I have a client that needs the video streamed and in fast. My question is regarding the usage:in the license it states: "you may not distribute the digital asset by posting it online or in any other way that would let other people use the asset without licensing it themselves."If the video is uploaded to youtube as unlisted, it can not be found and therefor not be used. Would that not keep the license terms?I would think so, but I am not a lawyer...And another thing: The easiest way would have been if my client could connect the video directly from the Adobe Stock Server, without going through the hassle of downloading and hosting on a streaming service. As far asI could found I could not see such an option. Am I missing something?many thanks!
I signed up for the 14 day free trial of adobe stock and realized I wouldn't be getting much use out of it so I tried to cancel for a couple hours, it was difficult, but finally I thought I was able to do so. Now I look at my account information to see that I have been billed twice for $30 in the past two months. I have downloaded one photo during the 14 day trial and I won't get any use personally from this service. I have been an adobe customer for a while and I will continue to use photoshop and lightroom. I want to cancel my subscription but the fee is astronomically expensive and I can't afford it. I need my subscription cancelled and the fee waved, I have been a loyal customer for years. It was very unclear I would be bound as part of a subscription service contract and it was very difficult to cancel during the trial period. I have already paid for the months I have used it. Please cancel my membership and waive the cancellation fee.

Hello People,I'm tempted to sign up for a monthly subscription to Adobe stock and mainly interested in downloaidng videos, having read about people's bad experiences with Adobe I'd like to confirm the terms before signing up: 1. the Monthly plan says '40 standard assets' for £59.99 per month - what are standard assets? I found a whole bunch of videos I'd like to download but nine of them says standard or otherwise...?2. If it's a monthly plan can I assuem I can cancel at any point and just be billed for that month? When should I cancel to avoid being billed for another month(s)?Thank you!
am currently on the 7 day Illustrator trial. Had been browsing through stock.adobe.com and saved a number of images to the cloud (middle icon on each pic). Now I can't find them. They are not in "My Library" - did none of these save and did I waste my time for an hour?
During the free month trial of adobe stock, I realized that I could not actually afford the service, so I canceled the service. However, a month later, I get an email saying they were unable to charge my previous credit card, and that my payment was now overdue. I checked my account, and found that stock was not in fact canceled. I don't plan on using any of the assets given, so how can I just end this?
I can understand your business logic in only letting people keep their images if they keep renewing every month. However, I'm left feeling very let down by the service here. I had 60+ Images stored up and didn't see the point in continuing to pay monthly if I'm not using it at the rate of 10 images consistently. I received no warning to use the images or that they would be removed from my account so now it feels like I've been robbed of 6 months worth of payments to Adobe Stock, feeling let down by the service here.Rant over.
I just recently decided to try out stock images after receiving several emails to download 10 free images or videos. I started the process, logged in, gave a verified PayPal account in case I forgot to cancel and went beyond 30 days and then downloaded the images. I noticed that my PayPal account had been debited $79.99 x 10, ouch. But PayPal also said that Adobe had credited that back to me. But the Adobe funds never entered my PayPal account to be transferred back to my checking, It just said "processing". A call to PayPal found that they had no clue why funds were not transferred back. Rajesh as Adobe Customer Support said I had downloaded from the wrong area. He could not explain why nothing altered me to this when downloading. He sounded like the guy caught up in a lie with no where to turn. But he said he would escalate the call and I would receive a call within 24 hours. Never happened. When I called back I was told it would
Hi, This same issue has happened to me with dollar stock. I had at least 20-30 credits left unused and I can not access them. It says I must sign up to a subscription to purchase images where I did not have to do this before!!!.. Can I please be added again Kanikas. Thank you.
Hello,I bought some picture (#82092229) from a object on a white background. I thought it was a studio shooting, but when I zoomed I discovered that it was already cropped. And poorly...I'd like to choose another one, pleaseThanks
I accidentally bought six lisences that I don't want. Can I unlisence them?
I need a refund as well. I purchased a $49 package yesterday only to find the images are too large for my use. A rep in chat suggested I purchase Photoshop to resize. How crazy is that suggestion. I normally purchase Fotolia photos but yesterday, was bounced over to Adobe since you purchased that. Fotolia had different sized images to select from. Adobe has one huge size that is unworkable for me.Please let me know how to get a refund of the package i purchased yesterday. Thanks,
How do I get my hands on one of these. I need this for our office!Love it. Can I buy one?
