Hello everyone I have a problem with my Adobe Stock subscription. A while ago, I wanted to cancel the subscription, but as I was about to do it I received an offer to keep my subscription and get 60 free days. I accepted this offer and carried on with licensing images. At that time I had about 14 credits which have since all disappeared. In the past few weeks I haven't really used the platform so I was surprised to see my credits gone, as well as my subscription. I wanted to license an image today and I was forced to resubscribe, with no 60 days free, which were suppose to start at about this time. Where could the problem be and who could I contact in order to solve this? And more importantly how? I have failed to see a single e-mail address for customer support. Thanks in advance!Bogdan 

I purchased AdobeStock_83125385_WM for a brochure.I cannot open it in photoshop.... I get the following error: This application does not support editing of banknote images....LOLHow am I supposed to use it if I can't open it???Message was edited by moderator to better describe issue.

Hi, I've purchased an Adobe stock picture. The image in my design (preview used) still has watermarks.Ash.

After reading the Stock Rules... and considering the stock is part of the Creative Cloud - (it appears, not just a personally owned downloadable file but you still have a hold onto it and a link too) if by chance I cancel my subscription in the future, will the stock I downloaded and paid for during my monthly subscription still be usable, say months later since I downloaded it - or does it disappear back into the cloud?  Silly question, but it appears the stock is mine to use only and if I continue with the monthly subscription even after I download it and not cancel?

Good Afternoon,All of my Stock credits have disappeared. My membership is still active but the subscription had expired. I am part of an Adobe Team membership for my work. We had around 40 photo credits that we were about to use on a project, when they disappeared. Is there any way to get these back since we paid for them?Thanks so much!

I never thought a product as professional as Adobe would scam me as Adobe evidently has.My trial was scheduled to end June 6.June 4 I was no longer able to download an image.June 4 I was no longer able to view my account details.June 4 I was no longer able to cancel.After wasting 42 minutes in chat last night with "Emmanuel", and today wasting 25 minutes on phone with Nehid in India, it appears there is no one else with whom to discuss this matter?!?!?!?!?S.O.S.

Hi! I have a question that I cannot seem to find on the support page for "Adobe Stock." I need high-quality images to display on my website without the risk of getting copyrighted.My question is: What license should I buy if I'm only using the pictures for a visual of my description?Theoretical example, I'm an inspector.  And on my website, I have multiple types of inspections like highways, bridges, telephone poles, etc. I would need a visual, for the description of those set categories.Not selling what's in the image, but my services to the subject(s) that are in the image.

Hi,I have found some images that I want to use. A standard license is enough. However, this is the first time I am trying Adobe Stock and I didnt know if some of the vector graphics were layered or not, so I decided to use the free trial to check. Since they are, I want to use these in my project, so I cancelled my trial (for now, I dont need 10 images/month for one year, I just need 3 images), however the images are still listed and licensed as standard license.This might be a silly question, but am I allowed to use these images now, or must I buy them again? Initially was going to buy.

I was familiarizing myself with your service and accidentally licensed  a video  #139285667I see from other forum posts with the same problem that you don't issue refunds only credits.After this mishap, I don't see myself using Stock in the future, so a credit is of little good to me.I have not downloaded the video and paying $200 + for something I purchased in error is going to not only ruin my day but it puts my initial experience using CC in a bad light.I will be away from the internet today and would appreciate speaking to a real human about this issue.Thank you

How do I cancel when I'm near the renewal period?

I'm trying to download some preview images for comping and approval by the client before purchase. I have tried two ways, download to desktop and through the library. They appear fine in the icons in the library, but as soon as I drag them into the document they are just a black square with the Adobe logo across the middle, which is of course completely useless. Am I missing something obvious? Never had this happen before on any other stock sites (or on Adobe Stock for that matter), but I'm kind of still stuck with Adobe Stock at the moment after being kidnapped and taken hostage from Dollar Photo Club.

I need help, please.I downloaded several infographic templates from Adobe Stock. They downloaded as the standard .ai and .jpeg files. (The preview image said "EPS Vector background.")I can open the files in Photoshop (Adobe Photoshop Elements 😎 but there is only one layer and the text is not clickable. According to everything I can find on the help/tutorial/forums, the file should have layers so I can actually USE the template instead of just being teased by it.Any tips? Hi, as I'm not getting very far with Adobe support I thought I would ask the community if anyone understands how this works I am the account holder for my Team and, when I log into Adobe Stock, my profile switches automatically to the Team profile. If I choose I can switch back and forth from the Team profile to my own profile in the menu at the top right. Under the Team profile I licensed some stock images, which I presumed would then be available to members of my team to use. The Team, of course, is simply a group of members with individual Adobe IDs to whom I have allocated licenses (including myself). When I am using CC apps, I am using my Adobe ID to which there is a license assigned - making me a member of the Team. So far so good, except I cannot see the stock licensed to the Team at all.Following advice gleaned in this forum, I went to assets.adobe.com to share these assets. When I reach assets.adobe.com my profile is ME, i.e. my individual Adobe ID, and there is no way to swti

I have licensed several images for a poster I am designing. I bought them under the standard license. I am cutting out the images and compositing them into a scene. A beach scene. People, surfboards, cars. The poster is going to be resold for an event. Does the standard license cover the commercial use of this type of poster. I also turned the photos into a digital painting. The poster is more artwork than actual photographs. I made sure no faces where recognizable. I am wondering if this ok. I have read the terms and it sounds like it is ok. As long as they sell under 500,000 copies.ThanksRick

I'm wondering if I'm allowed to use images with the stand license for Etsy listings? I've read the ToS and Usages links here, but I still don't have a clear-cut answer. It wouldn't be the main purpose of buying and the person wouldn't receive the image. Basically, I want to use the image as a mockup to set my business card or logo design on. People would buy it for the business card/logo design, but they would see the background.For example, if I use the below image, put my business card design on top of the one shown (which won't be similar), is it okay to use as a listing image?

I have NOOOO idea what happened, so days ago, I have cancelled my Stock subscription before the billing date, and thankfully it did cancelled, and so today, I looked into Stock, and I have 20 images in my account, so even if I cancelled before the billing date, it had passed, I have 20 images....so could I still download 20 images? or would I pay each image? I only have a CC Student prepaid subscription

Hi,I have following problem, but not yet resolved:( I've just renewed my monthly subscription(199.99＄/ 750 per month) and i tried to licence and download it redirects me to the plans page as if i don't have a plan.I received invoice on 28/05/17. And my credit card has been already billed on the same day. But it looks like i have to pay additionally when i try to download images, like i don't have any plans.I have tried logging in and out and using a different browser but no luck.
