The web page crashes continuously on Windows 10. I tried loading in in Chrome and Edge with not much success in either. I takes several tries and at least a few minutes to find and download a single image. It takes around 40-45 seconds to load a single image after clicking on it. Searching and scrolling crashes the page occasionally.I am not experiencing any issues with other image rich pages.Browsing incognito in Chrome (no extensions) seems to marginally improve the experience.

I have around 50 images credit to use before I unsubscribed. Then I signed in today found I have no credits left? I didn't get an email to notify my credit was going to expire???I need my unused credit back!

Hello- I am trying to put a stock photo on my website as a wide picture. No matter what I do to the picture it seems to cut off the top and bottom. I am using Wix and was wondering if there is anyway to fix this? Thank you for your help!

Does anyone know how to search (in Adobestock) for artistic themes that have more than one item available?Like a theme that applies to a tri-fold, a poster, and maybe another item or two?I need to throw some campaigns together quickly and would love to save time from having to adapt the theme over and over and over.

Say you decide to subscribe for a handful of months can you use the images you've paid for and downloaded after your subscription has been cancelled or are they only 'yours' while you are paid subscription member?

I purchased stock images but can not find out how to go back in and re download them. Why in the world do they make it so difficult to simply go in and download the images that you purchased?Can someone tell me how to go to my purchases area?Thanks.

It seems the contributor Argus does not know how to spell the word Portuguese. Several of his/her images have the word misspelled: Portugese.Specially in the series Learn Portuguese.Those images should not be available for licensing.

I recently purchased the Stock subscription...however,when i try to download a video without a watermark it requests that I purchase the video. It was my understanding that the subscription included standard licensing for images and videos. Please advise. Thanks !

Specifically this fileFlux / Vague de Dollars - Illustration - image | Adobe Stock I tried to rename the file with .pdf extension, but FoxIt would not open it.I tried to install Inkscape but it would not open it either. I tried to convert from .ai to .png with FFMPEG, but it gave an error ".\AdobeStock_35571058_WM.ai: Invalid data found when processing input".I need to convert it to PNG format.

I have a student adobe cc subscription which I use all the time and adobe stock subscription which I cannot figure out how to remove. I NEVER use this product and I can't see any options to cancel anywhere. I really do not want this subscription, it was a mistake to get it in the first place and now I feel like I am stuck paying this which I simply just cannot afford!! If anyone has any advice it would be very much appreciated!

Hiya - I figured this would be resolved by now, and I can't believe it hasn't, but it should not be this easy to license an image without getting an "are you sure" or "would you like to proceed" message before purchase!! Even Amazon walked back their One-click buying after thousands of accidental purchases. I've accidentally licensed image #81971156 just a minute ago - is there a way to undo this??

So I understand my DFC migration offer ended in February. So today I get billed $32 for the new adobe plan. That's fine, if that's your price, it's your price. But now I want to cancel my membership. When I go to do so, I'm going to get billed $175 cancellation fee! Are you kidding me? So when was I supposed cancel? Or when can I cancel without getting slapped with your ridiculous fee? Was this hidden in your fine print? DFC was easy, seamless, and no hidden charges. Switching over to Adobe has been anything but easy.

Hi-I'd like to use an Adobe Stock image on a product label for a client. They only want to use royalty-free images, with UNLIMITED print use.The standard Adobe Stock License is limited to 500,000 printed, and my client doesn't want that.I saw on Adobe Stock's License Terms page that there is an "Enhanced License" and an "Extended License", and it seems that BOTH are free of the 500,000 restriction. But what is the difference between these two licenses? Which do I need? Why would I go with one and not the other?I can't seem to find answers to this anywhere. If anyone can help me with this, I would be extremely grateful!Thanks.

Hi there,I know it might be a silly question but please can someone confirm for me how the pricing for Adobe Stock for teams works?Basically, we are looking to purchase 750 standard assets for £128/per month. We currently have team of 9 people who are using full Creative Cloud apps. Does it mean that all 9 people will be able to use those 750 images for £128/month or we will have to purchase 9 licences x£128? I just received this information from my IT administrator and would like to clarify as it doesn't make sense to me.Thank you!

I am subscribed to Adobe Stock along with other services.Why does the Stock page in the Cc desktop app look like an advertisement ("Get 10 free Adobe Stock images.") rather than something that looks like access to my St subscription?This and the impossibility of figuring out how to simply download licensed images is very frustrating.

Why am I getting .ai files when I downloaded 2 photos?  And they used up 2 credits.  Anyone else?
