I accidentally selected licenses instead of just adding to my library and I can't figure out how to remove them. They are#134732738#120012790#102444937#28315509 #36121409 #96301331 #66631446#48286308 #81754801#95459339Please help, I just seem to be going around and around trying to find the answer... Thanks
Is there any way to track who isusing the images? For example, if there are 40 images consumed in amonth, is there a way to report that 10 were by “Ted”, 25 were by “Dave”, and 5were by “Nancy”?
I was forced into Adobe Stock after my Fotolia account of 5 months got magically SUCKED into Adobe Stock. I also LOST 100 more downloads under Fotolia then didn't come over to Stock.DOUBLE LOSS.So then I decided to sign up for a Adobe Stock plan that is PLAINLY WRITTEN:350 images a month (one-year) for 169.99Now the way that is worded, what does it sound like? I WILL GET 350 IMAGES A MONTH (ONE YEAR)Out of having this account for a whopping 2 months, I only downloaded 4 images. I went into my account today and it said I had NO IMAGES LEFT. WTF?! I just paid $169.99 for FOUR IMAGES?! Has Adobe lost their mind? I've been using Adobe as a designer since 1999 and this is what I get as a customer? So immediately canceled my account today and now I'm hit with a $840 bill. REALLY? For four images under your misleading title.I WANT A REFUND. I'm serious. Count the 4 downloads on my bill, but I want NOTHING else to do with Adobe if you don't make this right. Go into my account and look for your
kanikas100 I have also accidentally licensed image #91385741.. could you please undo? Thanks for the assistance!
Hello,I just signed up and in learning to use this I licensed a photo I didn't want. Any way I can get my credit back?Thank you!
Hi, I am new here and I seek help from anyone could give me some insight about the difference between the two stock agency. My questions: Between Adobe Stock and Fotolia, which one shall I register as contributor? By the way, I am Asian. Regards, Alex.
I was browsing photos and thought I clicked the 'save preview to library' button to reference a photo later, but when I went back to the library, I saw that it had been licensed. Would you mind crediting back the license for image #131148171 in my account please?
When Adobe purchased Dollarphoto all my credits were transferred to Adobe. No Problem. I had about 110 and used about 30 - 35 images. When I went back to Adobe Stock I was very surprised to learn that I no longer had any more credits (lost about 70 of them). When I contacted Adobe they informed me that because I did not subscribe to AS I lost all my credits.I'm disappointed that Adobe would resort to this 'Negative Option' tactic. This practice was the basis of a legal lawsuit in Canada against one of the largest telecommunications providers. So basically since I do not have a subscription I lose all my credits > What if I do sign up then do I get my credits back?Complete rip off.I think I will also cancel my adobe CC subscription given this tactic.
Bonjour à tous !Existe t-il une offre d'abonnement avec licence étendue ?Hello everyone ! Is there a subscription offer with extended license?
I'm having the same problem. I chose license and save to my library but the Adobe watermark is still on the photos. This has happened to me many times and half of my images in my library still have your watermark. It's frustrating. Please help.
I did the exact same thing when trying to view a larger image. Is there a way to return an image yet? It would be helpful to have a confirmation that you are purchasing an image to avoid accidentally licensing the image.
Hi,I have a general question, which is if there are animations to access in Adobe Stock?
I have just had the same problem - there was no way it was made clear that I was signing up to a whole year and that I would have to pay a cancellation fee - please cancel my stock account and waive the fee. It is very underhand of Adobe to behave like this. I am not a professional but do occasional design work for not for profit small charities for free. the rates you charge are just astronomical and now I cant even get out of it!!
I have a twelve month trial of creative cloud. I got a notification saying I would get ten free stock images so I used two. I just realized I've been charged for several months, and when I cancelled there was an $89 fee! I use this for a NON profit and am availed at the support experience. I was on chat for 30 minutes until the agent said he could resolve This. I requested your billing department telephone and was ignored. Then I got an email saying my case was resolved. I can't believe I paid $89 AND $180 for something I was told is free!! Then I tried chat again and the agent closed me out because it's not mobile responsive.what a mess!
Hi guys, I am trying to buy your 750 images per month plan and the stem not process the payment. I can call anyone or live chat and cant find the answer here. Can someone form adobe careteam help please !!!
Hello,I work for a magazine with a subscription of $650,000 which means all images we use would have to have an enhanced license? How does that work if we got a team subscription to your stock library (3 licenses @ 40 images/month)? Do we have to pay extra for each image used for the magazine to make it enhanced or is there some way to just have a subscription of only enhanced images?Second part: So once we use an image in the magazine, can we use it for say a brochure as well? Or not?Thank you!
I have accumulated 100+ images in my monthly plan. I was told that If I cancel my subscription I will not be able to download them, so I would lose roughly 10 months x $40 (aus dollars) and it seems unreasonable. if it is explained somewhere I would like to know where, I would not have accumulated so many images. Now I have to try to anticipate what I might need in the next few months (almost an impossible task) and get those pictures, then cancel. If it helps someone else here we go in a simple fashion: When you cancel you subscription you can not download any accumulated images according to the support operator who very professionally gave me the bad news.I hope it helps.Ric
Hello peeps!I am trying to share my stock gallery. But I cant find a URL to do this. I look on the web and could not find the answer, can some one please help me with this?Cheer!
Hello, I also accidentally purchased an image when looking to enable my promotion. The image number is #54491227.I appreciate all of your help!
I have AI account for a year now but never accessed any stock photos. I believe we get 10 free with subscription to Adobe. Recently downloaded an Adobe stock photo into my library but the watermark still appears on my document. How do I remove it?
Working on a project, and want to know if the default enhanced license for videos and premium images extends to Enterprise users?
If I am using an image that was taken from a stock video, and using that image on marketing material, would the standard or enhanced license apply? I think the enhanced license would apply: 1) default enhanced license applies to stock video/premium images and 2) both standard and enhanced license allow Work to be modified. Am I correct here?
This has happened before and is happening again. I get 10 images free with my subscription, and then I'm supposed to be able to buy single images at $2.99 each from this point. When I go to buy, I get this error:The card is good, though. In fact, it's the one my CC subscription is charged through. There is currently plenty of money on it. I also tried another payment method, and the same thing is happening. In fact, I took that screen shot with the new payment method. I called customer support, and they couldn't figure it out. I was sent to sales, who could only offer more expensive monthly plans, which I don't need (I usually go over my 10 credits, but not enough to bump up to an additional 20 credits a month, especially since a lot of my images have to come from iStock, Stocksy, or People Images. Anyhow, it puts me in a bind when I am supposed to have designs over to my client, and I can't get the needed images. So sales sent me back to support, who said they couldn't figure it out,
