I just discovered something and I just can't let it go...This pisses me off so much I can't even explain...I needed a photo of a man in underwear for a assignment for a client. I hope no words are needed for these results...I usually don't get into these kind of discussions online, but this got me really mad.

I frequently browse Adobe Stock for graphics for my job. Unfortunately, there are many times where I get frustrated with the results because I'll type something like "Desktop PC" and will get TONS images featuring "tablets." I would love it if there was a filter option where I can filter out keywords like "tablet" so that my searches are more accurate/refined. By having this feature, I'd save myself hours of looking through images that are not the correct search result.

I've just wasted a whole year on Adobe Stock (didn't realize i was being billed until i got an auto renew email) I tried to cancel my stock membership but there is no CANCEL option. Fiz um plano anual de compra mensal de 10 créditos. Este plano terminou a 6 de Janeiro de 2018, tinha cerca de 100 créditos disponíveis e fiquei sem nada.O termos e condições dizem que os créditos não utilizados expiram automaticamente 12 meses após a data de compra. Pois bem de compeei 10 créditos em Fevereiro de 2017 + 10 em Março + 10 em Abril... por aí em diante, estes deveriam expirar apenas no ano seguinte, 2018, no mês da com a desses 10 créditos. Pois bem, sinto que paguei um serviço que não usei. Sinto-me enganado pela comunicação duvidosa da Adobe, que não foi clara e não proteje os clientes que pagaram.O mesmo digo da tarefa difícil que é obter suporte telefónico... um autentico passo impossível. Péssimo serviço. Assim vou mudar de forrnecedor de imagens.

I would like to use a stock file template from Adobe. Hi Berverley,I think i'm one more with this issue. I can't cancel my subscription to adobe stock because after i click on "manage plan" notthing ever appear. I'm still in my trial month and i alredady block the payment from my paypal by safety.  Like i don't want to wait and see if the payment it's reject or not, could you cancel my subsciption properly pleaseThanks for your help

I bought an image a while back and have used it before but couldn't find it on my computer so I went back to download it on AS again.  But now it downloads very tiny and the resolution is low (and it is not in preview mode where the AS icon is overlaid).  I have noticed that it's category says Internet now though. I paid for a thing I don't remember what it was but I canceled it and I can't get refund but I never used it I was wondering how I could get a refund, I mean it's 30 bucks but still I never used it so it triggers me a little. ( i think it was adobe stock )

I had about 18 images in my account to download. I went to pick images today and it is showing no downloads available. I understand credits expire after a year but I haven't had this email address for a year so how could my credits have expired?

Hi there,I am working with adobe premier pro and I recently purchased a video template. I am working with a larger organization and when they installed the Adobe Cloud System on my computer, they did not install the libraries. Do I need to have access to this to view the stock template I purchased? I can see the file is saved to my drive, but it will not open in Premier Pro. Is there another option to use this? If I do require libraries, is there a cost to have this installed? Or only when we make purchases?Thank you

I cancelled by annual subscripton but I still have 58 unredeemed photos which I already paid for. I was told I have until the end of the month to be on the account. But I'm assuming I'll still be able to get my photos after this date as I already PAID FOR THEM!!
