Please can someone explain the allowed usage of Firefly AI generated images? Browsing on Adobe Stock, there is a lot of AI content and wanting to know whether all the images here will have been generated using Adobe products and if so, can these be used as individual elements to to make a larger composition? I'm asking as other AI generators prohibit this and state that the original image generated can't be altered. Assume Firefly T&Cs are different? I've checked the terms and conditions but can't find this info so any help appreciated. Thanks
Hi everyone, We recently used the "Generate Variations" feature under an existing Adobe Stock image, and entered a custom prompt to create a new version of the image. The result was downloaded successfully, but now we're confused about how this image is classified and how to handle its licensing and attribution. Here's what we're seeing:• In the "Library", the image is labeled as "Generated by you".• In the "License history", it's labeled simply as "Generated image".• The downloaded file name starts with "Firefly", suggesting it was created using Adobe Firefly.• However, it does not appear in our "Firefly history", so we're not entirely sure if it's actually a Firefly-generated image. We have two main questions: 1. What type of license does this image have?In the "License history", the column where the license type usually appears just shows a dash ("–").Does this mean it's a standard license by default? And if we need an extended license, how can we obtain
I'm looking for high-quality photos of places and objects that exist in the real world, not fantasy slop churned out by a mindless algorithm. Using the "exclude generative AI" filter helps a lot, but I still sometimes run into images that are blatantly AI-generated, like the one below. Is there an easy way to report these images? Thank you.
So I have a three-asset per month pack on Adobe Stock. On 9/13 Adobe again billed my credit card. I have not accessed any new photo's since August 16th and when I log in it says I have no Credits. This seems fishy. As in something is wrong. I don't mind paying, but I do want what I am paying for. Can you help? Thanks in advance
Hello,I can't download any images.I still have the same error : "error": "Service Unavailable""code": "100""case": "83c3c40061f05f5ba86a3ce466fbd424"It seems there is an error with the server. Can you help me pls ? Thank you ?
Issues is affecting multiple users from all browsers.
I keep coming across images that look obviously AI-Generated but aren't tagged as such, so they still show up in searches where I have "Exclude AI Images" selected in the filters. Most recently this account: https://stock.adobe.com/contributor/212101237/adobe?load_type=author&prev_url=detail The only way to report these that I've found is to create a forum post. But since I'm coming across them so often, it seems like there should be an easier way to report these. Am I missing something? There is a report option on individual images with an option to report for infringing IP rights, but I'm not sure that covers not tagging AI-generated images. Is there a way to formally submit a request for this feature to be added?
I've tried on Chrome and Firefox.
Is anyone else getting error messages when trying to download stock today? I could download fine an hour ago, and now nothing, just error messages.
Hello,I've just purchased an HighResolution-Image which preview looks fine. The original (67Mpix-Resulution) seems to have no focus at all. Therefore it is useless for business purposes (large scale print). Please check here and let me know how to proceed here: https://stock.adobe.com/at/images/live-oak-tree-in-a-park/1646317800Additional question: Is there any chance to get this image in-focus - cause its urgent. Thanks a lot in advance
I've licensed about a dozen vectors from Adobe Stock where the description reads "editable stroke", which is what I needed. However, when you open them in Illustrator you find that the strokes have been outlined—not editable. Is anyone checking for this? It becomes a bit of a time suck when you think you found an image you can use, only to find that you must keep searching. Apparently this happens a lot. The last one I found is file 406405946.
The outlines on these vector patterns are jagged and include ghost vectors in white. I will not be able to use them. See attached screenshots and image numbers.I have a monthly subscriptions. I'd like to get the 2 asset credits I spent on this back.Thank you.
Добрый день, хочу вернуть деньги за подписку на Adobe Stock, так как не нашло то что мне нужно!
I find it utterly unacceptable that I cannot simply end my annual/paid-monthly Adobe Stock plan without being trapped by their auto-renewal scheme. My subscription ends in two days, yet Adobe demands a $200 plus penalty just to cancel. The only “option” they give me is to roll into another year-long contract?!!!! It is unlawful-then I'd have to remember to cancel within 14 days or be stuck all over again? This subscription catch-22 is illegal. It's outrageous that a company can entrap customers with auto-renewing contracts, bury massive cancellation fees in fine print, and make the exit process needlessly convoluted-especially when a user is at the natural end of their term or not even using the service anymore.Good luck, Adobe, trying to charge that Visa card. It's already defunded.
Any update as to when Adobe will have a K-12 version of Adobe stock. I work for the largest high-school only district in california and several of our sites have licenses for our classes/students. It keeps getting brought up from time to time, but with no solution. My IT team needs a way to filter adult content from students. I run an active student print shop and my student design team members have to use my laptop with my vecteezy account for vector graphics because with the time contraints of an hour-long period we don't have the time to redraw everything and we simply shouldn't have to. I was told Adobe Express AI filters out adult content, why can't stock do the same?
I've downloaded an adobe stock image (File #: 222941660) and when opened in AI ithe gradients (shadows) are not translating correctly. I've tried chamging raster settings and it does not reslove the issue.
I purchased an annual subscription last year, and recently received an email stating that it will automatically renew with monthly charges unless I cancel. However, despite trying to cancel for months, the system doesn’t even show that I have an active subscription. There is no accessible way to cancel - emails to support bounce back because the mailbox is full, and the chatbot is unhelpful, refusing to connect me with an agent since it claims I don’t have an active account linked to my email. This situation feels like a scam, as I am being charged without any clear way to stop the subscription or reach proper support.
Hello everyone,I have been selling my After Effects and MoGRT templates on Adobe Stock for quite some time. I’ve heard that Adobe Firefly is currently going through training processes. My question is: can the templates I’ve created in After Effects or Premiere Pro be used as part of Firefly’s training? And if so, would contributors like me receive compensation when our templates are used for this purpose?
I am not able to download the images and videos from the adobe stock whereas i have unlimited image quota for me
Just saw a piece of clip art that stole one of my images! What do I do?
Hello, Yesterday I licensed an image by mistake file #446872762 and not sure if its possible to return it? I tried to find someway or automatic system to solve this issue but I couldn't. Any suggestions?
Yeah I was wondering the same as I'm currently trying to use some Adobe stock footage my client selected 1426758896, and it's terrible quality. While being 4K it looks like somebody did a bad pulldown from 24p to 30p, as there are inconsistent doubled frames and it has really bad compression artifacts. Users should be able to quickly file a complaint not just about copyright issues but the quality of your stock. [moderator detached this from a different thread] [Moderator cured the subject for clarity. Was: How to report issues with Adobe Stock imagery?]
I hope someone can help. I am interested in using some of these assets from a contributor but I believe they are ai generated but have not been tagged correctly? 1530805699 - food seems too perfect998635577 - halloween items1343816023 - this file there are three sides of the dice with number 5 the more I look at the portfolio the more I find that looks very Ai but isnt labeled as such. My client does not want ai assets to be used so it is quite frustrating.
