Hello,Today I was analysing the plans to find a plan that I could buy images and videos altogether. Then I upgrade my simple 10 credits plan ot a 350 credits plan, wich have this amount of content included: 350 standard assets or 15 HD videos a month.After the upgrade, I had a surprise: I couldn't purchase any video with credits. So I start searching in the help center about it. And found many costumers with the same problem.Everyone with the same answer: "you can't purchase videos with the credits of the plan".So why Adobe keep the message "X standard imagnes or Y HD videos a month"?This is missleading the costumer on the upgrade page and on the My Current Plan page. I feel frustated and disappointed with this.

I licensed image 378796070 but i downloaded the wrong image instead of the licensed one.

@Contributor1,   You really should issue a warning, that people risk getting locked out of Adobe Stock, if they flood the database with creepy images like a 3 handed Santa: 549864712 If I remember well, this contributor was before this the subject of objections from Stock Customers.

I've just downloaded the below image: https://stock.adobe.com/au/images/the-sharp-look-of-a-chital-deer/444844844?prev_url=detail  And the photo is very grainy and completely unusable for printing, even after impoting to Lightroom and editing the photo. I've included a section of the image below, including the area where you can see they tried to fix the gren background but clearly missed an area.   

My company has the 'unlimited images' plan but I recently needed to get a credit pack in order to purchase videos (not included in the plan). However, when I do this I'm no longer able to download images until those credits are spent. This is a bit of an issue as I'm switching between licensing images and buying videos. My colleague is having to license the images for me whilst I have any remaining credit left. When I try to license an image, I just get a spinning wheel with not much happening. Has anyone else experienced this and if so is there a work around?Many thanks.

I have a question about the standard license: I'm looking to use images on Adobe Stock for a mockup for my product (printable posters) - For instance, I would use this image https://stock.adobe.com/images/mockup-frame-in-farmhouse-living-room-interior-3d-render/369823598?asset_id=343634278 as a mockup to showcase my poster, my artwork (poster) will be sold commercially... The Adobe Stock image would simply be used as a mockup (visual reference) to showcase my poster. Would the standard license be sufficent for this purpose or would I need an extended license? Thanks!

Hi, We are a K12 school and we have susbcribed to CCE All Apps which icnludes Adobe Stock. However when we launch Stock our employees get this: Adobe Stock is not available on your account. If you believe this is an error, please contact your IT administrator.Why am I seeing this I assume that we are restricted using this app because we are school, but why not offer a bit more control to the customer on this? The CCE licences we have are actually assigned to 600 staff and teachers... Is there a way to enable it? If the service is not available then it should not be listed as "Included in your Plan" Appreciate insights as we are getting many questions from confused teachers....

I make a few books for various purposes - simple print on demand stuff. I'm a writer with no talent for drawing so I need illustrations. So if I purchase a Standard Licence I can download but...1. Does the licence expire? (I distrust this nonsense term 'assets') If I reprint the book in a couple of years, do I have to repurchase the images (assume that there may be minor changes to the text and Blurb, for instance, treats it as a new book). The implication is that I only have a licence to use, not any form of ownership.2. I'm unlikely to need even 120 images per year. But some months I might want twenty-five images and the next month - two! Can I roll over unused credits to the following month? 

I registered a personal stock trial through my companys adobe account, using my card details. Now, I want to cancel the trial and I am unable to. When I try and cancel, I just get thrown into a spiral of the browser asking me to verify my identity. When I enter my password, I just get redirected to another "verify your identity" window. This go's on and on and I am unable to cancel the trial membership. I dont want this trial. I dont know why this has to be so dificult. its like you guys dont want me to cancel so you just make it dificult to unregister and remove my card details. How do I cancel this free tril mebersip so I dont get billed on the 14th of Feb 2023?

I've spoken to the person who owns the website and they were very rude. Bascially they tried pretending that the standard discount you get when purcahsing higher subscrition plans is exclusive to their site. It looks like they have affiliate links so obviously earning money by tricking people. Thanks,John

In recent weeks, the galleries have been swarmed with artists selling AI art, many of which are basically just variations of the same images. I licensed a few of these before I knew what they were. Because of the controversy surrounding AI art (using stolen art/replicating art styles/etc), is there a way to get Adobe Stock to enforce a disclaimer for AI generated art so that it's easier to spot and avoid?

Hello.I have created a pattern from an iStock vector image, for a client.I have also purchased en Extended Licence for this vector image. My client printed the pattern in fabric to create some small accessories. Can my client sell these products to other re-sellers? Is she covered with the Extended licence I bought? Thank you

I have a website that was built and hosted by a web development firm. I have about 50 blog posts with about 50 (Adobe standard license) images licensed under the developer's Adobe Stock account. Copyright to the overall site is mine.  I am now moving the site and hosting on my own. The developer is saying that I have to delete all images, which doesn't make sense since I'm not changing the content and simply moving it to a different web host; the content of the blog posts featuring the images is unchanged. Does anyone have insight into this?

Asset #354602175 is not downloading as a vector dispite it being an obvious template. How do I get my license credit back because this file is usesless to me as is?

I have a charge on my credit card for adobe stock. I had abobe stock and cancelled the free trial but somehow still being charged. I have checked all emails and not showing an active subscription. I need the charge cancelled

My stock account shows 0 assets, and my History shows 715 assets; the short answer is I am unable to download anything from adobe stock ....This is after I spent several days last month getting everything straight ...This is becoming very frustrating 

Hello guys,  I have a question concerning the Adobe Stocks's standard licenses:The company I work for buys a stock image and creates some kind of social media graphic with it to inform about one of our events. Are we allowed to pass this graphic on to our business partners, so they can use it as content on their social media sites in order to promote the event? Thanks in advance!AL

Is there a filter we can apply? I haven't always had success filtering out (but also filtering in) photos from my country using the search function. Thanks in advance.

Hi I need your help , I check my acount and I see 29.99 doller for Adobe stock trial cought from me . I cant't understand that. I even dont have it and dont using it . I'm asking everyone! I have been working on a project for myself  MONTHS!!! Its been sitting unfinished because that one perfect defining and final piece of art I had not found. I had a general guide in my head and knew that I would know when I found it. I am an artist in my bakery not so much elsewhere. Well last night I found it in the Stock collection, I even woke up my husband I was so excited to tell him "I found the crown" and despite thinking that I had saved it to my library it is not there. And even worse I can't find it again. Things that are close but not it. I am putting this out to the world to see if anyone has a suggestion for how to find it? After searching again and looking through a 100 pages. Thanks so much for any ideas!

These images are terrible, totally useless when imported and have to be tediously edited to be used. How can I search through the "STOCK IMAGES" to find high-quality images? I am paying $30 and have yet to find anything that I can just import and use.
