Hello,  I need the help of Adobe community to clarifying a specific case that i don’t found in the different topics.  I’m a totally amateur artist, fond of graphics, who only realized some little projects for myself, family and friends. Recently, a friend of mine who is currently writing a book about her different trips around the world, asked me if i could help her creating pretty maps of the countries she has visited, so that the readers easily visualize her journey. The book will be printed in maximum 15000 copies. It’s a book that deals with « the pleasure of traveling with your dog », in which she give tips, enhance places that welcome our four-legged friends ect. Evidently, no politics, no adult content, borderline subject or anything which could be considered as a prejudice …  According to what i read and understood about Adobe Stock terms of license, a standard license seems to be OK. Hello, I have a question about the copy- or viewer count for advertising.Can I use an image with a standard licence for a coach print? Or is that not possible because more than 500,000 people could see the coach with the image?I understand that it is not allowed to create more than 500,000 print copies with a standard licence, but what exactly is meant by 500,000 spectators? 500,000 viewers in one place at one time or 500,000 viewers who could ever see the image? Thanks for your help!Mareike

@Kanikas Hey Kanika, I accidentally licensed the image #283558122 istead of #211931149. Is there a possibility to change the license as well?   Best Hendrik

I recently went to purchase a stock image from Stock Adobe, but I keep getting an error message that states,  We're unable to approve your transaction at this time. Please check the information you've entered below to make sure everything is accurate. If you continue to have trouble, please try a different card or contact Learn & Support  for help. how can I reaolve this issue?

Hallo zusammen, ich habe ein Bild Standard Lizensiert und nun möchte ich es verändern (zuschneiden, Licht anassen) und mein Logo darauf montieren. Ist das erlaubt? Wenn nicht, welche art Lizensierung erlaubt es die Bilder zu verändern und zu "montieren"? Danke für eure Hilfe!

I have a problem that i am glued to that monthly subscription if i cancel i have to pay a fee and my credits will be canceled too. what can i do so that i dont pay for nothing ? I dont use so many Assets but its on 120 Credits now and i would like to have the option to become something for what i paid for. I keep paying monthly now and my Credits being 120 because of this subscription that i actually didnt really want. So smart of Adobe Marketing department, or is it Finance Department ? 😞

We want to buy only one image for using it as logo in our website. Can we buy it without having an acoount? The product that we buy can be used as a logo in timeless period. Also, after buying it, will anyone buy or use it again?

Liebe Community! Wir haben folgendes Problem. Ich wähle ein Bild in Indesign im Fenster "CC Libraries" das noch nicht lizenziert ist und bette es in mein Layout ein. Nun möchte ich das Bild lizenzieren. Ich klicke auf den Einkaufswagen entweder im Fenster in der Werkzeugleiste oder direkt auf den Kreis im Bild. Der Lizenzvorgang startet. Ich sehe die noch verfügbare Anzahl der Lizenzen usw. Ich bestätige. Nun passiert aber nichts, wie sonst üblich. Das Bild bleibt als Layoutbild bestehen, auch im Fenster "CC Libraries" bleibt alles unverändert. Lediglich wenn ich online auf unseren Account gehe und mir den Lizenzverlauf ansehe, dann sehe ich dass das Bild lizenziert wurde. Ein Neustart behebt manchmal das Problem, aber leider auch nicht immer. Ich kann aber auch nicht immer nach jedem Bild einen Neustart machen. Ich habe schon versucht die CC Library neu zu installieren auch das Clean Up Tool für CC Library hat nichts gebracht. Das Problem tritt bei uns üb

Hi,I took the trial for Stock and right after I finished using it, I cancelled my subscription, but I got a mail from Adobe that says that I owe them around 35€ for an annual subscription, what is that ? I cancelled it, why do they send me this ? I'm not using Stock anymore, I just wanted to try it. Thanks god there's no payment informations on my account so I didn't lose money.But I want Adobe to cancel this bill. I never asked for an annual subscription. I googled a little bit my problem and apparently I'm not the only one in this case. Since I can't call them, I'm posting my problem here. Thanks for an answer from support.

Hello, I too just had the unfortunate experience of accidentally licensing and image that I had no intention of licensing, only to find out that this quick action can't be undone. I would very much appreciate a credit for this unwanted image especially since I am now paying for the service. I am trying to cancel my subscription but i have 13 assests/credits. It says i will lose them if i cancel. Any other subscription i have ever had honours what you pay for. Eg: You pay for one month, you get one month. My direct debt went out a couple of days ago so i have a new credits... surely i should have until the end of the month to use them as that is what i paid for!!! So i cancel and i have wasted money. The phone number on the site doesn't work from Ireland and there is no email address. Will i get a refund if they don't honour what i just paid for??

Wenn ich das Abo abschließen will, kommt bei mir aber immer wieder die Fehlermeldung: "Leider ist ein Systemfehler aufgetreten. Wenn Sie innerhalb der nächsten Minuten keine E-Mail mit der Bestätigung Ihrer Zahlung erhalten sollten, versuchen Sie es bitte erneut oder wenden Sie sich an den Kundendienst." Wie kann das sein, woher kommt das? Viele Dank im Voraus. LGPatrick

So my question is this: I have a library that is full (I spring between multiple projects) and when I want to try to save an asset to a specific library, I'm not given the chance to do so. The asset automatically tries to save to the last library (as you stated) and I receive a notice, "Could not save into [folder]" but I don't see anywhere to move this asset to the library I want it to go to.

Inadvertantly selected the disappearing/reapearing "license" button when trying to click on the thumbnail for more info.  Now I've apparently licensed an asset that I never wanted.  I hit the "x" in the download screen that appeared thinking that I'd cancel the "purchase."  I was wrong.  Apparently I licensed the image. How do I return/refund/cancel/give back the license? Seems like this has been a problem for a lot of people.

I accidentally licesned photo (#298943223) which I never wanted, is there anyway to revert this action? How do I cancel and give back the license?   Thank you, Stefan
