Hi there,    I have an adobe stock subscription and I am wanting to use some illustrations as part of a branding project. The illustrations would be sent to the client. Therefore would I need to get an additional license for these illustrations? I've been reading some posts but the information seems to be conflicting. Thanks in advance 🙂

Hi, my client has just made an Adobe Stock 10 image account, with 30 days of free evaluation before charging.  And she passed me the login and password to download the images, but when I tried to do that, Adobe asked me for her credit card info again, even though she had already signed the plan from her computer.  Is it standard, to give the credit card again from another computer, or maybe something went wrong?    Thank you,  Carla

Hi, i did an edit in Premiere with 40 HD stock images. Now i want to buy, but the 'LICENCE' is grayed out in Premiere. I have credits, my account is open and i run the latest version of Premiere. I work on a older Imac with OS 10.15 I need to 'reconnect'-because i did a lot of FX on each clip. Thank you.

Hi all, We are currently interested in an image  (Adobe Stock #386690304) that suits our creative direction and we intend to use it on outdoor media. Unfortunately for us, it's labeled as an editorial only image. It's roughly agreed during our discussions that the reason the image is marked as Editorial Only is due to several company logos attached to the image. (do correct us if we're wrong.) My question is as follows:1) Is it possible if we purchased the image and removed the logos?2) Will that be okay for the image to be used on billboards and other non editorial media?3) Is there a way to convert the photos from editorial only to "general use" image? Thank you in advance.

Images won't update automatically in my library after licensing since updating Indesign to the latest version. I now have to download an image from the Stock website and replace it in Indesign. Why did it stop updating? 

Am I right in thinking images purchased via the free trial cannot be used to put on tshirts but are ok for website images?

Hello. I have a question about the usage of stock photos. Can you use a photo from Adobe Stock Photos for a book cover?

Hi,   I'm Celine, and currently work in IT support of my company.   We recently bought a 40 credits Adobe Stock licence from our usual reseller. It was added to our account today, but to my surprise it was automatically affected to all our users. It was supposed to be only for our Communication team, a team of around 10 people, but every one of our users who had an Adobe account received the email welcoming them to use Adobe Stock. From what I read on https://helpx.adobe.com/fr/stock/help/adobe-stock-teams.html  : I was supposed to be able to allocate the licence myself, to a user I had chosen. The goal was to create a group and allocate the licence to the group manager, so that only this group could use the credits.   I've tried locating which user the licence has been assigned to, but to no avail. There is no name listed under the Products section. When I try to edit the licences assigned to a specific user, it simply says "Automatically assigned to all user

I get this message " this site can't be reached" anyone else having this issue?

I keep getting this error notice and cannot license anything. "We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service." I have tried on Safari and on Google Chrome and i get the same error message. I pay a lot of money monthly and i am losing my credits as not all of them are rolling over and im not able to license anything!

So I currently have a few different stock clips in my timline all carry the Enhanced liscense type. The final distrobution of the commercial I'm working is for broadcast television. I'm trying to find confirmation and clarification regarding which liscense I need to make sure the clips I use are cleared for broadcast television use. Can anyone provide any clarification and/or confirmation regarding the correct liscense to use? I appreicate your thoughts.

Spent a ton of money downloading "Edititable" instagram stock footage and all that downloads is a flat .jpeg or .ai - Neither editable. WHAT AM I MISSING? I can't even magic erase the "transparent" layers because the grid image is baked in.  Here's an image for reference. Yes I've paid for and downloaded the liscenced versions

If I'm using a licensed illustration from AdobeStock as a component of a logo, is there a restriction on that? Nothing in the licenses seems to indicate that stock used as a component is off limits.

Hello, I am the author of a non-fiction book that is using images from Adobe Stock. I have an urgent and important question: do I have to credit each image with the photographer's name / Adobe Stock, or it would just be a plus, out of courtesy? The information concerning this issue is a bit ambiguous I find on Adobe Stock website. There is no doubt that an 'editorial use only' image has to be credited this way, but it seems that all the other images are not required to be accompanied by a credit line.Am I right?Many thanks in advance for your help, we are about to finalise the file for the printer, would not want to make a big mistake 😉 All the best elodie

I licensed the 4K by mistake - I wanted HD ( FILE #: 524340724). How do I get a credit? There should be a way to make HD the default.

A few months ago, I downloaded a bunch of sample clips from Adobe Stock for a video, and now that the client has finally approved all of the footage, I can't seem to find one particular clip anywhere. I even searched using the ID number in the filename. 426514474 to be exact. Is there another way to retrieve this? Is it gone forever? Is there a way to track down the series of clips that it might have belonged to and hope to find a different clip / angle of the same subject? Some of our projects sit in development waiting for client feedback for months. Before we finalize everything, we use these watermarked clips. This client is SUPER picky and technical about footage choice, and unfortunately, this clip that I can't find was one of the hardest to find in the first place!
