'm trying to download a video from Stock, but every time I hit the "download" button get the same warning: "This video cannot be licensed / You cannot license this video." I upgraded my account to unlimited membership, but nothing has changed. I restarted my computer, cleared my browsing history, and logged in again; same warning and there is no additional explanation about it. Same issue occurs with other videos, too. What am I missing?
I see multiple posts asking the same question - but the answer is always "pm us" - there is *STILL* no mechanism for reporting offensive images. A clear link at the top of the relevant pages (forums, stock homepage etc), or next to each image is clearly needed.Whom do I pm to report the image I've seen? And no, just like others have pointed out, I'm not listing it for others to stumble across. Is Adobe Stock a soft porn site now?Searching for 'Kitchen counter" brings me to a related image of a girl clearly in her teens wearing nothing but boots and a top. The image is marked as 'provocative' - but is clearly far beyond that. This is offensive. Who is responsible for moderating submissions? Can we have a name?
This issue relates to a legacy Fotolia contributor account that was migrated to Adobe Stock. I completed the required account sync process at the time of migration.Despite this, the account has never functioned correctly. I still receive earnings notification emails for image sales, which confirms the account remains active in Adobe’s system. However, I have no access to the contributor dashboard, cannot view earnings/credits, and cannot upload or manage content.I have contacted support multiple times over several years. Cases have either been closed without resolution or ended without further action, and I have been unable to get the account properly reviewed or restored.I am requesting that this be treated as a migration/account linkage issue and escalated to the appropriate internal team to verify the Adobe ID connection and restore access or reconcile the account status.
Potete aiutarmi? Grazie.
Hello, I have been experiencing a big bug in my Lightroom catalog. I have this message every time I open my catalog : “Lightroom has encountered an issue updating AI edits. Futur AI edits may not be saved and could be lost.” I followed the recommended steps when I clicked the “learn more” button but nothing has changed. I have many issues linked to this error such as no successful backups made since a week, every edits made with AI such as removal, denoise, and masking have disappeared. When the AI update button is lit up on a photo to update a mask or denoise for example, it does not work. As soon as the update is over, the button is yellow again. On some masks applied previously, I have the exclamation point in the warning triangle, I cannot update them as well. Furthermore, everything linked to the AI generative removal is lost too and cannot be updated. Also, when I close Lightroom and I want to do a backup, an error message pop up saying that “Lightroom Classic has encountered a
I design horizontal banners and I need to preview them at the correct crop to decide whether or not to license an image. All of sudden that is no longer possible. AI Studio is a poor substitute for this simple functionality.

How do I report inappropriate images? Image #307044448 is really inappropriate, as well as the other images with those models are upsetting. I don't know any woman who would pose with a child like that in her underwear.
Hi, this occurred after a year again, my entire team has been having this issue downloading assets from Adobe Stock. We are unable to download assets from Adobe stock; we have had this error before last year as well, and we got fixed after posting here. The available stock quota is "Unlimited Images". Please help us out here again. Thank you.
I downloaded two different wallpapers https://stock.adobe.com/search/images?k=cash%2525252Bwallpaper&asset_id=126015203 and when I try to import them into Photoshop, they claim the app doesn't support the printing of banknotes. Then why offer them in Stock without at least a warning? This is super frustrating.
"I am trying to register as an Adobe Stock contributor from Belarus. During phone verification for number +375299932271, I get the error: 'try again later.' Please help me complete the registration manually."
There might be a new exploit happening using adobe stock as initiator. An asset was bougth years ago on Adobe Stock, and to current day it is on Adobe stock and for the account it says "re-download for free"But said asset is not in licence history.Support confirms that "re-download for free" is only available when previously image was licensedSupport claimes that said asset does not show up as licensed under in their admin systemsA company searching for unlicensed assets COPYTRACK conntacts us asking to provide a proof of licence for the same exact asset - and only the one. From how confident they are it seems like they knew that there might be problems with asset licence history, becaue only that image is being asked fot proof of licence. To me it looks like they might know how to make image asset to not show up in license history - they do the expoit (maybe changing available licence types multiple times untill break it) the bug that makes license history vanish. The following standard p

