

I work with several monitors with different resolutions and different interface scaling (same windows device), and I noticed that I cannot use the “Output preview” option normally. If I launch AA on a monitor other than the main one with a different scaling, AA crashes immediately after clicking on any element of the “output preview” tool window. The only workaround for this program is to manually rescale the window piece by piece back to the main monitor after enabling “Output preview.” from main menu. I tried reinstalling AA. I changed the graphics card drivers and updated Windows. Nothing helps, and checking the ink coverage is one of my tasks...

I'm using Win11. I've noticed that the Adobe Acrobat scroll bars have recently changed (not for the better).  There are no longer any "arrows" bracketing the scroll lane on the right edge of the window and the scroll bar is hidden unless one presses an up or down arrow on the keyboard.  Dissappearing scroll bars are nonsense.  They should always be there.  We have 4K screens now, screen real estate is no longer a problem!  Please fix this!  Classic features are classic for a reason... BECASUE THEY WORK!

Good Afternoon   I currently having a problem with instead of 1234567890 appearing in abode when I type to edit or add text. I have ١٢٣٤٥٦٧٨٩٠ appearing instead, this is only happening in abode and started today. It does seem to affecting the letters just the numbers. I purchased a license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 last week. I need to edit text elements in a PDF document.The text elements are in Market Sans - Regular font.When I rewrite the relevant line of text, Adobe's Helvetica font (I use a Mac) is automatically used.Even if I specify in the preferences that Market Sans - Regular should be used. I can't select any other font from the list. The program only accepts Helvetica. This happens with all PDF files I want to edit, even with an empty document. I've already reinstalled the program twice from the website. Can anyone help me? It can't be that I can't use the simplest function of Acrobat Pro.

Hello Support Community,we would like to use Acrobat Classic as default PDF application in our corporate environment.We have approx. 200 users without an Acrobat license and 50 users with a Acrobat Pro 2024 license.Users without a license and without an Adobe Account should be able to use Acrobat Classic in Reader Mode without the need to login.Users who have a license should be able to login on demand and after successful login the application enables the PDF editing features. When the user logs out, the application falls back into reader mode. According to various articles on the internet we should set HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\Classic\FeatureLockDownbIsSCReducedModeEnforcedEx to 1 to achieve this functionality. Unfortunately this does not work properly in our environment. When attempting to edit an image in Adobe Acrobat Pro, I receive an error message saying "Adobe Acrobat cannot start the imaging editing application you've specified. Verify the image editing application location on the Content Editing panel in Preferences."  This happens even though "Adobe Photoshop" appears as an image editing choice in Acrobat. I checked Content Editing (Image Editor location) in the Acrobat Preferences menu and the program location is correct. I've tried reinstalling both Adobe Arobat Pro and Adobe Photoshop, but this has not helped. Any solutions to this problem?  Thank you.

Hi! So as the title suggests, I am having trouble changing the font sizes in a form I am trying to fill out. I tried filling out the form normally and it cuts my text off so you can't see whatever doesn't technically fit in the box,. I've tried using the "Prepare a Form" tool and I can set the font size to "Auto" but it doesn't actually change the size of the font in the field I am trying to fill out. Also, when I try to click out of the field to edit a different field, the text diappears. Any ideas or help is so very welcome!

I have just bought Acrobat Pro, and I can use the web-based version. However, when I install Acrobat Pro (presumably it is Pro; the link always goes to an Acrobat installation) on my mac, some features are missing. Specifically, I can't see the templates that I created on the web-based version, nor can I see any way of creating a new template on my desktop. Any help would be appreciated.

Adobe Acrobat (Pro DC subscription) holds files and folders open after they are closed. Furthermore, if the user closes Adobe Acrobat, the file or folder is still open. Every user has this problem, but it goes unnoticed by most users because they assume the file/folder is closed because it LOOKS like it is closed and since they don't need to do anything after the fact with the pdf file or the folder it is in, the file being held eventually goes away, even though in some cases it holds for days. But... two departments use workflows that require renaming files or folders after editing a PDF. As you can imagine, this is a SERIOUS issue and work stopper that is causing major problems. The user often saves the files to a network location and I can confirm that the Windows 2016 server that it is located on is NOT showing the file or the folder as open, but I cannot delete either the file or the folder off of the server! Help, the font in our company generated PDF documents keep changing to Z@R40E5.tmp.  Then any change I make is in a font that is not readable.    

