Hi, I'm 18 years old, but Behance is incorrectly identifying my account as under 18 and disabling the Apply on Behance button for job listings.I'm using my university-provided Adobe for Enterprise account. There is no date-of-birth field in my Adobe account settings, and Behance has not prompted me to enter my date of birth.

I cancelled my plan last month and I got confirmation via email and again adobe charge me for subscription  please resolve it

When performing certain operations, ie pathfinder operations and masking and I believe clipping, all the original objects are removed from their layers and moved to the current layer.  Can illustrator just copy these to a new layer or the current layer without removing the originals from their layers?

Hello everyone. This image has been inserted into the text and contains unnecessary frames. Now I just want to keep the innermost image and outermost frame, delete the remaining extra frames, and keep the image in its original inserted state in the text. Can it be implemented using scripts? Thanks

Using lightroom for iPad: When mirroring the screen of my iPad on a tv via AirPlay on an Apple TV, something strange is happening: after a couple of seconds, the image turns very dark when I view a photo full screen. as long as the photo is not full screen, no problem whatsoever. same problem with lightroom on iPhone, with screen mirroring via airtame to the same Apple TV. any idea? Since Adobe saw fit to lock the other informational thread, I'll post here instead.  It is unacceptable to pay thousands of dollars for software only to find out that the company refuses to support it on newer operating systems and instead forces you into a perpetual annual payment subscription model. CS6 works perfectly fine on Windows 11 so long as you install only the components that do not include the PxHIpa64.sys driver as follows... --------------------------------------------------Component installs PxHlpa64.sys--------------------------------------------------Adobe Flash Professional CS6 noAIR for Apple iOS support (FP) noAdobe After Effects CS6 noAdobe Audition CS6 yesAdobe Encore CS6 no (conditional on deselecting the SonicWrappers_ph component)Adobe Illustrator CS6 noAdobe Illustrator CS6 (64-bit) noAdobe Photoshop CS6 (64-bit) noAdobe Photoshop CS6 noAdobe Prelude CS6 noAdobe Premiere Pro CS6 noAdobe SpeedGrade CS6 no--------------------------------

Am I able to download and run Adobe Fresco on my Apple Desktop computer? I see options for I-Phone, I-Pad and Windows Desktop, but not Apple Desktop. Thank you!   [Renamed by Mod]

(Usually, I double click on that small square to shrink it.Now I want to implement it with code.)The framework is suitable for the content (sel [i]. fit (FitOptions. FAME-TO-CONNECT); ）It seems to have no effect on width.I guess this involves two steps:Firstly, set the text frame to automatically adjust to: height and width, without line breaks.Secondly, set the text frame to automatically adjust to 'none'.I don't know, is this safe?or , Is there still a better idea?

A client of mine is dealing with a persistent crashing issue in Adobe Acrobat when selecting Request E-signatures. The first time it happened, Adobe gave a pop up about some new feature/experience. She had selected it and it changed how everything was viewed. From that point, Acrobat would crash every time after selecting Request E-signature. The Send Report pop up would show up but the log didn't really show anything. We got to the point where we did the full nuke on Adobe CC. We uninstalled everything and ran the Adobe CC Cleaner. We did a fresh install and made sure CC, Acrobat, and the Windows system was up to date. At first, we got the error message that you'll see in the attached screenshot. "The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000028) occurred in the application at location 0x00007FFA980FF77D." message came up. We made one change and deselected "Use modern user interface for signing and Digital ID configuration" in Preferences>Signatures. I'm pulling my hair out reg

A current project describes a product whose name contains a slash (not our decision, but that’s how it is). The name appears quite frequently in the FrameMaker TOC. When importing or linking to RH 2026, a TOC is generated where all slashes disappear from the headings. They can’t be manually reinserted in RoboHelp either.Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a workaround?Missing slashes are marked

So since 2 days ago, every time I try to apply a preset I get this pop-up saying “Some AI models are downloading. Please try again later.” that stays stuck at 0% and doesn't move.I saw one of the possible fixes may be to log out and back in, but when trying to log out I also get an error, the one in the attached picture.I've tried restarting my computer and router, changing firewall/antivirus settings, running as administrator, reinstalling LrC, and none work.It seems like all of a sudden LrC can’t recognize that I am connected to the internet.Does anyone have any other potential fixes? Thank you.

