Solved

I only need and have Acrobat Reader but everytime I open a PDF a pop up opens asking me if I want to:a. start free trial and pay later or buy immediatelyb. quit I don't need or want the fancy paid package.

I have installed Adobe Creative Cloud, but the "Apps" tab isn't showing anything. It only displays the message: "You do not have access to app management." Below that, it says: "IT administrator permission may be required to enable app management."My account is a personal one—not a business or student account. I started the Lightroom Classic free trial yesterday; I’m set to be charged for a full year's subscription, yet I still haven't been able to install the software because of this issue. All the Adobe apps—both the ones I’ve subscribed to and those available for purchase—should be appearing there.

Photoshop v26.10 , filter gallery doesn't work. How do I solve this?

I'm working on a document with a very long table that flows through text boxes from one page to the next. I can clearly see that there's space at the bottom of the page, but I can't seem to increase the size of the cells or row any more. When I try to drag down with the arrow, nothing happens. When I try to adjust manually, I'm met with a window that says "The value must be between 0.0417 in and 8.3333 in." Can anyone help me increase the length of the cells so that there's not overset text, and the space at the bottom of the page is filled? Thanks!

Hello. I am trying to create a new Adobe Stock Contributor account. My Adobe ID was created successfully, my email is verified, and my Belarusian mobile phone number has been added. However, when I open the Contributor Portal, I see the message: “New account creation is not available at this time.”I also cannot access Contributor Support because it redirects me back to the same page. Could you please confirm whether new Adobe Stock Contributor accounts are currently available for residents of Belarus, or whether this is a technical issue with my account? Thank you.

I created a new account and wanted to get the free trial, but when I enter my card details, it says I am not eligible. What should I do? Could you help me? I have tried multiple browsers.

Since yesterday, I have been experiencing immense problems with the synchronization mechanism in Lightroom Classic. I created a collection containing 52 photos and marked it as synced. After a while, I clicked on the synchronization history and saw that 192 images were being synchronized and this number was not changing. I then checked the "Sync Activity" section via the gear icon, and nothing was displayed there. After waiting for some time, the number 192 still hadn't changed. Then, while in the sync activity window, I held down the Option Key, which reveals 3 buttons. I clicked the button for the diagnostic report and looked at the HTML log. Initially, I noticed that an old image file (which has nothing to do with the 52 new photos) appeared a total of 47 times. Since it was an old file that no longer needs to be synced, I turned off synchronization for that collection. However, this did not change the number 192.In the meantime, I generated the diagnostic file again to check it more

i keep getting debited every month for ‘’WEB PUR PG EXADOBE LANG GIPS MUKGF PG’’ but on getting to www.adobe.com, it says i have no subscription, how do i stop the debits on my account?

When I look at my screen I can see the entire image in Lightroom.  One person who is looking at the images says that she can only see part of an image, or she will say that she thinks I need more in the image—which is there, she can’t see it.  I’ve done test runs with some friends who will send me a zoom link and they do not have a problem seeing the entire issue.  Other times she tells me the image is too small. What can be the problem?       Also I know that I have gotten to a screen that shows different green lines around a template….but I woud think that I need the green line around the entire screen, is that correct?

I made payment of 199 first time for subscription showed failed in app but debited from account, made second attempt to pay and paid 199through card but again successfully debited from account but showed failed in app. Screenshot not allowed hence to picture in another mobile

We bought and downloaded the non-subscription version of Acrobat Pro 2024.  We have been unable to activate it and NO help from the support chat teams.  Worse, they tried to upsell us!  We really just need to get this activated.  Apparently it's a one-time activation, but nobody at Adobe has been able to figure it out.  Although it shows we bought it last month in our invoices, it doesn't show in our products.  Has anyone been able to activiate this product (again, this is the download with 3-year term product)? Thank you...p.s., helping my 85 year old dad with getting this done and it's VERY frustrating.

Hello,This topic has arisen before, but the solutions I found aren't working for me with the current version of Acrobat Pro. I assemble graphic novels - the latest one I'm working on has a problem with OCR as the cover page is being tilted when I don't want it to be (image 1 - red outlines indicate where the image has been tilted, creating a white edges that should not be there)I went into the "Scan & OCR/Enhance scanned file" setting and unchecked "Recognize Text" - but the page is still being tilted. (image 2) I saw advice that I can turn off "Recognize Text" via the right side panel using the "Scanned Documents" tab - but I don't have a "Scanned Documents" tab (image 3)Final image is the version I'm using for reference.Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I’m running the latest Lightroom Classic (15.5.1) and am on a Mac mini (and a MacBook Air M4) running Golden Gate 27.2 Beta code.On both computers, Lightroom Classic crashes almost immediately upon starting an AI task. Like starting Denoise or using the the generative Remove tool.Anyone else having this issue? Hope Adobe is aware and working on a fix, assuming it’s not something else that’s causing the issues…Thanks all.

Hello,I purchased an Amazon code for a one-year Creative Cloud subscription last November. About a month ago, I cancelled the auto-renewal, and it clearly stated that I had approximately 87 days remaining on my subscription. However, as of today, I no longer have access to the Adobe suite, even though my subscription should be valid until November 21.I have no way of contacting a human through customer service, as the chatbot considers that I don’t have an active subscription. I also can’t see the Amazon code listed as a cancelled subscription. It’s as if the past 10 months of my subscription simply never existed.Could you please look into this and restore my access for the remaining period of my subscription? Thanks

Bonjour j’ai pris un abonnement Photoshop dernièr logiciel le plus récent j’ai payé avec ma carte visa et l’accord de ma banque et je n’ai aucun reçu d’Adobe

Creative Cloud was actually running several different processes in each user context and causing not only memory and CPU pressure, but also high IO which resulted in 200 users being unable to use an RDS server. We attempted to disable the startup processes but this thing just keeps spreading. We do not need this to read and write PDF’s and want a way to remove it and just use adobe pro.

I have had an Adobe account for years with about 75 users.  I have never had an Account Manager as far as I know.  Today I received an email with a subject of "Immediate Attention Requested | Individual Accounts" This is the body of the message -    "As your Account Manager at Adobe, I wanted to bring to your attention to flagged multiple sign-ups under your domain that urgently need to be consolidated under your admin control. This misalignment can lead to security risks, compliance issues, and operational inefficiencies.   By consolidating these licenses into your team account, you’ll benefit from: ✔ Full ownership and control over Adobe licenses✔ Simplified billing and compliance management✔ Enhanced security and seamless collaboration✔ Smooth transition with zero downtime✔ Prorated refunds for cancelled individual licenses   Shall we proceed with the consolidation? Should I send you the approval link?"   Is this real or a

I had trouble dragging and dropping from Photoshop 25 to Illustrator 25, but the last upgrade fixed this.  Now after I drag and drop the image disappears a few minutes later and isn't there after saving.
