Hi,I was having technical issues with my computer so took some time to get back to you.You asked for the numbers to the photos I licensed that were similar: 1.#151560572<https://stock.adobe.com/stock-photo/business-people-demonstration-or-protest-with-placard-stock-vector/151560572> 2. #106759540<https://stock.adobe.com/stock-photo/hands-holding-protest-signs/106759540>3. #84417607<https://stock.adobe.com/stock-photo/reputation-dead-body-chalk-outline-bad-poor-credibility/84417607>Thank you!Melzetta "Mele" Williams, J.D.The Diplomatic Scribe & Strategic Conversations ConsultantWhen You Can't Afford for Them to Misunderstand
Hello Adobe,I have been billed for Standard License when I was meant to buy the Extended License. Please may the last two purchases either be credited so that I may purchase the extended licenses or charge me the difference for the extended license please.Truly Customer.
What if it was accidentally licensed to your library not downloaded to your computer? I only noticed because the number of images available for download decreased and I went to my licenses and saw one I had not even seen and do not want FILE #: 161106945
Hello everyone,I have a situation and I hope you can help me. I tried to find a similar answer here on the forum with no success. The situation is like this:I am building an website with my partner. Both of us had membership on Adobe Stock and we licensed some images on each account (standard licences). Before launching the website we are planning to create a limited company where one of us will be the shareholder (100%) and the other one will be the Director. The Director will not have any shares in this company but the website domain is in his name.Questions;1. Can we use on this website images licensed on both accounts? If not:1.1. Can the owner of this new company use his licensed images if the images were licensed in his personal name?1.2. If the Director will be a shareholder as well, can we both use the images on this website?2. I licensed an image with two individuals in it and I am wondering if for the images where you can clearly see people faces is enough the standard license
I work in e-learning and need to purchase images for clients that will be used in their online courses for their employees (not for resale). We do not retain rights to the images, the images are in an online course and are not printed, and the client is the one who need the right to use the photo. Is there a license level or a way to purchase that allows me to "reassign" the right to use the photo from my company to the client? Or would they need to purchase the stock image so they have the right to use is? We want to make sure we are using your services properly and I don't see a way to do this in your licensing agreement.Thank you.
I joined Adobe Stock because I had approximately 70 unused Dollar Photo Credits in April 2016. I spent months trying to get the credits transferred over being passed back and forth between DPC and Adobe before I gave up. At this point I had already paid for 30 stock images from adobe so I left it as the rate was low. I never got a renewal notice in April this year so it came and went without me getting any warning. I happened to notice it on my credit card bill this month. Suddenly my monthly bill is 3 times as much and if I want to cancel it is another $135.99 USD.1) Never got the DPC that enticed me to sign up2) Never got the renewal notice (it is not in my junk mail)3) Never got a reasonable explanation despite multiple attempts with Customer Service. It's a really hard pill to swallow. $135.99 to cancel a service I never really wanted in the first place except to be able to use what I had already paid for. The whole thing is terrible custome
Even my credits have disappeared. If I sign up for the stock plan will they be reactivated? Thanks
Does anyone else have problems using Adobe Stock on an iPad? Whereas deleting an image from my library requires three distinctly separate clicks, accidentally licensing an image (on subscription) takes just a wobbly finger. Since some of the images in my library are Premium and cost up to £399 each, I wonder if there is any setting I can change to prevent accidentally licensing images.
Hello there! As I was scrolling through Facebook, I saw an advertisement for an insurance company here in Puerto Rico. It so happens that the girl in the ad looks exactly like me (with my natural hair color and everything!). I went as far as contacting the company to which they replied that they were not the source of the picture, but instead Adobe picture bank or stock. Even my mom is unsure about the whole situation. I would appreciate any help toward finding the source or picture model!I have included the advertisement:http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/ii78/tiffany_0228/20170718_223427.png Thanks in advance!
I accidentally purchased this one 109255010 - just now - my mouse went nuts..
¿Se puede cancelar temporalmente la suscripción y seguir usando los créditos acumulados?
