I am currently developing a payment plugin for Magento/Adobe Commerce and planning to submit it to the Adobe Commerce Marketplace. However, I would like to clarify an important point regarding the testing environment.Our plugin currently does not provide a separate test (sandbox) mode for merchants because testing is conducted in a dedicated UAT environment with only one approved merchant account. The production environment processes real payments directly.I would appreciate your guidance on whether this setup would be acceptable for submission to the Marketplace or if the lack of a dedicated test mode will affect the approval process.Additionally, if there are any recommended best practices or alternative approaches to handle this scenario, I would be grateful to receive your advice.

Hey, so I'm using Acrobat for the first time for an assment that I'm working on and it's nearing its deadline and I'm having some issues that are driving me crazy. I finished writing and answering all the questions for my assessment and was going through and proof reading it before getting ready to submit. I noticed that somehow, some of the smaller text boxes I had, had moved up my pages and were overlapping onto my bigger text boxes. When I tried to select them to move them back to where they belong, it selected the bigger box instead. So I clicked out of the box to deselect it and somehow, that deleted the whole box. I didn't click the trash icon. And now my whole paragraph is gone. I can't undo the action, because the undo icon is grey (as in, nothing to undo). I've tried "ctrl Z" and that doesn't work either. This has happened twice already with my smaller paragraphs that were easier enough to rewrite. I have a fillable form and when I preview it in Acrobat, it works just as I want it.  The radio buttons work as well.  But when I download the PDF to my laptop and view it in Chrome, all of the radio buttons are black and not functional.  I used the standard Radio Button tool in the fillable form.  Why did this happen and how do I fix it? 

Hi I've bought a license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Relase (classic). It works fine but I cannot copy and past pages. The options are greyed out.  It's not a document protection issue. Any idea how to solve it?

As soon as I updated my MacBook Pro to OS 26 Tahoe, the only problem I have is that my Adobe Acrobat has slowed to a ridiculous crawl. I went back and attempted to annotate a PDF and when I entered in a short paragraph annotation, acrobat consistently took at least a full second or more to display each character before moving onto the next. #Help

I am working with a fillable form in Adobe Acrobat and a few text fields and a radio button field are in my list of fields (in the right window) but not on my form.  I cannot figure out how to add these fields which have already been defined onto my form.  I cannot drag and drop them from the field list.  When I click Text Box or Radio Button it creates a new field.  How do I put a field that has been defined onto my fillable form?

Hi all, Hoping to find some help here. I am looking for a way to use a Action to combine some PDFs unto the the end of the other files (combine), but across a large number of files, saving the output file by its original first page filename automatically. It might be easy to understand with an example:Folder A contains multiple files, let's say each named Summary Report 01, 02, 03, etcFolder B contains multiple files, let's say Graph A, B CAction script would take the first file found in Folder A (Summary Report 01), add on to the end of it all files in Folder B (Graph A, B C), then save the output as a PDF in Folder A (or a differernt folder if that is easier) as original filename Summary Report 01. *THEN*, it would look for the next file in Folder A (Summary Report 02), and proceed to do the same thing (adding on the Graph A, B, C, saving the output as a PDF called Summary Report 02). It would continue to run that cycle until all files in Folder A have been processed.

OS: 15.1Acro Pro: 2025.001.20432 Certain system and non-system fonts do not display at all when viewing in Acrobat Pro 2025.001.20432 on OS 15.1. The affected PDFs were exported from either XD v57.1.12 or XD 58.0.12 (I know it's in maintenace mode but I'm stuck w/ it for now). This includes both legacy PDFs created weeks, months ago as well as newly created PDFs. Longtime Adobe product user, first time posting here. See attached file with chat transcript with an Adobe rep regarding activation of an Adobe Pro 17 license I've had for years and never had a problem with - along with screenshots of error message in Adobe (local) and no list of activated machines in Adobe online.  To date, I've logged out of Adobe on the two machines the application was installed on, and uninstalled it on one of them.  I still am not able to get the application activated on my main machine running Windows 11 - which crashed a few days ago, resulting in a clean install of the OS. An Adobe rep called me and offered to sell me a 2020 license, but I feel like I've bought the license I have and it should work. As described in a related "PDF Page Size" message thread, I am needing to change the font color of all - or a specified range of - pages within a 200-page PDF file, from dark grey to black.  As stated in that separate thread: In experimenting with changing the font color in a fully-justified three-column text document, in Acrobat Pro XI, I am having disappointing results.  The 9-point Times New Roman text is already solid black, but when I select an entire column of text and then re-select the black color swatch, the text *slightly* changes size and completely re-flows itself - which not only leaves "orphan" en-dashes between syllables of hyphenated words, but also causes the document to lose its exactness of layout compared to the original.It is difficult to me to characterize this behavior as anything but a program bug, but regardless of how one chooses to categorize it, I would hope that it has been fixed in Acrobat Pro DC.  Does the latter program still exhibit this

I'm using a laptop running Win 10. I have Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack subscription. I have PDF Reader installed and up to date on my laptop but I'm suddenly being told that I need to install Doxillion in order to look at PDFs that I was viewing on PDF Reader yesterday. I haven't downloaded or installed any other s/ware in the meantime. Does anybody have any idea what's going on? 

Hello, while running a full scan on my brother's computer using Windows Defender, I received a warning saying, "Another instance of Distiller is busy starting. This instance cannot continue." Why did I receive this warning? Could it be due to Defender (full scan), and what does this application do?

I have scanned a small book using Adobe Scan app on my iPhone.The pages are all slightly different size in the resultant PDF file, though uniform in the original book.I have done some research on resizing all pages to be uniform, and apparently "fit to page" via the "print to PDF" is the way to go.My only problem is that there is NO "Print to PDF" option in my print box, only my laser printer is listed.I am using Acrobat Pro DC on a Mac. Is that the problem? I read vague comments online that this is Windows only.Could anyone kindly offer any other solutions?Thank you.

Hello all. Our entire team has been unable to share links for review in INDD, Acrobat and AI yesterday and today. We get 403 or 401 messages. This is a major impediment in workflow and approval. For some weird reason, we can share XD links. Is anyone else's team experiencing this? It seems like it's Adobe's issue. (Yes, we have logged out/back in, rebooted, reinstalled, all the things.) VERY frustrating. Thanks for any help, all!
