I purchased 5 credits in order to purchase a premium image (as per the info on the website).However, when i went to purchase the image it says i don't have enough credits. Why Is Thhe Support Agent So Rude, Inresponsible, pasive??????? I ask for the cancellation but got they just end the chat, dont want to reply after asking Why I want to Cancel. When I reject their promotion to extend, the just end the chat. Is this the level of ADOBE support system???????   [Moderator made the subject more comprehensible. Hi I cannot cancel my subscription to adobe stock. Please help. It auto renewed on 21 Oct and I couldn't do ANYTHING about it!! Please could someone from support please cancel this as I DO NOT want another year. Thanks

Le service Adobe est injoignable et l'assitance virtuelle ne comprends rien ! Comment puis-je avoir de l'aide ? Merci.

Hi, I somehow accidentally licenced asset #480409026 I did not purposefully click to license it, nor was there any confirmation screen. I deleted the asset, but there is no option to unlicense it. Please help.Scott

I'm growing concerned about the recent influx of AI generated artwork that is being uploaded to Adobe Stock Images as licenseable assets. There seems to be a great many of them, and the copyright concerns for artists purchasing licenses to use these images commercially is worrisome. I believe that AI generated artwork is not copyrightable, so how are these images being permitted to be licensed for commercial use? 

I signed up for adobe stock account. When I entered Credit card as a payment method and tried to buy credits with empty card. It just gave me credits for free? Is this a bug? Can I keep the credits?

Whenever we try entering a credit card for the purchase, this message pops up:"We weren't able to process your transaction. Please verify the billing information in your Adobe Account to continue. Once you verify this information, you can retry your purchase."Please help.ThanksJupiter Says Team

De ce fait, je sollicite de votre part un délai d'un jour supplémentaire pour les récupérer (nous en avions une bonne trentaine en attente de la validation d'un projet !! C'est déjà "moche" de nous reprendre ce qui a été payé alors si en plus tout disparait avant l'échéance que vous avez mise en place, c'est bien triste !!! et ne nous dites pas que le 20 octobre n'était pas inclus...) Hello, Just letting you know your Orion Media Group on your site has the wrong name for an Australian bird. They have called a Crested Pigeon a Bar-shouldered Dove. I am wondering if I can use Adobe Stock images in my digitals templates which I will be reselling on Etsy as a PDF downloand.For example I make a client history form and use an adobe stock image on that form, will I be able to sell the template as a digital download?Or if I make digital planners and want to use Adobe stock images in the planner.Will I need an enhanced license to do this?  Thanks!  

I forgot to cancel my subscription and I was charged the second month. I paid (I agree with this fee), but now I have finished the project and wanted to quit. I did not know that an additional fee could be charged for it 184 euros When setting up an account, I have not seen this information. If I knew it, I would not start subscription. What can I do? Hi, this is absolutely unacceptable. I've taked Adobe Stock Free Trial, this morning I wake up with a 'pleasant' surprise. I've been charged over 36 eur for Adobe Stock Trial, fir what?! Ive deactivated re-subscription in time, it should have been free ride, but now it costs dearly. The help system is made not to reach out for help. Assistance is not working for me, cos it says I have no plans detected, so online support doesnt work, I've rechecked 'My plans' and Invoices - no information provided. So why I got charged. Please, englighten me, cos I am gonna lose it. I am trying to save for my wedding and I dont need such random charges on my credit card. Thank You.

Every time I click the littler heart icon when you hover over a stock item, it only saves to my default library which is the latest one created. Is there a way to save to a specific library?

Hi @ Adobe Stock!I licensed this file https://stock.adobe.com/de/images/vector-golden-light-with-glare-sun-sun-rays-dawn-glare-from-the-sun-png-gold-flare-png-glare-from-flare-png/433221177. The preview and description promised, I get sun and sunbeam isolated on transparent background. The file in fact has a checkerboard pattern on top of radiant elements with black backgrounds in illustrator. How can I get the sun without checkerboard or those black ellipsoids? I need to place the sunbeam in InDesign without any background/elements…

Please help me, I'm so lost! I've been trying to download some transparent overlays to put on my posters and I downloaded a couple ones of glowing lights. It says they're transparent but for the life of me, whether I open them in AI or Photoshop, the grey checkerboard is always in the back. And when I go into AI to try and take the checkerboard out, the image basically ruins itself. Am I not doing it right? Are these labelled as transparent, but actually aren't? Can you even download transparent PNG's from Adobe stock?  Here is the photo I downloaded    

I have downloaded two images that were supposed to be transparent.  I've spent the past 2 hours searching the discussions for a solution and have not yet found one - other than refunding credits back to accounts.   The images I am having trouble with:  #248626298  and #187307902 I have opened in both PS and AI and there are no layers on either to turn off the grid.  Had anyone come up with a solution for this other than the file just wasn't added to Adobe with layers?   Thanks!

Hi, have bought pic of No. 27634514 from user radoma, but pic is very small in real size, I did buy for background, but it is not sharp or nice then at all, I need it sharp but am no AI expert, never use is much and dont have a clue how to make it bigger and keep it sharp, as I need to use it for main pic of my web, is there any chance to help for to make it bigger and sharp from author?I am quit suprise that it is so small, as here it is much bigger than reality. I expected real size 100% of sharp illustration as usually are around 3000-5000px and so on.

Hallo,wir möchten Bilder verwenden für Kacheln, die in einem Online Shop auf bestimmte Produktseiten verlinken:  Braucht es hier eine erweiterte Lizenz? Müssen die Bildquellen angegeben werden? Dürften diese Bilder auch auf der Amazon-Shopseite verwendet werden?  Nach meiner Auffassung braucht es hier keine erweiterte Lizenz, weil die Bilder ja nicht auf den Produkten selbst verwendet werden. Eine Quellenangabe ist hier natürlich am Bild selbst nicht sinnvoll. Da es keine redaktionelle Verwendung ist, halte ich eine Quellenangabe ohnehin für nicht nötig. Aber auch hier verstehe ich schlichtweg die Infos von Adobe nicht. Im Zweifel kann man natürlich eine Seite mit Bildnachweisen machen. Ich würde aber gerne darauf verzichten, falls möglich.