My hard drive crashed last week and all the images I downloaded were lost. Is there a way to download those images again without incurring any additional cost, because of my circumstances?
I've been sat trying to figure this out for too long... I have a student creative cloud membership and at some point i ended up paying for adobe stock which don't want to be doing because I never use it and when I try to cancel it I don't even get the option to. I don't think I'm being stupid but if I am missing something please tell me what it is... I cant for the life of me figure out how to cancel it, the help system has been less than useless and I'd rather adobe stopped trying to steal my money.I've included a screenshot.
I have a few cases where the Adobe Library has licenses the same image two or three times, when I only licensed the image once; I would like to reclaim the extra image credit.Thank You
I was given wrong information by an adobe rep, and immediately tried to get the image returned and a refund so that I could purchase the correct image. I've had one very ardous phone call, then 2 chats with no results. I can send you the transcripts if neccessary. My original order is #ADD007434000,The stock image is #110453712.and the Adobe Case: 0188644551All I want is a refund in a timely manner so that I can purchase the correct image. It's been over a week with no conclusive information.Thank you,Carrie
I tried it: I don't want it. After lots of frustration, I tried following official cancellation instructions for adobe stock. Still not possible. The option just isn't there to cancel. This is just really convenient for Adobe. You can spend your photo credits with a single click, but if you don't want to get stuck in a ridiculous annual contract, it's an hour or more of frustration resulting in failure.I'm spending my 8 remaining photo credits on random stuff, just because I'm so annoyed at Adobe; it's all I can do to make them pay...Please cancel my trial, or fix your website so I can do it myself. (PS: the status monitor says account management is fine.)
Hi Sheena,My mouse didn't go nuts, but I somehow ended up with a licensed image that I had no intention of licensing, too. This is my first time using Adobe Stock and I was adding a number of images to a library, so I must have somehow licensed it while doing that? I don't know. There was no confirmation or anything like that, but based on what I'm seeing in the forums it looks like maybe there should be.It was this image: 134640882
this has happened to me just now File #: 42986636
Hello, the Adobe Stock Product would be included in the "Cloud" bundle. As far as I can see, the documentation always to "license free" images.Would it be possible to use Adobe Stock as a normal asset manager (in this case I would have to import the stuff that I already have)? If it is not possible, is there any other Adobe Solution that you can recomment (ideally that works or comes together with the Cloud bundles)? Thanks for your help,
I accidentally purchased a video on Stock. I then deleted the video from my library without downloading it.I contacted support looking for a way to be refunded on the purchase, since it was accidental. They repeatedly told me that I had downloaded the video, so they couldn't issue a refund. I definitely have not downloaded it. I checked my download history and my whole computer in case I did it without realizing, but it's definitely not there. They then offered to remote into my computer and help me download it. I repeated that I do not want to download it, I just want a refund. My case has supposedly been escalated to the senior level, since I continued to complain. They say they will contact me within 48-72 business hours. I asked if there was a number I could call if I did not hear anything, to follow up. They said there was no number and disconnected from the help chat. So, as of right now, I've paid $85 for a video clip I don't want. It's not in my library and it's not on my compute
Hi, I am not able to cancel my Adobe Stock trial subscription. It says my plan is to renew shortly, as in enter into the paid annual subscription. Please advise how to cancel or cancel on my behalf. Thanks
Hi there,I'm in the process of putting together an education website for learning using memory palaces (think of a painting where each image is a place holder for information). To do so, I will use photo-manipulation to make a collage of the images, with the individual images coming from Adobe stock. I am one person, and not working with a team or enterprise. My question is, does the Standard license cover me if: - The main product is the educational information packed into picture format, and all stock images will be altered in the process.- The collage images will be available on the my website and on the mobile application. - The collage images will be incorporated into a video explaining the information - and the video will be available on my website, mobile application; and on youtube for marketing purposes. The Adobe Stock terms mentioned that the 500,000 copies restriction for the Standard license did not refer to a website and mobile application traffic, so I'm hoping that
I am new to this service and didn't know that you couldn't reverse the process of licensing photos. I have licensed at least 5 photos taht are very similar. I don't need all of them and I need to be able to license more for the other pages of my website. Again, I didn't know how your system works and there was no warning or explanation about the process of licensing photos and what would happen if you changed your mind.
