Acrobat XIのアクティベーションリセットをお願いします。現在旧PCでライセンス解除が出来ません登録済みアクティベーション乗りセットをお願いします。シリアル番号は追って知らせます 

I've used Acrobat every day for years and for the last two weeks when I try using the edit tool I can upt text in once, then when I try a second time the program freezes and I have to force close it. I updated, reinstalled, reinstalled Creative Cloud, updated windows, and nothing helped. I installed acrobat Pro 2020 and that works perfectly. It happened with the old and "new" styles of Pro. Windows 11 Build 22621Anyone else have this issue or have a fix?

Hi, wir erstellen aus Zeichnung von CAD Programm pdf Dateien. In diesen PDF Dateien werden die Linien meist Fett dargestellt. Mit der Tastenkomi ctrl + 5 (Linien und Raster / Lininestärke) werden diese Linien sauber dargestellt. Unten zum Vergleich zwei Bilder.Kann man diese Option im Standard umstellen, oder muss man dies in jeder PDF abschalten? Danke und viele Grüße,Martin   

I created a fillable and signature requested document (basically an invoice) for my customers. I have been testing it but only IOS devices are giveing me fits. I do not have an Android to test so no worries.  TASK1: send invoice to customer via "request e-signture" function. On WIN11, I can complete the signing of the document and all the return mail functions work.  I get a copy, customer gets a copy, all happy.  TASK2: Same situation but I opens the email with the Outlook app on my iPhone 11, version 18.7.1. The email has the normal "review and sign" blue button, I click on said button. It proceeds to open the default web browser and you have to click "continue." It then states "to finish signing, you'll need to go to a computer with windows or macOS, download the agreement, open it in Adobe Acrobat or Reader, and provide a digital signature."  (see attached pic from my IOS device) So how can I get this streamlined with adobe so my customers can qui

I'm using Acrobat 25.1. When I click "Edit > Prepare a Form" I can see all of the form components that I can add. There is a Digital Signature component, but I don't see a Digital Initials component. I swear I've seen an intials component in the past, am I missing somthing? Also, if I already have a text component, is there any way to convert it to a form component like Digital Signature, Initials, or Date?

Hi wrote a script to generate a dialg box. At the launch of the dialog box, the first radio button (rd00) is selected and the "Conversion calendrier Républicain" button (bRep) is selected due to the first_tab: "bRep" parameter. I would like by clicking the other radio button (rd01) the "Conversion calendrier Grégorien" button (bGrg) is automatically selectionnned, and by re-clicking the first radio button (rd00) the "Conversion calendrier Républicain" button (bRep) is automatically selected... instead of the "OK" button. Is it possible? Thanks

I have a form where the prepare form form builder just did not work. So instead I created a column of the fields I need and then copy pasted that column multiple times and resized the width of the column fields.  I /thought/ this was giving the pasted  column unique field names. So now I'm in a situation where I have a hundred fields that all need unique names and I cant figure out how to do that without having to click each one and manually type in a name.   I don't ever really care too much what the name is, just that they are unique so that when I input something into the field it isn't duplicated across the row.

Once again I am constantly dogged by adobe trying to sell me something I already bought. How do I turn off the Welcome screen on Acrobat, or at least get rid of all the up selling.  How do I turn off Recommended for you. I''m pretty sure Adobe has no idea what I need.How do we turn off "get inspired by  curated PDF spaces." I don't care about PDF Spaces. How do I stop the try it now messages.  All of the visual clutter make work even more difficult. 

All the icons along the upper toolbar and in the file/edit/view options are pixelated. Changing the rendering settings and re-installing the application hasn't worked. I am using Windows 10 and haven't faced this before. 

If BoxA says "123 Seasame St" and BoxB also says "123 Seasame St", I need BoxC to say, "*TO OURSELVES*" Is there a script to do this?

Hello I would like some help with this wierd problem i ran into yesterday. I was trying to send out a PDF for e-signatures as I do every week without problems however yesterday adobe told me i needed to upgrade to acrobat pro in order to access this feature. I have acrobat pro in my plan (paid upfront) untill April 2026. If i were to click "upgrade" adobe will even warn me saying that I already have the acrobat pro package. I've always used adobe in my browser so i tried downloading the software but the problem remains.Anyone else that have experienced the same problem? Thanks in advance! 

I am using Acrobat X Pro version 10.1.16. When adding in a text box into a PDF, the text box will not print?

Ich habe eine Frage zum Erstellen von PDf Dateien aus MS Office. Ich kann die PDF auf 2 Arten erstellen: 1. mit dem PDF Drucker, oder 2. "Als Adobe PDF speichern". Beide Varianten wurden von Adobe installiert. Wenn ich dann die Dateien auf dem iPad mit einem Apple Pen bearbeite, ist der handschriftliche Text in der Datei die gedruckt wurde, da wo er sein soll, bei Variante 2 ist der handschriftliche Text verschoben.