Hi,Need urgent help here! I have a paid active subscription for 'AI Assistant' tool but recently it has not been working properly and today, it just won't respond like everyother day. I tried to sign out and then attempted sign in. Now it's not responding to my sign in request. What is happening here, anyone can help?

I have four user machines in my office that are showing (all Macs; M1+ [latest OS]):All Tools > Edit a PDF > Click settings COG (top right of tool bar) > Recognize scanned text is GREYED OUT > Multiple machines. Manual scans work... All Tools > Edit a PDF > Scan & OCR > Recognize Text > WORKS... Creative cloud, Adobe Acrobat etc - are all 100% up-to-date. Is this possibly a license issue? It is NOT greyed out on my machine - but I have a different license (Creative Cloud Pro). I don't understand why it is greyed out on the other machines...

After thre recent update that changed the UI, I have been having trouble escaping out of text call out. Before i would be able to swiftly exit out of text callout to drag function by simply pushing the ESC key. Now, it will not even let me exit out the text function. If I try to click outside the text call out box then it will simply create a new one even after I push the esc key. I will have to manually click on the pan or drag button on the side tool to maybe exit but sometimes that doesnt work out as well. I make a lot of red lines and this has been making the whole process very time consuming. 

I am creating a fillable form.  I would like all fillable cells to default to Times Roman.  I seem to have to do it one cell at a time.  Is there a way to do every fillable cell at once? Also, when the system's best guess for fillable cells isn't correct, I have to drag until it fits my predetermined cell.  Is there a "snap to desired space" kind of option to speed things up?

we are upgrading from Adobe Acrobat  20.006.20042 to 21.001.20138 as windows update using SCCM. The tool that we use is unable to change the command line to remove the pdf make addin. We have GPO in place to disable the acrobat pdf maker plug-in in outlook. The issue is that every time the user opens Acrobat they get a message saying "Acrobat PDFmaker add-in for PDF creation is disabled in one or more Office applications. Would you like to re-enable the application"? We do not want the add-in to enable, is there a way to suppress the message

I am trying to ensure the screen reader accessibility of pdfs for an online class. I am having a hard time getting my screen reader (NVDA) to read the attached pdf in the correct order. I have made sure the accessibility tags match the reading order as shown in the screenshots. Currently my screenreader is not reading the way I have set it up. Specifically, the figure alt text is being read halfway throughout the main paragraph section. Instead of after the Meet the Authors heading. Could you give me any pointers on making this document screen reader accessible?

Hi,by mistake I set overprint on a white rectangle in Illustrator.My colleague inspected the PDF file (PDF X-4 which is converted from original AI file) after me but he didn't notice any error on the appearance of this white rectangle while selecting Simulate overprinting option in Output Preview window.Usually overprinted white object should dissapear but in this case nothing happens. (on the picture bellow white rectangle is set as overprinted but it is still visible).Maybe do you know this issue? What is the solution? Many thanks.Damjan Seruga

Hi there, I am trying to calculate the total hours for each row. The variables are StartTime, BreakStart, BreakEnd, EndTime. I have set them in properties as "Time." Now, when I try to put a formula in the "total hour" box, it does not calculate. I am not sure how to make this work. Can someone please help me?

I am creating a form with labels next to check boxes. I needed to move some objects around. A) Why can I no longer group select by dragging around multiple objects? Now I have to move each object seperatly?B) Why on earth do these individual text boxes keep automatcally merging into one another when I DO NOT WANT THAT!!!! How do I make that stop? TIA! 

Hello all! Java Script beginner here, not even really a begginer, I only ever used the one script below that I'm now having troubles with. So let me know if you need more info to be able to help with my question.I recently created an editable PDF for a client that needed the highlights for editable fields removed. I used the standard Java Script to hide the highlights:var rths = app.runtimeHighlight ;app.runtimeHighlight = false ;Then I also set Document Actions > Document Will Close to this:app.runtimeHighlight = rths ;to ensure that specific Java Script only works for that specific file. So, once that document was closed out of the highlights would show properly for all other files. This worked for a while but at some point I noticed I stopped seeing highlights in all editable PDFs which shouldn't have happened because of the Document Will Close script. I'm not sure what happened in the process but I always used both scripts noted above as I was making edits to the
