Every time I click the littler heart icon when you hover over a stock item, it only saves to my default library which is the latest one created. Is there a way to save to a specific library?

Hi @ Adobe Stock!I licensed this file https://stock.adobe.com/de/images/vector-golden-light-with-glare-sun-sun-rays-dawn-glare-from-the-sun-png-gold-flare-png-glare-from-flare-png/433221177. The preview and description promised, I get sun and sunbeam isolated on transparent background. The file in fact has a checkerboard pattern on top of radiant elements with black backgrounds in illustrator. How can I get the sun without checkerboard or those black ellipsoids? I need to place the sunbeam in InDesign without any background/elements…

Please help me, I'm so lost! I've been trying to download some transparent overlays to put on my posters and I downloaded a couple ones of glowing lights. It says they're transparent but for the life of me, whether I open them in AI or Photoshop, the grey checkerboard is always in the back. And when I go into AI to try and take the checkerboard out, the image basically ruins itself. Am I not doing it right? Are these labelled as transparent, but actually aren't? Can you even download transparent PNG's from Adobe stock?  Here is the photo I downloaded    

I have downloaded two images that were supposed to be transparent.  I've spent the past 2 hours searching the discussions for a solution and have not yet found one - other than refunding credits back to accounts.   The images I am having trouble with:  #248626298  and #187307902 I have opened in both PS and AI and there are no layers on either to turn off the grid.  Had anyone come up with a solution for this other than the file just wasn't added to Adobe with layers?   Thanks!

Hi, have bought pic of No. 27634514 from user radoma, but pic is very small in real size, I did buy for background, but it is not sharp or nice then at all, I need it sharp but am no AI expert, never use is much and dont have a clue how to make it bigger and keep it sharp, as I need to use it for main pic of my web, is there any chance to help for to make it bigger and sharp from author?I am quit suprise that it is so small, as here it is much bigger than reality. I expected real size 100% of sharp illustration as usually are around 3000-5000px and so on.

Hallo,wir möchten Bilder verwenden für Kacheln, die in einem Online Shop auf bestimmte Produktseiten verlinken:  Braucht es hier eine erweiterte Lizenz? Müssen die Bildquellen angegeben werden? Dürften diese Bilder auch auf der Amazon-Shopseite verwendet werden?  Nach meiner Auffassung braucht es hier keine erweiterte Lizenz, weil die Bilder ja nicht auf den Produkten selbst verwendet werden. Eine Quellenangabe ist hier natürlich am Bild selbst nicht sinnvoll. Da es keine redaktionelle Verwendung ist, halte ich eine Quellenangabe ohnehin für nicht nötig. Aber auch hier verstehe ich schlichtweg die Infos von Adobe nicht. Im Zweifel kann man natürlich eine Seite mit Bildnachweisen machen. Ich würde aber gerne darauf verzichten, falls möglich.

I signed up for a free trial of adobe Stock in August and cancelled the trial right after I got it because I found a better alternative. I found out today that for 2 months I've been getting charged for it, and that the plan is actually still active. I tried to cancel myself today but I get an error message when I try to cancel. I reached out to an agent for help and The first agent I spoke to today told me they would cancel it for me. When I asked for a refund since I cancelled this subscription 2 months ago, I was transferred to someone else. This new agent kept trying to offer me Adobe deals in lieu of a refund. I told them I don't want any deals, I want a refund of my money since I cancelled the plan immediately after I got it and I was still being charged. It has now been about 30 min since my agent has said anything to me. I asked if they were still there, nothing. To top all of this off, the plan is still showing as active on my end. I'm not sure what's going on with A

If I create an animation from a Stock Illustration with a free standard license and I want to sell the animation to a client, what do I need to do to transfer the license to the client?  And does the client have to do anything to get the Stock license for the illustrations in the animation?  Thanks in advance.Marleen.

Hey everyone. I recently activated a trial of adobe stock and used the card I use for all my online purchases. I totally forgot to cancel it. When Adobe tried to process the first payment for it, I had no money on that card, so the payment was of course declined. I tried cancelling it then, but editing the plan was locked because I hadn't paid for it yet. Now it says I'll have to pay a near 200$ cancellation fee because I cancelled the plan prematurely. I haven't used the service at all. Is there anything I can do to not have to pay the 200$ fee? Should I contact Adobe support? Also, where and how do I contact Adobe support? Thanks everybody.

I signed up for the free trial of Adobe Stock in March.  I'm not a graphic anything; I just wanted to see if it would be helpful for small personal projects, and I was overwhelmed and confused with downloading and how to use items.  I put an appointment on mycalendar to cancel on 4/15 while in the free trial period.  I am fairly certain I came in and canceled my service by 4/15 at the latest.  I was charged $29.99 on April 18th.  I assumed I was late with processing the cancellation & got stuck paying for one month. Shame on me. Fast forward to July 18th, and suddenly I start getting billed $29.99 a month again.  I did not notice it on my statement until today (again, shame on me).  However there is nothing that happened in May or June to cause this to start billing again.  The only thing I can think of is that I asked my help desk team at work to give me Adobe Sign at work.  However, that doesn't make sense as it should be two dist

Wenn ich auf Meine Bibliotheken gehe steht da "Deine Bibliotheken konnten nicht geladen werden.Versuche es erneut, indem du alle Bibliotheken anzeigst" und wenn ich die Bibliotheken anzeigen lassen will heißt es "Bibliotheken konnten nicht geladen werden." Weiß jemand zufällig was da falsch ist? Danke im Voraus!

I recently canceled my AdobeStock subscription, but unfortunately, can no longer download previously purchased images without the website asking me to "Sign-up for a New Subscription." Is this correct, that I can no longer download already purchased images from my account?
