Hello. As an individual user, can I use the standard licensed backgrounds I downloaded from Adobe Stock on my commercial company's website to provide information about the company?

I accidentally created an account and had a typo in my email making it invalid. Now I can't access my account or chat and I don't want to be billed after my free trial.  Is there any way to contact a human for help?thank you to anyone who can help.

Hi, if I search for the term 'Business Community' in Adobe stock, I get an overwhelming range of images of individual males. There should be significantly more females. Ideally I should get a sense of community rather than individuals - but if the system has to give me individuals and I didn't specify gender, then both sexes should be represented equally. 

Hey , I paid for Adobe Stock and they promised a 3 months free trial as well after the payment, i was downloading videos to use in my projects but it only allowed me to download three videos and then starts charging and it says that you dont have enough credits, so i am wondering like why i did pay like $30 for it, if i can only download 3 videos per month jajajajja can somebody explain me that ill appreciated.

I attempted to download this set of tropical drinks from Stock.adobe.com, but the file only contained broken links to unavailable .eps files. Please inform the creator to update their stock or remove this item. Thank you. 

Hello, Within the past week, our team has been unable to download stock images to our local drives, and then not even to a library. I was able to download one image today to our cloud library, but nothing is going in the local download folder. I was not able to download other files as the browser would time out. We've also had problems with auto-fills on websites, so we were thinking our IT might've changed something that is blocking something on our browsers. Both these bugs have come up around the same time in the past 2 weeks. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hi,I've always managed to access videos in the past as part of my plan but all of a sudden it's trying to charge me for an enhanced license. In the past i was charged 6 credits from my account but now it wants to charge me £47.00 for each video. I've searched and every single video is classed as enhanced. Is this normal or has something changed on my account because i've not had a notification to say anything is changing?I was speaking to someone via chat yesterday but was told someonoe will get back to me within 48 hours. I have a deadline though and really need to get this sorted.Thanks

I downloaded Stock Video # 540970899 for an upcoming production with a tight deadline.  The information page stated it was a 40 second video.  It freezes at 10 seconds and stops at 13 seconds. Now what?

If I use AdobeStock material in a magazine and this magazine - with the same media owner - is republished by a different publisher in a different country, do I have to licence the images again?

I have just subscribed and don't understand how to use this service. I am the owner of a website, and I want to download some photos that are safe from copyright and legal for me to use on my site.My plan says I get 10 photos and one video.I see many photos that are marked "Editorial Use" - what does that mean, exactly?Do I download photos and then create folders in the library to organize them? What are plan credits and how do I use them? Any help for this newbe would be greatly appreciatedTIA

Hi, I wanted to use my own picture in php and then having the AI generating a few changes to that picture. I tried to use and attach a reference image to do so, but after writing the prompt of the changes I wanted, it just generated a white background for me. Can you alter an existing photo with the help of AI in photoshop and if so, how do I go about it? Thank you for any assistance!

I signed up for the Adobe Stock free trial and linked my card, but now I’m trying to cancel before the trial ends. Every time I go to Manage Plans, I get an "Unable to load plans" error. I’ve tried:Using different browsers and incognito modeClearing cache and cookiesTrying on both desktop and mobileContacting Adobe’s virtual assistant (which keeps looping me around)I also can’t find an option to delete my account entirely. How can I cancel my subscription before I get charged? Is there a direct way to reach an actual support agent?

I am a longtime Adobe user and both an Adobe Stock contributor and a user of the same stock. I am frankly really disappointed with the stock platform being overrun by second-rate AI images. As a contributor to the stock platform, this is frustrating given that many contributors will likely have submissions rejected over marginal issues like noise or color correction, while AI images that are virtually unusable seem to skate through to the top search results with impunity. They’re cluttered with artifacts, smudges, impossible proportions or perspective, shameless cliches, and illegible text. Contributors of AI content are not even taking the time to clone out mistakes or paint over things that would take an amateur moments to fix. I’m really disappointed in the lack of more rigorous standards.  I think AI assets should be de-prioritized by default in the search parameters. Hi.I want to use stock photos to run Facebook Ads. Other than using the commercial use images, do I need the enhanced/extended liscense for the images? Or will the standard liscense be fine for the images? Thanks in advance.
