On March 4th, 2024, while looking for an image on Adobe Stock, I noticed that they had removed the option to exclude AI-generated images from the search results. Additionally, I was unable to locate the options to filter between photos and illustrations. It appears that without the filter, at least 50% of the results are generated by AI.

I downloaded an image that has a spelling mistake in it. How do I return it for a credit?__PRESENT

Hello, fellow designers...I recently downloaded an image that had a pretty big price tag. To my disappointment, the image is very low resolution and I could not use it for my client's order. But there was no way to know that until I enlarged it and started printing on my large format Epson. Will Adobe do anything to help? Can I possibly get a refund? Is there a way to contact anyone with Adobe billing?

Hello: I have 5 Adobe Stock Libraries created. Three of the libraries I can open and have all my purchases/saved assets display.  Two out of the 5 LIbraries will not open/display any of the assets. I have tried this on different browsers, cleared history, restarted the computer.  Three of the 5 Libraries open every time on different browsers etc.  Not sure what is going on here. Any suggestions would be appreciated. 

The back button does NOT work when using the Adobe stock website. 99.9% of the time it brings you back to either the page you were on 10 pages ago, or it brings you in a loop back and forth between a few pages (none of which are the one you want), and the WORST is when it brings you basically back to the Adobe Stock homepage. It looks like it should still be searching for results based on what I input, and yet every single result on the first page is not even remotely relevant. So NOW I have no way to go back and find the image I want to find.....  How does a 'Back' button not work in 2019?!?!?! And repeatedly, consistently NOT working.... It's BEYOND frustrating, and the only remedy is to just open absolutely every click in a new tab or window, which is absurd. This is more than a bug - this is just a website completely failing to work.

It currently isn't allowing me to download 4k video assets for stock video purchases but I can get the 1080 versions just fine. Is there a solution to this or am I just stuck upscaling 1080 footage?

I am managing a restaurant booking platform, and we have several restaurants with no pictures on their product details pages. My question is if it is allowed for me to use one or two stock photos using the Standard License as the default replacement for all of these restaurants with no pictures? Is there a cap to how many times I can use the images? The page itself is a reservation page, but the picture is not directly the product itself.

Regelmäßig kommen solche Fragen:------------------------Langfristige Lizenzierung:Wenn wir Bilder oder Videos aus der Adobe-Stock-Bilddatenbank nutzen, bleiben diese dann dauerhaft lizenziert?  Was passiert, wenn ein Urheber seine Inhalte von der Plattform entfernt? Dürfen wir diese weiterhin verwenden, oder müssten wir sie ersetzen? Dauerhafte Nutzung nur für erworbene (gekaufte) Inhalte? Verwendungszwecke:Dürfen die lizenzierten Bilder/Videos für die Produktion von öffentlich zugänglichen Videos genutzt werden?  Gibt es Einschränkungen bei der Veröffentlichung auf Plattformen wie YouTube oder in Präsentationen?  Urheberkennzeichnung:Ist eine Namensnennung für die verwendeten Bilder und Videos verpflichtend? Falls ja, wie genau muss die Quellenangabe erfolgen – direkt im Bild, im Abspann oder reicht eine Angabe in der Videobeschreibung?----------Ich kann das nicht

When invoking Gen Ai, as sugessted by the web site, I get this message: "Niet zo snel!We kunnen niet wachten om meer content voor je te genereren. Probeer het later opnieuw." It means: "Slow down, we can't wait to generate more content. Try again later." That is quite confusing. I want to generate, the system wants it, but it askes me to slow down... Strange way of communicating.

Bonjour,j'ai remarqué que lorsque je télécharge des vecteurs sur Adobe Stock (enregistré sous le format .AI) et que je l'importe dans Illustrator, le fichier s'ouvre comme une image : c'est à dire que je ne peux plus dégrouper le groupe de vecteurs pour en extraire ce qui m'interesse ou faire des modifications. Mise à part modifier la taille et vectoriser l'image je ne peux rien faire d'autre alors qu'avant ce n'était pas comme ca.Merci de votre aide.

Hi People,Can anyone please help asap!I was in looking through Adobe Stock as I currently have a trial subscription with them. Anyhow, I was looking through some images and pressed the 'License' button thinking an explanation box would open and not that the actual art icon would then be licensed (without even knowing the price or term of license??).How do I remove this please as I have not downloaded this image.Regards B

I need to find a video clip that I can buy an extended licence for, as it will be used in commercial. It is however impossible to find ANY clips that have the possibility to buy an extended licence for, why is then the reason Adobe Stock 's existence at all?  There is also no way of searching for videos based on available licences, even though Adobe claims so (in the search tab on the left). I have attached an image below how the tab looks for me. Let me know if you plan on having commercial/extended licences in the near future.  

Hi, I was trying to see how the licensing worked for Adobe stock images, and I accidently licenced one photo for a credit. I didn't want to, I don't want to license images, I'm mainly looking for videos. When I clicked license on videos there was more information, but when I clicked it on the image it just spent the credit with no warning. Is there a way to get a refund? Get this credit back? Hi, can somebody help me out.I'm looking to end my subscription to Adobe Stock but if I cancel now I'm going to be charged a penalty of £40. I assume this is because I'm on an annual subscription that's paid monthly and but I'm not at the end of the year. But, and this is where my problem is, I can't find any info on when the new year starts again so I can time my cancellation. Does anyone know where I can find this info? Thanks in advance
