I have a form that, when completed, needs to be sent to three email addresses.  I have added them in the Properties/Actions area, but when I test the form, it only shows the form as being sent to my email address, which is not one of the addresses entered in the Actions area.  What am I missing on this?  Thank you in advance for any help.

Honestly, I feel crazy that I have to ask this question. I received a PDF document that is not a PDF form but needs to be. The document was accidentally created as Legal size (8.5x14) though it only takes up 8.5x11" (letter). This is a government supplied form and the biggest complaint they get every day is that it can't print or prints too small. I have edited the document in Acrobat to add the form fields and now I simply need to change the page to letter size. So far, I have been unable to find anywhere in Acrobat that you can do this. Every webpage I have looked at skips around the issue and suggests printing at a smaller percentage, fitting the print to page, etc. I want to change the document size. Period.  Surely, there is a way to change the document size in Acrobat. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Running into an issue this morning with Acrobat where the latest update is causing more freezing and locking up. Looks like Acrobat.exe is not closing out completely when closing a pdf. The more pdfs that are opened, the more freezing occurs as adobe is staying open in the background Tried a repair and that didn't fix it, so for now I have uninstalled and installed an older version where the issue does not occur

Hi all, see title. When I close a document, the Adobe Crash Processor process prevents renaming of parent folder, stating that "The action can't be completed bcause the folder or file in it is open in another program".  The only way I can edit the folder name is by using Task Manager to End Task.  Deleting the Adobe Crash Processor Application file from the computer resolves the issue until Adobe updates and recreates the file. I am on a work computer with limited permissions, so this requires reaching out to IT every single time Adobe updates. If anyone has found a more permanent solution to this issue, please let me know!

Ich habe folgenden Use Case:In einem PDF mit lesbarem Text (ungeschütztes, frei bearbeitbares Dokument) fürge ich einen Text ein --> Edit-Text hinzufügenDiesen Text kann ich dann mit dem Pfeilwerkzeug auswählen und ich sehe einen Rahmen mit 6 Anfassern.Ich schaffe es nicht, diesen Rahmen zu kopieren und wieder in das Dokument einzufügen, also ein eigentlich einfaches Copy-Paste des Rahmens samt Inhalt.Wenn ich den Rahmen anklicke lande ich fast jedesmal im Text. Wenn ich es tatsächlich schaffe den Rahmen zu erwischen, habe ich auf dem Rechtklick die Copy Option, aber wenn ich dann an anderer Stelle einfügen möchte fehlt die Paste Option. Gibt es für diesen Use Case ein einfaches Vorgehen oder ist das tatsächlich so kompliziert oder gar nicht möglich?

That made it impossible for me to:* Save a form I'd done so a person with only Reader could fill in and save. (Save as/Reader extended PDF/Activate addition of text in documents (that are not fillable forms) (Sorry for the bad translation from Swedish!!)* Activate the typewriter tool so as our large forms could be filled out without me having to make them as a form (they are a lot of pages, and change regularely, so we have made the typewriter tool accessible so that our customers can fill them in anyway). (Save as/Reader extended PDF/Activate more functions). Today I finally got the latest version of Acrobat (Creative Cloud). Could somebody PLEASE tell me exactly how I should do for the 2 * above? Hi, PDF Acrobate PRO cannot be edited on both my computers?On  computer at home I can export PDF från bank (bank account statement) and highlight/edit PDF but not on the computer at my work.I have Windows 11 at home and at work I have Windows 10. Can the Windows version affect this?Uppdate Adobe might help? Thanks in advance

Images that are part of an object group render the image as blocky and grayish on some PDF files despite the fact any PDF rendering engine in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge render the PDF documents correctly.  I copied multipe instance of object groups with images that display this problem into one test.pdf document which displays the same problem on multiple computer with the latest version of Acrobat installed.  I then printed the problematic test.pdf file using firefox to save it as a new PDF (test2.pdf) which then displays correctly in Acrobat.  Why can't Acrobat display these images correctly in the original PDF when other PDF rendering engines can?

