Has anyone used the translation feature with OpenAI via the Custom Provider API option? I am getting feedback that Microsoft Tranlsator is not doing a good job and I would like to use OpenAI/ChatGPT.

I am in the process of migrating to RH 2022. The automatic conversion of project file from 2019 to RH 2022 failed. We had old files that were corrupted as well as a large amount of images. After several attempts by me and Adobe support engineers we could not get the project to compile. The output required is CHM. The Adobe team recommended to migrate files by importing the project files/folders manually. This has worked so far until I had to import HTML files that were created from MS Word.  These files have mso styles, which I think are inherited from the orginal word document. The outputs do not reflect the new css I have created, but the mso files that were included as baggage.   I discovered that I can manually delete those styles from the topic from the developer view. The mso styles usually add anywhere to 1000 to 3000 lines to the HTML code! I think it may be best to clean these HTML files before importing them. Manually deleting all these lines from eac

I’d like to reuse the same tag definitions and conditions in another project without recreating them manually.Controlling Search Filters and Structure Visibility:Specifically, I’d like some topics (such as a landing page or portal page) to appear clean and full-width — without the left TOC panel, search box, or filters — while other topics should display the standard navigation structure with search and filters visible.In other words, depending on the requirement, I’d like certain topics to open directly (standalone view), while others open with the regular navigation and panels visible.Is there a built-in way to do this, or a possible workaround?Thanks in advance for any guidance or examples!

I recently upgraded a project from RH 2017 to RH 2022. Most things seemed to migrate fine. I just discovered, however, that some of my topics aren't included in my Responsive HTML5 output. And some of the new files I create also aren't included in the output. I could really use some help.  Some information: The missing files are all in the TOC, with the "Hide in online output" property plus a condition (as a visual, color-coded reminder). The output preset uses the correct TOC, and I don't specify a TOC-level topic layout. The individual topics use one of three different topic layouts. The missing files are quite simple, one-paragraph files without any page-level condition tags that would exclude them from the output. The files that aren't included are in a specific subfolder (which contains files called as context-sensitive help and that all use a specific topic layout ("csh-layout")). Good morning all,I am reaching out to the community because yesterday we run into an issue which is blocking our team from making any updatesThe issue:When users try to get the latest , they are getting an error message below:The project however is able to finish synching but upon looking at the topic, this results in the below error:  After 30 minutes one of the user called me and told me that after receiving the message error and not being able to retrieve the topics content displaying the error above, she was able to now function normally and update the content. I'm seeing I'll need to build or hunt for files with Table Styles to be imported - are there no prebuilt table styles to start with that can be modified?  Thus far the free template table styles seem to be built for much more 'minimist flash' than a more basic setup.     Am I thinking it may be easier to do a high res, blown up screenshot from MS Word instead of trying to fuss with getting a table to be somewhat similar?  

I recently created and generated PDF Output in my robohelp project. I got the TOC going for the PDF, but when I generate the Output for the PDF, only the "Sections" or "Books" appear in the TOC and *not the "Pages" when I view the Output. How do I get the "Pages" or "Topics" that are in my TOC to appear as well?

I have been successfully generating PDFs from Adobe Robohelp for several months now. Last week, Acrobat updated to the latest version, and now I'm receiving the following error generating a PDF. Hello.  Is there a way to prevent TOC books from opening automatically when you open a topic in a Responsive HTML5 output? We have topics that are located in multiple books in the TOC.  In previous versions of RoboHelp, if you opened a topic from another topic, it did not change where you were in the TOC.   With the 2022 output, it takes you to the first book in the TOC where this topic is located.  We have our books organized by teams, so that isn't always appropriate. For example, topic A is located in the TOC under the Team 1 book and the Team 2 book.  You're in team 2 and you've opened topic B from the Team 2 book.  Topic B has a link to Topic A, you click on it, and the TOC opens to the location of Topic A in the Team 1 book.  This is confusing and frustrating for team B.Is there a way to prevent it from doing this and have the TOC books not change at all when you click on one topic from another, similar to how it used to work in R

Hii am trying to use machine translation with Microsoft API.i configured in Azure, got API-Key, configured it in RH. Checking brings up error with credentials.Configured endpoint is: https://api.cognitive.microsofttranslator.com/Perhaps that's wrong/incomplete? Any ideas? Thanks uli

I have done and HTMl5 output and have the index page entered and defualt page as shown but when I view the output it is not going to the defualt page.     

My profile is showing disabled for the enrollment of the courses and tutorials on Robohelp? May I know the reason? 

Hello,We are in process of upgrading from Robohelp 2019 classic to Robohelp 2019 modern, then again to Robohelp 2022 modern before windows 10 EOL.We are noticing with the upgrade from Robohelp 2019 classic to Robohelp 2019 modern we are getting the default static "welcome" page is not loading and seems like 2 instances of the individual Robohelp Project appears. Has anyone ran into this and is there a way to fix?  Thank you in advance! 

I got a new computer and installed RoboHelp 2019 Classic. I'm having an issue with the  character displaying over icons on my homepage in my RoboHelp project (2020.8.34). Screenshot below.I've searched other related threads, but couldn't find one where this was happening only on the icons.Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!Thanks,LT 

Hi! We are working on a project with RH 2022 Template Studio and Frameless output.The homepage of my project opens perfectly when I start my start page index.htm in the output.However, it does not open in other situations. Instead, the first topic of my project opens. (I have not selected this anywhere, see my settings in the attached screenshots).This happens when I click on the home button in the breadcrumbs or when the home page opens in the application for which the online help was created.I tested whether it was due to my settings. To do this, I loaded a completely new Skin Studio and a completely new Frameless output. The result was the same.What is going wrong?

Hi, I am new to using Robohelp. The changes which I make in my document surprisingly that doesnt get saved when I reopen it after sometime. Can someone please help me here. My robohelp is in C drive and is installed in Windows. 

Is anyone aware of how to upload the robohelp output to a sharepoint that other people can access

Hello, we published a frameless project with Template Studio. While testing the application, we received an error report regarding the favorites feature: Favorites are not saved in a list; only the last page saved as a favorite is available. No list. This means that there are no favorites within a session.The same thing happened with the original Template Studio and different browsers (FF, Edge, Chrome). I suspected that this was related to the fact that we publish the project locally in the file system. In fact, saving favorites had been a customer request that we had carelessly agreed to. Does anyone have any idea how to get the favorites to work?

I generate help using the Studio Frameless Skin as my starting point using RoboHelp 2022.  For some reason, the Skin to Main Content link produces a Forbidden error when selected from the server.  The link works correctly on my local computer.  Any ideas on how to fix this?