im getting a bit desperate, i dont know what to do..Since this morning, any version of Photoshop i try keeps getting laggier and laggier. It started with the scrubby zoom, then the brush, the ruler etc.Despite that, my pc is running well ( 32Go RAM, 8Go VRAM ). I tried to follow many guides and tried this so far: resetting the preferences; changing the options in the performance tab (including enabling and disabling gpu mode); closing other apps; cleaning my pc from eventual craps ( there’s 150Go of free data on my driver right now); reinstalling the Photoshop; using other Photoshop versions; reinstalling my gpu drivers; The lags keep getting worse and worse (linked a video to show the lag) . I have no ideas what to do to fix this problems, it’s especially problematic since i use Photoshop daily.  Thank you in advance :)

Steps to reproduce:1. Sign in to Adobe Firefly (firefly.adobe.com) with my Adobe ID.2. Navigate to Generate image or Boards.3. Immediately see the "Not available in your region" error screen (screenshot   attached), even though I am physically located in and connecting from the   United States.Expected result: Access to Firefly, since I am currently a US-based user.Actual result: Full block with the region-unavailability message.Additional context: I contacted Adobe chat support first, and the virtualassistant indicated there was no active plan linked to my account andsuggested signing in with a different email if I had one — which suggeststhis may not be a simple region-detection bug, but possibly tied to myaccount's original country of registration (Russia), from before I relocatedto the US. I would like to request a review of my account and, if possible,an update to reflect my current country (United States), so I can accessFirefly and purchase a plan.

I work for a small business from home.  The owner purchased Acrobat PRO to use.  She saves documents into dropbox for me to get and edit and return for her.   I am a user on her account.  However, I am now unable to use it because it keeps telling me my trial period is over.   I have searched your website for 35 minutes, trying to find a way to actually talk to someone.   This is RIDICULOUS.    PLEASE, I AM BEGGING YOU, somebody please call me [personal information removed by moderator.  This is a public forum, not Adobe support]

Hey there, I was charged £29.96 on Friday 12th of June however I already had cancelled my free trial subscription on 4th of June with email confirmation - can you please have this payment refunded to me immediately

Why must the AI settings be enabled every time Adobe Acrobat updates?  Acrobat doesn't need the dumb AI features to slow it down, it does a good enough job at being slow as it is.  Now when I open Acrobat, it wants to show off all the assenine features no one asked for and get in the way of the work I'm trying to do.  The least Adobe could do is make Acrobat free with the amount of data they are gleeming from us users. I ask again why must the AI settings be enabled every time Adobe Acrobat updates?  To the Brain Dead Devs, grow a spine and just stop this behavior.  Let users select what features they want to have on or off and stop messing with it on updates.  People already hate you all and this type of activity just makes us want to take action.

I have a problem with all the fonts that start AXT (arabic font) , all the work I have written with these fonts is invalid. Is there a solution to this problem?

Dear Adobe Support,I never expected I would have to resort to a public messaging board just to reach someone capable of resolving this issue. At the beginning of 2026, I cancelled my Photoshop subscription. Somehow, I was then enrolled in and charged €36/month for an AI Assistant service that I NEVER requested, approved, or used. To make matters worse, I later discovered charges totaling €145 had been taken from my account over several months WITHOUT any billing notification or warning emails. Frankly, this level of billing transparency is unacceptable.I am a student, and losing hundreds of euros over a service I never signed up for is extremely frustrating. I would like a full refund for all unauthorized charges.I look forward to a prompt resolution.Regards

HiI use Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign for work, but one day this message came with error code 18000. Its done the same in InDesign and Photoshop. I have a stable internet access, I can go to Creative Cloud and open the apps from there, but the message is still there. When I uninstall the apps and install them again, it works, but the problems shows again the day after. I've tried uninstalling the whole of Adobe with Creative Clouud and install it again, but the problem is the same. Any ideas how to fix this?
