Hello,I accidentally licensed 191402838, 191402735, 151512807, 205767217, 36803943, 52886362.I was just adding them my library for viewing.  I thought I clicked library and didn't realize I was being charged for all these photos. I did not download them and I can delete them.  Can you please undo these licenses?Dawn

Hi Adobe Stock Support Team,I have an active 3-images/month plan and had over 80 unused licenses in my account. Since last week there are only 12 left. Is there a reason why this happened? I thought, that the plans include a rollover of benefits, which ensures that unused licenses continue to be available in my account? Thanks for your help!Anna

Hi Adobe support team,I have cancelled my 'Adobe Stock – 10 assets a month' subcription on the 1 day  of my second's month bill i.e., on Nov 24,2018 11.26 hrs (pst). But I have not got my refund yet.

So I signed up for the free trial with ten images. I have a one dollar USD charge to my credit card from Adobe now which is fine but I can't find the source of the charge. I'm just trying to find the part of the ``free trial'' that wasn't actually free so I can read more into it an understand what I would be getting myself into if I remain an adobe stock customer. For the ten stock photo trial I'm perfectly fine with having these images being heavily discounted as opposed to free, but if your practice is to charge my card without any clear records as to why then there is absolutely no chance I'm going to dedicate to a year long contract.What caused the charge on my account for my free trial stock photo trial..? If the answer is buried in some fine print in the terms and conditions you've certainly lost a customer. On January 2, 2019 I made a payment for Adobe Stock, then I canceled the plan, but today, January 11, I still do not receive my refund, this is my order number: ADB044471086I ask for a prompt response, before the 14 days pass as the page says, because it is not fair, your contact with Adobe are very bad, they give me a 9-digit number, which the operator tells me is incorrect, the chat does not work, on the page there are only forms of payment, but there is no way to ask for a refund if it has not arrived.

I went to cancel my Adobe Stock account in December before my 30 day trial was finished.  Before confirming it offered me an extra 30 days free, taking my free subscription to Feb 12th.  However, I have just been charged a months membership.  I have been on the help chat for an hour and counting and I'm getting no resolution. Can anyone help?  This is ridiculous.

With regard to the previous discussion on the possibility of inserting the adobe stock images in the covers of books and ebooks, does credit mean that in the ebooks I have to report that the cover image was created starting from an image purchased on adobe stock?I also ask another thing, where I find the questions posted under "Stop by the Forums Lounge"I can not find themI did not understand, I can not post the questions here? Hi If I cancel Adobe Stock can I keep my libraries and the ones I have paid for but not chosen yet? I have a few to chose and don’t want lose them. I’m now reading there are cancellation fees!!! The reason people cancel is usually because money is tight. This seems really wrong? I may come back to Stock one day but recently lost a good client- any ideas please

I'm trying to license and download a stock image using the 10 free stock images promotion. When I click "License & Save to Computer", it says "Please wait..." and then nothing ever happens. I have tried using different browsers, different computers, clearing cache/cookies/browsing history, turning off ad blockers, everything. Nothing ever shows up under License History either. I find it obnoxious that users cannot buy a single image and have to sign up for a subscription, then, if you don't buy enough images monthly, you lose them (even though you paid for them)!Then, if you cancel your subscription, then you lose all images at the end of that month, even though they were paid for.Seems fair.[Discussion successfully moved from Photoshop to Adobe Stock - Mod]

How do I search for a picture of only a particular place?  Specifically, when I tried to search for "South Lake" in California, the search results apparently gave me any picture that included those 3 key words, when I was only looking for a specific lake. To further complicate matters, the descriptions of the resulting images often don't even list the name of the lake in the picture.

All week I have been struggling to use the adobe stock website. The website freezes or crashes when searching for an image. The website has essentially been useless on Chrome. Maybe worse than useless since it freezes and takes several minutes to close out. After searching the forum, I learned in may be a chrome issue. I tried the website in safari and was able to finally download an image but it was still slow in my opinion. I've never had trouble before this week. Hope this issue is cleared up quickly. Catherine

Hello, I am about to buy an image from Adobe Stock. I want to use the image for some posters designs I have made. The only questions I have remaining are:- If I buy an image with an Extended License to produce, for example posters, is it ilegal to add my very own brand logo to the final product? I would not be using the image as my logo but my own logo would be printed in the poster containing the previously purchased adobe image.- If I buy an image with an Extended License, am I allowed to edit, crop, cut and use only certain parts I want of the image to use for my poster ? Or must I use the image I bought as a whole all the time.Thank you very much for your help.

I don't understand why Adobe has decided to take me directly to video (other than they're pushing very hard to sell their videos) every time I want to download an image from the CC program running on my iMac. It's very annoying. Adobe stock is already very very slow, but now it takes like 10 minutes for all those stupid videos to load and I just have to sit and wait for them to load before I can select "image" from the drop-down. Time is money Adobe, please resolve your dang server issues and stop forcing people to go to your videos first. Most people only need images. Geez!!Super frustrated client.

Ok so yes I've read the license information several times but I'm still a little confused.  What I am needing is say a vector image of a crown.  I would be incorporating that with words / font (ie bible verse) to create a new SVG that I could resale.  Is that allowed with the Extended License?  I have many ideas but not much in the way of artistic abilities to create some of the vectors I need to make my original design come to life.  Thanks for any help!

Hi there! I found nice file in Adobe Stock but I need to change a little bit the bottom of this model. I would like to try it in Blender but during import I got error.
