I have the same issue! Just accidentally licensed Adobe_80230445 How can I amend this?

What license would be needed for a magazine that does less than 500,000 thousand monthly? For instance it would take 3 months before the image was used over 500,000 times. Could the image be "licensed again" each month because each issue is a separate product or is the extended license needed? Also searching through the license history is cumbersome. Is there an easier way to "license again" from the main search area of adobe stock?

I have accidentally clicked the license button on 5 images. If you check you'll see that I have not downloaded any. That is because, once again, during a brainstorming session where I gathered up scores and scores of images, to create comps, I accidentally clicked license on a few. It took time for me to understand how to deposit new image comps into NEW libraries. That is all I was trying to do. Could you please reverse these so I have not used up 4 licenses unnecessarily? Hello,I used to be a happy subscriber to the One Dollar Photo service. Last year, Adobe bought One Dollar Photo, which became Adobe Stock. Shortly after, I received an email saying that the monthly fee -- which I'd been paying for about a year -- would remain unchanged, at $9.99/mo. Then, a month ago, I noticed strange charges from Adobe. At first, I thought it had something to do with CC, as I WAS a subscriber to the full suite (more on that in a moment). But it wasn't. Turns out -- without my consent, and with no prior notification -- not only had the monthly fee skyrocketed to more than triple ($32.91) what it had been, but when I tried to cancel, Adobe wanted to charge me $112 dollars to cancel. I was dumbfounded. Did Adobe warn me they were going to do this, despite their earlier assurance the service would continue at the same price? I just downloaded two adobe stock photos and the resulting files that are downloadable to my computer are smaller than even the preview files.  One image is around 83x83 pixels and in no way represents the original image.  The other seems to be too low of a resolution to even use as well.  I have never experienced this problem before.  I double checked to make sure no color or size settings were changed and all signs point toward the actual file itself.  How and where can I get a refund or find a way to download the actual image presented in the stock search?Thanks,Ben

I'm looking to use stock photos for my website. What I would like to do is edit the photos so that the models are wearing my clothing rather than the stock photos. Is this allowed? I couldn't find anything saying whether this is allowed or not and the licensing agreements are too vague. Am I allowed to edit stock images to reflect the merchandise I am selling?Thanks for the help!

Hi all,on 28th February and 1st March people that I know decided to subscribe to a "free risk" Adobe Stock plan (10 or 40 images for free in a month) and bought my photos.Now ... an horrible doubt ... is this gain lawful?Basing our reply on the Adobe, Adobe Stock and Adobe Stock Contributor Terms of use ... if those people would like to have valid license for my photos: - should I / you consider this gain unlawful? If Yes, why? Could you please refer to a valid and active Term of use that apply to this case when answering, also providing link?If Adobe consider this gain "unlawful", please I ask you (Adobe staff) to remove all the gains for the images I sold referring to that period.Please note that I actually haven't request any payment for that gain.Thank You

I am thinking about purchasing a standard license subscription but not 100% clear on whether I could use the images for my needs - I create digital and non digital illustrations that I then sell as prints. The final illustration might use different stock images to create, but I would think the main value would be my illustration work using different stock images and not the standalone images, even though they might be a part of it. In many cases they might not even be recognisable - but if I were to use, for example, a model's face or pose then that might be easier to associate with a specific stock photo. Is that allowed under the standard licensing?With a Standard license, you may not:Create merchandise or products for resale or distribution where the main value of the product is associated with the asset itself. For example, you can't use the asset to create a poster, t-shirt, or coffee mug that someone would buy specifically because of the asset printed on it.

I have contacted Adobe support about this same issue and they are telling me the same garbage that I have to subscribe to a service just to get what I ALREADY paid for. I need another remedy aside your suggestion to contact and call support since it is staffed out of country without any escalation solution. This is a pretty basic customer service failure. Paid for product - Did not receive promised advertised product....

Hello, I had been paying for an Adobe Stock Subscription and decided that Adobe Credit Packs were actually more suited to my needs as I needed to purchase Extended Licenses and it was cheapest to do this with Credit Packs. When trying to figure out whether I needed a Plan or Credits I read a blurb that said "Plans vs. Credits, Which is right for you?" and it identified "you can buy credits or plans separately or combine them". So I purchased a credit pack and cancelled my Adobe Stock Subscription. When I cancelled via the online chat the person assisting me asked why I was cancelling and I explained that the credit packs better suited my needs. He proceeded with cancelling my subscription and did not mention anything about losing my existing credits which I paid a lot of additional money for, however my existing credits disappeared. When I contact support they identified that I am out of luck and have lost my credits because I cancelled my subscription.Has anyone experienced this? Why

Hi had a LOT of credits in my account for images, they have all disappeared down to 10. They were rolling over from previous months. Please advice, I need these for my teaching programs coming up.

I am also new to stock and find it so annoying how easy it is to licence an image! I just wanted to save image 106531423 to my library so I could proof to a client and it has licence it! The save preview to CC library didn't to be there??!!!!