After finishing a magazine that includes ads provided via PDF, the printshop kicked it back saying there were unembedded fonts. I finally figured out which ad was the offender, and its fonts are all "Type 3" and don't have "(Embedded)" or "(Embedded Subset)" in Document Properties. I solved it this time by exporting the ad as an image, but in the future I would like to check for this before sending the magazine to the printshop. Everything I can find on the web says that I can find out by using Preflight's "Embed missing fonts" profile, but running "Analyze" on that profile says "No problems found".  However, if I drill down in Overview/Fonts, under each of the multiple instances of "Type 3 font" (none with a name), "List of glyphs missing in embedded font" is a massive list (probably all the characters in the ad). If I run Analyze & Fix, the resulting new file has no change - none of the Type 3 fonts were magically embedded, and the analysis afterwards was the same: "No probl

Today was the big day - I finally updated Acrobat Pro from my 2017 perpetual license to the current subscription model.  Unfortunately, the one function I use most often doesn't appear to work.For some reason, Acrobat will not allow me to drag and drop pages from one open pdf to another.  This function is literally 90% of what I use Acrobat for.  I've done a community search and tried the fixes related to protected mode but they haven't worked.  Has anyone found a reliable fix for this issue?

Our company uses eSignatures to facilitate processing on a daily basis - one of our guiding principles is that eSigned docs must be LTV-enabled . Until recently, I had not heard or seen any issues.We are now running into issues where some colleagues open a document and it says LTV-enabled. Another colleague will open the same document and it will say "Signature is not LTV enabled and will expire XXXXX". How can this be? This represents a major issue that will grind production to a halt for our company. Has anyone encoutnered anything similar? 

I'm getting a Table-Headers check failure in the Accessibility report. When I check in the Accessibility tags area, the TH tags are properly set. Yet, when I go into the Reading Order, the headers are all set as TD and when I try to edit them to TH with the appropriate scope, they snap back to TD. How can I get the headers to properly tag and stop defaulting back to TD?  

I've uninstalled Acrobat and reinstalled multiple times (and restarted my machine), because error code 205 appears to be an issue with the downloaded file, but I'm still unable to launch Acrobat. There are NO firewalls and I'm not on a network – I'm a freelancer working from home and on the same desktop (system updates all current) the past six years without any issues with Creative Cloud until recently. Any advice or suggestions greatly appreciated. I'm unable to work without access to Acrobat!

Hi I installed the latest version of Acrobat Pro and noticed while attempting to set a current bookmark to a new destination that the feature disappeared from the menu when I right click on the bookmark.Any idea where this feature went to in the new layout?Thank you in advance for your time and expertiseDarrell

Hi,  I have a problem with Acrobat Pro 2020 on my macbook when I'm using it with an extended monitor.  When the HDMI cable is a bit loose or my mac goes into sleep mode Adobe crashes. I cannot find the window anymore and have to close the entire app and reopen it again. This problem occurs only on the second monitor. Is there a solution for that?

There is a slight delay when the PDF opens and the 'Suggestions for you' pop-up bottom bar appears. This results in negative behaviour: When you start filling in a form field, the appearing bottom bar steals focus and prevents you from completing it. Please prevent this focus stealing from happening.

Never had this issue before, but when creating a PDF from inside MS-Word (Save as Adobe PDF) all image hyperlinks are lost. Text hyperlinks remain intact. A workaround is to overlay an invisible textbox over each image, but we have hundreds of images in our document so it's impracticle. Anyone know of anything that might have recently changed. We follow the same Save as Adobe PDF process for every MS-Word doc we have and it's never been an issue.

I have been using Adobe for over 30 years and this has never happened to me.A few days ago I reinstalled windows 11 and Adobe CC.Language "ENGLISH".Today I had to edit a PDF document for a customer.All the numbers were Arabic at once. No matter which font I choose, it remains Arabic.If someone also has problems with this:In the preferences under Application Language: it says (English with Arabic Support). Never ever heard about it.But you can set it under Application Language to "Same as operating system".Quit Acrobat and open a document.When opened it, a dropdown menu came up with a choice for English or English with Arabic support.tss, tss, tss.... adobe.!!LOL
