Ever since last night at 11:00 PM, Adobe Stock stop working for me and I cannot download any stock images. Caches are cleaned, the account is signed in/out, and it still doesn't work. I have 443 available assets limit still, does anyone have any solution besides waiting on Adobe's team to solve the issue? I am able to license stock images but just cannot download any of them.

I'm trying to share an Adobe Stock Library with a client and keep getting an error message:Additionally, when I try to copy the link and share that, I get an "access denied, you don't have permission to access." Finally, I'm also unable to download any preview images. When clicking on download preview, I'm taking to a paywall. I swear I used to be able to download watermarked previews. 

OK, since I was instated after a year of unjustified banning because of a false claim, my sales were slowly gathering momentum again, until 7 days ago. And from at least 1 sale a day since re-enstatement I now have 0 for 7 days. Has Adobe changed the policy again, or literally stopped any search access or something?ThanksRob

My adostock library is not loading. It loads a few images and then it freezes. I cannot remove, license or view the images that are showing. I tried in safari, chrome and firefox. I tried restarting the computer, i deleted history and cookies and nothing is happening. The laptop is fully updated and the account is paid for.  I can browse for images and license them from the search page but i can't do anything in my library. Any ideas?

Photo 233290309 is listed as “Aerial View Rush Hour Highway Hartford Connecticut State Capital”  but it is actually “Aerial View Rush Hour Highway Providence Rhode Island State Capital”. If an advertisement company buys audio for clients ad video that will be published on TV, what kind of license do they need to buy? Can that same audio be used for other videos if the campaign is same, but the content of the video might vary.

Posted this over in Premiere but wanted to ask here as well:  I am trying to drag and drop a motion graphic into my timeline, but every time I try it says that it is not compatible with my version of premiere and to update to the latest version.  My Premiere and AE are both up to date.This happens with every graphic I try to pull over from the adobe stock essential graphics tab, both free and paid.“My Templates” work just fine.I’ve tried resetting my preferences and also deleting the media cache Screenshots attached. 

Can’t download anything from Adobe Stock even though the payment is cleared on my end. Tried in incognito, doesn’t work. Reached out to support, didn’t get any help, Adobe Case ADB-44143158-X4W0

I have to change back to my printing preferences each and every day. According to the Adobe forums, hundreds of other users experience the exact same issue. This has been going on for years and Adobe need to fix it as a priority.

There is requirement of lending software for commercial use in my organisation. I have searched it on internet to find a specific software but there are too many options. Therefore, I am here to ask for help. Please help me find the best lending software available.

I’ve been having this problem for since the last update. When I open Photoshop I get this messege.  And when I click OK, and open photoshop, all the files on the welcome page are gone. and My Actions are deleted and replaced with Default ones. This happened so many times, i lost count. I have been using these actions for a long time and never had an issue.

I have been unable to download assets from stock for the last 12 days, prior to this error I was able to download assets etc. I have no idea where can I post this issue. I have tried Logging out and resetting cache but didn’t work. I need to download some assets for my work, can someone look into this and post a solution? Thanks. 

I am writing to report a persistent issue with downloading images. Whenever I attempt to download, I receive the following error message: “We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service.”Our account currently has an unlimited image stock quota. My team lead previously reached out to support and was advised to sign out and sign back in; however, this did not resolve the problem.Could you please investigate this further and provide a permanent solution?

We have purchased an Adobe Stock image under an extended license.This image is intended to be used for print products as well as for social media and web advertisements on behalf of a client.This client also has additional subsidiaries or branches in Austria and Luxembourg, which operate under different company names. Is it sufficient to purchase additional licenses per company?What does the clause “No redistribution of the standalone file” mean? Are the subsidiaries also allowed to use the image?Is there another licensing option available for this purpose?

It's standard policy that you can't use a stock image for your logo or trademark. Understood.But it's bugged me for a long time that there are loads of images on Adobe stock that are clearly marked as a logo. I can't see what purpose they would serve for anything else. In fact if you search for "logo" you get nearly 1.5 MILLION results.So my question is ...what are the rules governing a stock graphic that is clearly intended to be used in a logo? Why would Adobe accept them if they are restricted from being used for their intended purpose?I'm currently researching ideas for a water-based logo. There are lots of great splash and droplet vectors that are labelled as logos. Can I use them or not?  It's baffling.Thanks.

Bonjour, je n'ai ni abonnement, ni crédit disponible mais jusqu'à présent, je pouvais enregistrer des images dans une de mes bibliothèques et/ou télécharger un aperçu. Aujourd'hui, quand je clique sur les boutons correspondants, une fenetre pop-up s'ouvre pour que je m'abonne. Les conditions de la plateforme ont-elle complètement changés ou est-ce un bug? Car cela est vraiment dommageable pour la création de maquette à présenter au client. Merci !
