Bonjour j'ai "acheté" par erreur 8 photos sur Adobe Stock. je pensais que cela faisait partie de ma formule d'abonnement. Comment puis-je résoudre ce problème ? Je ne connais pas le coût de ces achats... Merci de votre aide Delphine

The last three images I downloaded as AI files contained low resolution raster images. Doesn't anyone do a quality check on these items? There's no way to find out if this is the case until you download the file, and there doesn't seem to be any recourse if the image is not as described.

Last week I purchased some Adobe Stock Credits to use some images, I've done this many times before.The credits were purchased, images were downloaded, all good.However, the transaction has appeared on my bank account and for my accounts I need to reconcile it, again no problem, I can identify and describe it, but, where can I find a PDF invoice for the transaction? I used to log into my Adobe Account, go to the plans heading, then billing history, the transaction shows here and there used to be a PDF I could download. But that is now gone.Does anyone have any ideas?

I found a perfect video clip in the Adobe Stock free collection, but for some reason I cannot license it. I have seen other posts where people see the "purchasing error" dialog, but none of those solutions work for me. I can save the preview (watermarked) image to my CC Library, and I can insert the preview image into my After Effects comp. But, I cannot successfully license the (free) clip to remove the watermark. It does not work when trying to license from After Effects, or directly on the Adobe Stock website. I tried both Chrome and Edge, and neither works (Windows 10). Also, I have no strange characters in my username (one of the posts I saw said this was the problem in that case). Please help, and thanks!

Hallo liebe Community,  es soll ein redaktioneller Beitrag über unser Unternehmen veröffentlicht werden. Hierzu würde die Plattform gerne unsere Bilder nutzen. Einige davon sind mit der Standardlizenz von Adobe Stock lizensiert. Reicht hier ein Verweis „© Adobe Stock"? Muss die Plattform selbst nochmal die Bilder lizensieren? Wie geht man hier vor?  Aus den „license terms" und dem Forum werde ich nicht wirklich schlau, weil sich hier, meiner Meinung nach, widersprochen wird. Liebe Grüße und herzlichen Dank im Voraus!

I licensed image # 289094940, but the image I downloaded was different than the one I selected.

I downloaded (and used a stock credit) for an InDesign template which - unfortunately - is not fit for purpose (badly laid out and poorly executed... I could have done better myself). I'm not using the template but have 'spent' a credit to find out it is worthless... any help appreciated.

Hey,    if I have a search word that I am spotting how can i see the most downloaded images for this  term.    eg. I am searching for "spain" or "southspain"  how can I see which the most successfull images are?    thanxs  Peter

Hello, I need support for paying / subscription feature of Adobe Stock.But I cant find another support option than this Adobe Support Community.Is there a way to send personal informations to Adobe Support? Hello, I opened an Adobe stock demo account.and a week later i canceled my plan.now it wants to charge 1 month plan fee from my card.Can you help with this? I canceled my plan, why still want to charge.You may have to wipe your credit card in your face.

I am having an issue with the checkout when downloading images. The system keeps timing out and the image does not download, "Sorry but a system error occurred". The problem is the system bills my account for an image I didn't get. If I try again the image usually downloads but I get billed again. I had 19 double billings in the past 4 weeks.I did a chat last week and the tech could see what was happening and they credited me for 6 of them. I tried chat yesterday and the tech lost the connection. I called customer service and the agent could not understand what I was trying to tell him.Has anybody seen this before, attached is a screenshot of the error code.Thanks

Hi, a few weeks ago i sign up for a free trial in Adobe Stock. At the same day i cancelled it, but at 31. of October i got charged 36,29 euro. I wanted to try cancel it again but on my account is written that i dont have any plan and that i did not pay anything. Thanks for help.

This e-book contains more than 120 photos, of which 16 downloaded by me from Adobe Stock with a Standard License.Can I or cannot freely insert these 16 Standard License photos in my e-book?I want to specify that these photos are not the primary value of my e-book, since they have the only function of illustrating the text, text that is the main value of my work.Thanks for the answer,                                Max

It's way too easy to accidentally click on the "license" button and get an image you didn't mean to buy – most stock sites make you confirm a selection before the image downloads. How do I un-license it and get that credit back? Thanks!

Hello, I noticed that I no longer have the points that we have transferred from Fotoli. For what reason have they been lost? I spoke to tech support and he offered me to post here. I would like to add that at this point I am not paying for the plan.

Hello everyone,  I ended up using the adobe stock free trial and none of my accounts are showing up the plan so I cannot cancel and it keeps attempting to charge me? I have no idea how to cancel as the plan doesnt show up and there is no option, 35 euros is alot of money for a service im not even using and I have no access to. Any help would be appreciated,Thanks.

I'm testing Adobe Stock and how it works with CC Libraries for possible implementation for a larger team. We're getting hung up on creating a default library and managing images that are saved to the library. First, we can't select a library to save the images to. It always defaults to "My Library". I now have 5 "My Libraries". In the past we were able to select the library that we wanted to save to in the drop down menu in the upper right corner. That is no longer an option? When I select a library it either gives a pop up window for a reverse image search or takes me to a page containing that library. Second, when I heart the image and select "manage" in the tiny box in the corner it's only show libraries that were shared with my by other team members and none of my own. This is completely useless. Going into the CC Libraries panel after saving and moving things around is just not effecient. Is there not a way to select a library and save an image to it?
