Hi Adobe Team,I am a bit of confused with the monthly subscription plan, It says i will get the first month free with 10 free asserts, so I applied for it.After searching for a video and downloading it, I was immediately charged with the footage.I have not yet hit the download button nor license of the footage, is there a way I can cancel/refund this transaction? ID #162472322.and what are 10 assets basically means?Thank you!

As a paid subcriber to Adobe Stock Images....is it legal to take parts of one image and photoshop them into another image?

Hi everyone! I've seen plenty of forums about this topic but none that really answer the question, I'm also in a chat with Adobe help and it is a useless conversation with no answer. I am surprised Adobe doesn't have a clear answer on this, considering a large amount of their users are creatives creating things for other clients.I'm a graphic designer and I create book cover designs for authors.If I have a standard license on an image used in one of my designs, how can I transfer that standard license to the author?In the Adobe Stock Terms #3.5 it states, "You may use the license granted in these Terms for the benefit of one of your clients, provided that you transfer your license to your client, and your client must comply with these Terms and restrictions."My question is HOW can I legally transfer the license? Hello, I've been having an enormous difficulty to get support for anything related to Adobe Stock.   On the last time, the company acquired a 40-assets license and, as it was granted to me, it wasn't available until I talked to at least 5 different tech supporters at Adobe. 4 of them in English, which isn't my native language. The product is available in Portuguese, but not support.   Now I'm facing a new problem and got transferred at least 7 times through different nations around the world for a simple problem: I licensed a file (Asset number 103598169) and, as I download the AI file, it opens as a raster image positioned inside a AI file. It should be a vector file, and it's not. And I've just downloaded another vector asset and it's all good, so it has nothing to do with my account, but they keep asking my account details, even though I just described for the past 6 people who talked to me.   Now I've got even transferred to Acrobat-team, which has no sense at all. Beginning yesterday. I can no longer save any image to the Stock libraries. Nothing happens when you click on Save to Library. The manage library dialogue no longer shows and it's like the button has zero functionality. This happens regardless of which browser I use and it's the same whether on mobile or laptop. And, I am logged in. Also, my existing libraries are listed but do not load. Anyone else having simalar issues? Anyone know a fix?

I've restarted CC, logged out and back in, restarted computer, cleared cache, cleared cookies, tried another browser. After clicking the heart shaped icon to add an asset to any library: nothing happens, no library to choose, no pop up, nothing. Like a dead link. Can anybody give me some advice? Hardcore user, retoucher, compositing artist. I am awaiting call from helpdesk, but wish to fix the problem tonight. Thanks in advance! 

I want to unsubscribe because the program was connected randomly, was not in use except for the trial period, I hope you can check it out!!!! For 1 month withdrew and the debt went for 2 month, I specifically will not top up the mvoy card and if the money is withdrawn again, then I will call my bank to cancel the payment, and without payment I can not cancel the subscription for some reason, so I do not ask, but beg to send an email that I was disconnected nahavzhdi from this not necessary program and did not withdraw funds as scammers

After licensing photos, I save a copy on my computer.  I did a few of them with no problem, but then on the last one I got this message:"Oops! We couldn't save that one" All the photos came from the same series. I've taken these steps and none have fixed the issue-I saved it to my library and downloaded it again from there.I cleared my browser history and cache. I tried to save to a different location on my computer.I waited a day, logged back in and tried again.  What's going on?

Hello, So my client purchased a sound track on Adobe Stock for a video that he is producing, and I am editing it. The problem is, how does licensing work? I'm using Premiere Pro, and it wants me to license it so that the track can be replaced by the .WAV file. However, the only option I have is to buy the license with Creative Cloud.Is there a way he can download the full version, or how do I get the full version to put in the video I am creating for him?

I start the trial of Adobe Stock and i want to cancel it beacause i dont use it, but i cant cancel it, do i need to pay the monthly charge even tho i only want the trial to  being able to cancel it.?

I have been using Adobe Stock for my work all the time with my 10 assets plan. However, when I click to get the template I want to purchase. It doesn't allow me to do so.The site only shows me what subscription plan I need to get, but I already have the 10 assets plan. It just keeps looping and there is no way I can purchase the license.By the way, I have logged into my account.  

Hi, is there a way to directly contact the contributor to inform his/her image has a wrong file attached? do we all have to create a post each time this happens?i have purchased a stock File #:  292075082 but i recieved a wrong AI file that is actually from File #:292082008. please advise link from actual image as soon as possible. thanks

Hi there,I often download stock images that I like only to find that they are AI files. Even though I have AI I have no idea how to use it, When I try and save an AI file within AI to a JPG file it is always so small or does not look like I need it to. Can someone point me in the right direction to learn what I need to or give me a simple step by step process to save an AI image as a hi-res JPG?A good example would be how to extract BAM from this 85268363 and make a large JPG.Thanks in advance for your help.Tony

Is there a phone number or chat where I can speak to a live person? I want to keep my Adobe CC subscription but I need to update my credit card. It keeps telling me something went wrong when I go into my payment area. I also want to cancel my Adobe Stock subscription but am afraid that the phone number automation will cancel the wrong account. Is there a phone number where I can speak to a live person? I've been searching, looking online and I called the 1-800 number with no luck. They sure don't make it easy to get help.

Hello there, I upgraded my Adobe Stock subscription from 10 pictures to 350 now. And yet two days after purchase still no credits shown on top right corner so I'm still left in the dark and unable to license/purchase pictures on adobe.stock.com - What shall  I do now? I been waiting forever and an employee already refunded and re-purchased. But still NO credits shown on top. Please help!Marco

I cancelled my subscription early, and it even says if I cancelled before the 23rd that it'd be refunded anyways, but I was billed a few days ago anyways. I shouldn't have been billed at all, but now I need to have that refund hit my account. This is not an issue on my bank's end, I used to work for my bank and am in the finance industry. I don't believe any refund process was even initiated.  Please help. Sadly this is urgent. 

Hello, I have purchased Adobe stock with an annual plan. Unfortunately, it was a mistake and a shot for me in the knee. Is it possible to cancel the annual plan or change the price to a student plan if I am a student? 

It used to be that clicking an image simply expanded the info on that image, now it is opening an entirely new window off screen.  I do not think this is because of any screen resolution issues because #1, I tried fixing that already to no avail and #2, this is literally the only time I see this issue.I know how to go through the steps to move the screen back to where I can see it, but it is really causing some issues for me when I want to look at the details of several images.I saw on another post that some A/B testing is taking place regarding the new window vs expanding the info panel.... but the issue of it opening off screen was not addressed.  Anyone else seeing that issue? any suggestions?

Eine erweiterte Lizenz wäre, wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe, ab einer Auflage von 500.000 Exemplaren notwendig. Ich hätte hierzu folgende Fragen:Ist es korrekt, dass grundsätzlich sowohl die Standardlizenz als auch die erweiterte Lizenz für mein o. g. Vorhaben rechtmäßig nutzbar wären?Wenn ich eine Lizenz über eine Grafik erwerbe, muss ich einen Vermerk (Copyright o. ä.) im Buch angeben? Falls ja, gibt es besondere Vo