Hello,I purchased 11 licenses for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 to be used across 11 computers. I have recently replaced one of the computers and need to deactivate the license on the old machine and install the software on the new one.The installation on the new computer completes successfully, and the serial number is accepted. However, when the software tries to connect to Adobe's servers for license authentication, it returns a generic error, and the activation cannot be completed.Additionally, when I check my Adobe account, no devices appear under the "Activated Devices" section, which makes it unclear how to properly disassociate the license from the old computer.Could you please advise on how to proceed and ensure the license can be correctly transferred and activated on the new machine?Thank you in advance for your support.

So this is a very common situation that everybody has been getting but clearly no one can actually resolve this issue. There are other posts about this with literally no resolution from Adobe. The replies and the support have been gibberish on every comment on the thread, well over 80+, and no resolution.  The only temporary resolution that I've found that would work for a little while when I receive this memory error message and cannot view any more files is by deleting the history of open Documents in Adobe Acrobat. But without deleting the history the memory error exists. So how can one increase the memory that Adobe Acrobat itself can have to avoid this? This has nothing to do with my computer's memory because I have a beast of a machine and use only 2% of my RAM. Now, there might possibly be something In the settings of Adobe that limits the amount of memory that the app can actually use which I think it is however there's no way for me to know how to navigate those sett

Hi, I want to sign documents with my ID Card readerI with certification.I have installed libraries for pkcs11 modules on my MacBook Pro M4 with MacOS Tahoe 26.0.1. but new module button is disabled. Could you have any instructions to solve my problem?Thank you

Just installed the acrobat reader.  I guess I was originally using a windows pdf reader.  The desktop icons have now been changed to a square box that is primarily white with it outlined in red and and the adobe sign in the middle.  Under the Adobe sign is the "pdf" notation.Is this the normal viewing when on the desktop?  The icons before I believe were like folders and now they are all primarily white.  Very glaring change and not used to it.  Is this the way the icons are supposed to appear now???

I subscribed to acrobat premium through my apple id account on my iPhone and am able to use the premium features there but when I log in through the same apple account on my laptop, I am being asked to pay subscribe again. I have no idea why this is happening and could really use some help.

I am experiencing a recurring issue in Adobe Acrobat when using the Find Text and Redact tool. Each time I try to run a text search and redact process, the application freezes and becomes completely unresponsive. I have to force close Acrobat through Task Manager every time.Troubleshooting steps I have already tried:Splitting the PDF into smaller filesScanning the PDF and saving as a new fileOptimizing the PDFTurning off Enhanced SecuritySetting Protected View to OffRestarting Acrobat and restarting the systemNone of these steps have resolved the issue. The freeze happens on multiple PDFs and is consistent.Is this a known bug, and is there a recommended workaround or fix? Any help would be appreciated.

Seit heute (17. November 2025) funktioniert der Versand von Vereinbarungen über Adobe Sign nicht mehr korrekt. Symptome:- Alle automatisch generierten Mails (an Empfänger und Bestätigung an mich selbst) werden gebounced.- Im Aktivitätsprotokoll erscheinen mehrfach „Email bounced and was not delivered“-Meldungen.- Wenn ich die Vereinbarung im Browser öffne, fehlt das Signaturfeld komplett.- Mehrfach neu erstellte Vereinbarungen zeigen dasselbe Verhalten. Damit ist der Signaturprozess blockiert und weder Empfänger noch ich können die Dokumente ordnungsgemäß bearbeiten. Screenshots liegen vor (Bounce-Meldungen, fehlendes Signaturfeld). Frage: Handelt es sich um eine aktuelle Störung im Adobe-Sign-System? Gibt es bereits eine Lösung oder einen Workaround?

Hello, We are interested in Acrobat Pro 2024 (3 years license).Before making the purchase we would like to know whether OCR (especially scanning scanned image files/documents) is also included in the purchase. Also, regarding the license, do we get an option to continue using the software (on MacOS specifically, for your info, just in case) after the expiration date ? In addition, what happens if we decide to move the same license (not expired) to another Mac by just purchasing a new computer and using Apple's migration software (which also means no Apple ID change, just transferring from one Mac to another) ?Thanks! 

Formular vorbereitenTextfelder werden in das Formular eingesetzt und in der Größe angepasst.z.B. Die Höhe wird verringertdas sieht alles schick aus und wird auf der Webseite eingestellt. Nach dem Download von der Webseite und öffnen der PDF, sind die Textfelder wieder in der ursprünglichen Größe. Frage: Wo liegt der Fehler?

Title says it all.  No previews showing in the previw pane after windows update.  These are all local pdf files.  Options menu for adobe won't allow me to check the box. When I check the box for "Enable PDF thumbnail previews in Windows Explorer", Adobe prompts me "Are you sure you want to add features to the current installation?" When i select yes,  it blows away options menu back to adobe and does nothing.  The box remains unchecked when you open options again.  Restarting did nothing. What is going on and how do I get this mess fixed?
