I dont like the pop up when you go to download an image. I wish it came up as a serepate pop up because then i have to x out and try to find where i left off on the page. Christina 🙂 adobe max

Однако, насколько я понимаю, Adobe Stock не позволяет создавать несколько учётных записей. Подскажите, пожалуйста, что мне делать в этом случае? Можно ли удалить или деактивировать мои старые тестовые учётные записи, если я не могу войти в них, потому что система считает, что мне меньше 18 лет?

Hi there, I purchased a license for a Premium Photo by accident which was more than 1 plan credit. I was just in automatic mode for licensing an image, and just clicked through the purchasing without realising it was a significant amount more credits. I noticed right when I clicked "purchase"  but before i could even cancel, it completed the purchase. Can I get the credits refunded to me at all? I have not used the image.  

Hi!Long time adobe user. Today I downloaded about 12 images to create some email assets. After downloading I zoomed in on one of the photos that was created by AI and realized how terrible it was. It's unusable for me, but that's not the problem as I have unlimited downloads plan. I wanted to bring it to Adobe's attention since someone else may purchase it. The problem is with the person's face in the image..the eyes look demonic and the chin looks like it was cut and pasted from a magazine. Hi, I am a new contributor, I contribute "vector semaless pattern" - manual. I work fulltime, close to 100 approved files now. Just want to know what is the  earning and growth poential in this category, let's say with 120-150 files??? Didn't see any download so far. Buenas tardes, Veo que en algunas fotos que miro en adobe stock hay elementos que me parecen hechos con 3D. No sé si hay programas o complementos 3D en photoshop pero lo miraré, porque me interesa.De todas formas, en los últimos años he aprendido y trabajado con algunos programas 3D y realiades virtuales, etc. del tipo Blender, Reality Capture, etc.Después de hacer una imagen o escena  terminada en ellos consigo hacer una foto convencional (jpg, png...) que se hace totalmente en el ordenador y desde el ordenador con mis indicaciones pero dentro de estos programas.¿puedo subir estas fotos resultantes para la venta en la plataforma adobe stock?Gracias y un saludo

I would love there to be a way to formally flag an image for Adobe to review for AI misslabeling. I came across this image (linked below), which is clearly AI when you zoom in. Not only does it clame to be not AI, but it is slated for editorial use. I was Billed on September 13 for my plan (3 assets per month). As of October 7. I have zero credits. I am curious how do I get an anwer and what am I paying for?

I have approximately 1000 images in my profile. I recently suffered a catastrophic episode and lost all my Lightroom catalogs, which identified all the previously submitted images.  I have all the images on storage media and want to rebuild the catalog.  My question is, how do I identify which of my images have already been submitted, so I don't get massive rejections for the ones already in my profile.  Is there a way to determine the filename that each image had when it was submitted.  I'm hoping not to have to visually compare each one with the thousands of images on my local drive.

I was looking through my licensed stock assets and this month there was a download for a template. I have no recollection getting asset ID #423238174. Can this be removed from my library?

Hello I am unable to access or download the image with the following product code from my account: Product Code 1276440376 However, the same image can be opened from another account. I was told to post here about getting a refund on a stock asset that was not as advertised. I purchased an image that was advertised as an editable vector image, but after I clicked Download, it was only offered as a jpg and does not have editable text. I need to be refunded or send the proper vector file. The file was 1665353019

I have an account with Adobe.  I'm trying to download some assests and it's trying to charge me even though my monlthy membership has went through on Oct 7th and not due again until Nov. 7th

Continue to be charged but cannot cancel my subscription.  Its this endless circle of contact support but then the chat button does not work.

POr tanto, a veces como profesora y otras como alumna, en ocasiones tengo acceso a licencias de adobe temporales académicas para esos cursos.Ahora mismo voy a disponer de una por unos cursos de postgrado universitario que recibo hasta febrero.Es una oportunidad para mí para conocer mucho mejor y aprender más de photoshop y estoy muy contentaQuería saber si en estos meses puedo utilizar este plan para arreglar un montón de fotos (que me habéis rechazado y otras nuevas) para subirlas a la plataforma y ponerlas a la venta.Aunque tenga una licencia académica gratuita ¿los resultados de lo que haga con ella estos meses puedo ponerlos a la venta en la plataforma de adobe stock?Gracias y un saludo