I just cancelled my plan and haven't even been able to download any images even though I paid $30 for the month! What a rip off!!!! Shame on you Adobe.
Adobe stock was great, however I did not use it regularly enough to justify renewing my subscribtion after 1 year.I feel as if I should still be allowed to license the 80 or so images and should not have lost them since I did pay to receive 11 images a month. it doesn't seem right.
Hi I'm new to this and I have no idea how i atually licensed 2 images I was just perusing Is there any way I can get credit for these two images also? #58222207and#94254474Thanks, David
Hi Twarita,I also just started using AdobeStock and one of the first images I clicked on to zoom in was immediately added to my licensed images. I was looking for a way to undo it, and this forum makes it clear there is no such option. Could you assist me in undoing that photo? It was File ID: 37835131. I was honestly just trying to take a closer look and very quickly found an image that better met my needs. I agree with others it should be harder to finalize licenses. Thanks!Eric
Hi i can't find the cancel button in my account. I need to cancel my subscription before get charge. This doesn't look right !!!
Unlicense Accidental Adobe Stock PurchaseAndersoncorp: accidentally licensed #143098691. I deleted the file using a screen in Adobe Stock, but the system doesn't show a credit on my unused images. Is there a way to get a credit for the image I accidentally licensed, haven't used, and have deleted?
That's damn outrageous Adobe. Once my Adobe stock subscription is done for this year, CANCEL IT AND DO NOT RENEW IT.Subject edited by moderator
I was referred to customer care after an issue could not be solved on forum moderator level. However the chat support member simply disconnected with me, despite assuring he would solve the problem. He has not contacted me again and the problem still persists. In addition I have noticed that I am being charged monthly by stock image service by a subscription service. I was not made aware of such billings and I would like to cancel my subscription to this service. Please advise on how to cancel this subscription. The FAQ sections mentions a method but the Cancel button is not there. When clicking the Customer Care option the page pops up with an error so I cannot actually contact the support staff anymore.
Hello,I accidentally purchased an Adobe Stock video. I didn't see a checkout screen (i.e. the purchase just went through immediately) and charged my employer's credit card. So two questions: is there any way to get a refund for this purchase? And is there a way to limit future purchases to only content that is included in my Adobe Stock subscription so that "on demand" purchases are not possible?Thank you!
Hello Twaritar,I have purchased two standard licenses instead of the extended licenses. Please could I get help on this.
Is anybody else having trouble scrolling through the search results in Safari? Since they've changed the site layout a few weeks ago, there is now two scroll bars on the right side of the page. When you scroll down the search results in safari (OSx) you get to the bottom, and then have to hover your mouse over the 2nd scroll bar, click and move it down manually to see the bottom image fully and next page button. Then when they next page loads, you have to click that scroll bar again and manually scroll it up to see the top images. I see this issue on any Mac I use. Not in Chrome, so obviously I can use that, but it's a pain to have to do that for one tool, when the built in search in Adobe programs forces you to use the default browser. I' not switching my default browser since I have other tools that need to use Safari to function correctly that I sue more than Adobe Stock. Plus I think it's kind of silly for a company the size and value of Adobe to have a problem that should have bee
it's not giving me the option to cancel.
I have about 20 free stock photos and would like to download a few videos. Can I use the remaining to download. If not, what is the charge?
Hi,I have 2 credit cards saved into my account.I also have a monthly membership which is linked to one of the cards, so it automatically takes the money from it each month.Occasionally, I purchase images one-by-one and before downloading them, it used to ask how do I want to pay or let me choose from the 2 cards that I've previously used. But yesterday I had to buy some other videos and images and it placed the order + downloaded the items directly, without even giving me a payment option. This is not ok since I wasn't supposed to use that specific card that Adobe choose for no reason. It's not even the same card used for the membership.Customer support didn't help either, pointing to the way I can change my payment details for the membership only. And suggested to change the browser (no, that didn't help either).I should be able to choose with which card I want to pay for any online purchase, but I can't even see the billing details until I receive the invoice. Anyone has any idea of w
