I make business cards from Publisher. It has the ability to make multiple copies per sheet: The file is 3.5x2 inches with one business card. When printing, I select “multiple copies per sheet” and “10 copies.” It looks like this: Can Acrobat find make 10 copies on a sheet from one 3.5x2 inch file like Publisher? 

I’m running into an issue since last week with Adobe Sign and could use some help. When trying to send a document for signature, I receive the following system error:“The agreement has been cancelled due to problems with document processing.”I’m not sure what specifically is causing this. The file appears to be formatted correctly, and I’ve tried re-uploading it, renaming it, and even creating a new agreement, but the error persists.Has anyone experienced this before?What steps can I take to troubleshoot or prevent this error?Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi everyone,I’d like to ask where I can seriously report a website where cracked versions of Adobe Acrobat are being sold, and people are buying them without realizing how risky this is. The site hosts sellers who offer these versions, and no action seems to be taken against them.Is there a specific department at Adobe where reports are taken seriously and real action is taken? I previously submitted a report through the automated reporting link, but nothing changed—on the contrary, the number of sellers and their sales keeps increasing

Hi Team, I tried print as pdf using adobe PDF saving as .log extension. I could not convert any file into pdf.Please let me know what is an issue.

Is it possible to change the zoom level on all existing bookmarks in a document at once so that I do one thing and now all bookmarks will be set to inherit zoom?  If so, please describe how I can do so.  I use Adobe Acrobat 2020 at home and whatever version of Acrobat comes with the subscription at work.  Thanks for your help.  If this feature exist, it would save me a great deal of time.  Changing each bookmark by hand to inherit zoom is time-consuming.

Is there an Adobe program or app that can do this with AI-assistance in just a few steps? A colleague recently saw an ad on Instagram, but we’re not sure which tool it was referring to.Thanks in advance for your help!

User gets the error on installed app (within Creative cloud) and web version.I have had them log out, clear cache, change networks, reinstall app. Nothing works. 

after i sign up and  I tried to log in, and a message like this appeared "You are ineligible to use this product or service due to the Service Eligibility Requirements" I wonder what the cause is...

I had attaching a document via the adobe sign and getting below error message.The file size is 1.1 mb having 41 pages in total.  On the link below, it is showing that the limit is 100 pages and 10 MB, but the document is within the specified constrain. I find it very weak that the user does not have the ability to replace one text (Replace all) from all pages at once,Since 2017 I use Acrobat professionally and for 2 years now Acrobat Pro DC with monthly syndrome.I work in the field of construction and in large projects we receive PDFs with works that reach 1500 pages and it is impossible to delete a text, a word of 1500 pages every time (next).I find it unthinkable to be able to do this for free online on various pages and not on Acrobat Pro DC!So you lose customers without knowing it!

This has been a problem for months and months and Adobe refused to fix the problem. When attempting to have a PDF document sent for signature, the application hands at upload at 72% and won't budge. The solutions offered by Adobe personnel don't work. Using the online version doesn't work. Signing out and back in doesn't work. Switching networks doesn't work. Unisntalling and reinstalling the application doesn't work. Using different PDF's doesn't work. Doing all the above and rebooting in between each doesn't work.  This CLEARLY is an on ongoing problem and the workarounds provided don't work.  ADOBE - WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?! ENOUGH WITH THE NONSENSE, WHY ISN'T THIS BEING FIXED?! As I'm typing this the online version is stuck on "Loading..." I use eSign for my business and this is a MAJOR problem? I just bought a new iMac M4, & I’m trying to set up my Adobe products. I thought that Bridge would just open the way it does on my old iMac or Macbook, but the interface is very confusing. I put a couple of folders in the ‘Favourites’ panel, but I cannot open them to access the photos. Double click does nothing, & right-click just suggests removing them from the favourites bar. I thought it was to do with the mouse settings, but there’s nowhere in the mouse settings to determine what double or right-click does. I’m going a bit crazy here!Whatever I try to do it inserts weird panels that I can’t get rid of, or does other stupid things I can’t undo. Can anyone help please?

Using Acrobat DC,  I share my files with coworkers using "Share With Others".Today I added checkboxes (via Prepare Forms) on the first page next to their names to confirm they are finished.After sharing I can click on each checkbox, but other users get the message "Create a copy to modify - Shared files can't be modified. Create a copy and make changes to your copy."My Document Settings > Security are:Security Method: No Security Filling of form fields: Allowed   (no options are restricted).Any help is appreciated.Keith

Hello!I have a Surface Book 2 with the latest Windows update 11. My Adobe Acrobat has been acting wack (basically not allowing me to use any of its features). I looked at the Creative Cloud apps management page to see if AA didn't update automatically for some reason, but it said the app was up to date. However, I checked through the app itself and found a hidden update to be made. I tried to update it but a box popped up saying "This update package could not be opened. Verify that the update package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer update package. Error 1635." I tried uninstalling the app through creative cloud and through my computer settings, but the same message pops up every time. I'm not sure if this is a Windows issue or just the app itself, because I have absolutely no issue updating or uninstalling other apps. Any help is appreciated! I'm losing my mind.

I have a template set up to use for requesting e-signatures. Once I’ve clicked to “Use Template” I know how to use the “Add Message” feature and change the name of the document. However, if I forget to do that first and click “Prefill” and start prefilling the fields, is there a way to go back and change the message that will be sent to the recipient? I’m not finding a way to go back and edit that information.I’m using Adobe Acrobat on my web browser to complete this task.
