Liebe Community, ich habe vor Jahren als Foto-Modell an Shootings teilgenommen. Die Fotos wurden vom Fotografen in sein Anbieterportfolio aufgenommen, aus dem ich sie nun löschen lassen möchte. Eine explizite Zustimmung habe ich seinerzeit nicht gegeben. Der Anbieter des Portfolios reagiert nicht auf meine Nachfragen. Hat jemand einen Tipp, wie ich die Fotos aus dem Portfolio entfernen lassen kann? Vielen Dank vorab.

Guten Tag, ich habe ungewollt ein Bild Lizensiert, da der Button "Lizenz" nicht vermuten lies, dass ich das Bild damit direkt lizenziere. Meine Erwartung war weitere Infromationen zu den Lizenzen zu erhalten. Entweder handelt es sich hier um sehr schlechte UX, oder Adobe versucht hier Kunden absichtlicht zu versehentlicher Lizensierung von Bildern zu bewegen. Ich möchte daher bitten, das die Lizensierung Rückgängig gemacht wird.

I'm so curious about the backstory of these awful 'Premium' graphics that are 100 credits each. They keep popping up in searches that are not relevant at all. I can't get over the fact that they are charging so much for such horrible quality graphics!   

Hi there are some super innappropiate images on adobe stock that i'd like to report. Showing an underaged girl no more than 8 or 10 with a dress that is just covering her chest. Although this dress looks too big the images are offensive. I recently licensed image #127309915 from Adobe Stock which has a transparent background layer. I downloaded it and imported it into Photoshop but the transparency remained. I then loaded it into Illustrator to inspect the layers but I could see which layer is applying the transparent background.Can anyone help please?Thanks,Chris

Hola estoy teniendo problemas, ya que estoy descargando vectores de Stock pero a la hora de abrirlos en AI me abren como imagen y no me permite editarlos o moverlos, ademas tambien cuando intento descargar imagenes y al abrirlas en ps o en otra app me aparecen con marca de agua.

I bought an image worth over 200 euros by mistake. It's all about this purchase. O-7CN00193NS540211C. I simply pressed, without being asked for any confirmation of how to pay or any verification. I was convinced it was a step to complete, but it was already the purchase. Like any purchase, I would like to withdraw, given the error. How can I do?

Hey Friends,   On a busy Monday, I was blazing through our weekly stock images purchases and failed to look at the price of one of them closely. It was a $400 selection. Which I saw the split second after clicking 'Purchase'. Tried all kinds machinations to stop the download. To no avail.   In short, how do I return this image for a refund?   We have not and will not be using it. I am more than happy to attest to this and see the image burned from my machine. But, I can not have bought a $400 image and look my business partners in the eyes.   Is there a path to help?

I had never used Adobe products aside from the boxed version of Photoshop CS6 and just followed the prompts from Linkedin. It prompted me to start a free trial which I did.After the course, I didn't need it, and did not want clutter in my inbox so I set promotions to spam. Hello,I received a request from Copytrack for a photo that I licenced from Adobe Stock (file #76650434) to incorporate into a client's website in 2018. This image is still available on Adobe Stock, and I see it in my license history. I sent a response to Copytrack explaining that I licenced this photo on Adobe Stock, along with a screenshot of my license history for this photo. However, they are not acknowledging this and are demanding a payment. What should I do about this? I've been a subscriber to Adobe Stock for many years and have always used the content in a way that respects the terms and conditions. The image is still available on Adobe Stock, and I have acquired the license for this photo, which appears in my license history. Does anyone at Adobe have a procedure for dealing with this type of request, particularly with Copytrack? Note: The website where this photo is displayed is a very small website with practically no traffic. Thank you.

I bought a subscription to photoshop and lightroom and i didnt sign up to a adobe stock subscription and i noticed just when i notices i was already billed multiple times, i have seen lot of people complaining about this and no one have got any actual help (at least the ones i have seen), i didn't got any email abot this and now i have to pay an excesive amount to cancel something i am not even using, i need a refund because is a lot of money i have to pay and i didn't sign up to this

Hello. I am looking for this image (see photo) I found on Adobe Stock but with a transparent background. I have watched 30 tutorials and looked at tons of forums, and tried everything to get a transparent background on this and nothing works (with Photoshop AND Illustrator). There are too many small white spots throughout the trees to have this work. This image says "download file type: vector" same as another file I have (which I was able to manipulate and change the color of the other image), but not for this one. PLEASE HELP! I have been working on this for 3 days now and I am so frustrated! I just need to find this image somewhere that has a transparent background (and preferably only one copy of it, as this image I purchased has a black background and a white background). I need this to create my logo for my business so I can get my website up and running. I am grateful to anyone who can help me with this problem. I had bought a Lightroom and Photoshop membership and now to my surprise I'm chrged 35 euros on top per month for a full year (I have to pay over 180 euros to cancel) for Stick which I never wanted and never used.After a simple online search and on this forum this seems to be happening to lots of people over the year. I have no idea for what reason I was charged (I remember specificlally having said no to the Adobe Stock free trial). And I will do everything to file a complaint. But it's clear from the numerous complaints in the forum and online that Adobe is using Ux dark patterns to lock in people to unwanted subsriptions for unreasonable amounts and lenght of time. This is shameful for such a big company. How can I upgrade my Adobe Stock yearly plan from 25 Credits per month to 40 or 750 per month? There is no button or anything to adjust that, right?

I have a student telling me that he licensed this image through Adobe Stock. Initially I told him he can't just pull images from google but it's turned into this whole web of lies and he's changed the story about 6 times. It's currently licensed on Wikimedia under a creative commons license but he insists that he licensed it from Adobe Stock. He cannot, however, find the license for it in his history and says that the license disappeared when he ended his subscription.Do licensed images that you get on a subscription disappear from history once the subscription ends or do they remain in history?Also If they do disappear, do rights to use them end once you quit paying the subscription fee? For instance, if I download the 10 free images in the introductory offer and save them to my computer can I still use them if I decide to cancel the subscription before I'm billed? That's really more for myself so I can decide if I want to use Adobe Stock or just stick to the Fotolia side of things.Th