I’ve been extremely frustrated by misleading Adobe Stock graphic descriptions. This probably just applies to vectors. The platform is starting to be OVERRUN with AI-generated graphics claiming not to be AI. These typically look great on the preview, but once you download them, zoom in, and try to edit them it’s extremely obvious that they’re AI. Mostly because they’re always put together in a sloppy way that’s hard to edit, and don’t look nearly as good close up. I have on numerous occasions downloaded 20+ assets before I could find one that wasn’t AI, despite having the “exclude generative AI” filter on. Additionally, I’ve downloaded a ton of icons that claim to have editable strokes but don’t, and various graphics claiming to have editable text that don’t. I can’t even imagine how frustrating this must be for people who buy download packs rather than having a subscription. I understand that your team probably doesn’t have time to review every asset that gets posted, but it seems that

I just do not want to do unpaid work for Adobe.I also want to point out a major flaw in this process. When I uploaded previews of these images to the AI checkers linked by a community member in an outline for reporting mislabeled AI images, EVERY SINGLE ONE of them failed to recognize the images as AI. It was only after I downloaded the LICENSED IMAGES and uploaded them to the AI checker, which directly gives these creators compensation. I was able to identify every preview as AI EASILY, just by se
Hi, I have 75 Plan Credits on my Adobe account for school; I was able to license images and 3d assets a month ago. I am trying to license for the first time since then and all stock images now have "(On-demand - CAD $12.99)" on the standard license. When I click license literally nothing happens, doesn't let me use my credits or even pay for the image for 12.99. I don't know what to do or if my credits expired or something.
I once registered an account with Adobe Stock Contributor as a seller. But about a year ago, the company that operated this email service simply shut it down, and now I can't access my email. As a result, I can't use my account on other computers because I need to enter a verification code sent to my email. To add an additional email address, I have to enter this code again. Is there a way to resolve this issue? Is there a way to resolve the issue privately, providing all the necessary proof? Or is it possible to receive this verification code on my phone instead of by email?
absolutely atrocious ai art being pushed on my search despite opting out of it in my settings. the slop that is being put out there is so badly done its nearly laughable how they charge so much money for this service. i’ve seen art in preschools more sensical than this pile of lines
I'm getting a TON of rejections of what I think are pretty good AI generated images for "Quality Issues". I understand the ones that are "Similar in library" because how many of the same image do you need, but there's no reason for all of these to be getting hit with quality rejections.Do you agree? Here are a couple of examples:https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/3zbif3btm4af08yvsj96y/001_colorful-plant-forward-lunch-bowls-on-natural-table.jpeg?rlkey=t7w9zimenhvsbrhj3jx0fd7md&dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/lt6imaqexu80w17z6pqdl/002_neatly-arranged-pantry-shelves-with-jars-baskets-and-staple-foods.jpeg?rlkey=4gvsp1v2l1gtubrgbv8yjivjb&dl=0
My default is to filter out AI, because I work for a reputable international travel agent, and don't want to damage our brand with that,But a lot of AI images and badly photoshoped fake "photos" appear - and "Report" only allows people/IP-copyright reporting - please allow Report -> "This is AI"
Please explain why I keep getting “Quality Issues” if I’m using your tools, Firefly, Photoshop and Lightroom. It’s no fun if your programs don’t produce the QUALITY necessary for Stock and commercial use. You need to EXPLAIN what and why my image is not accepted so in the future I can produce acceptable submissions. Otherwise what am I paying for? And going to the community for explanations is not really helpful. As they don’t have a clear answer. and you can’t upload the full sized file. You need much better feedback than just saying Quality Issues etc.
Searching Adobe Stock is extremely frustrating! I shouldn’t have to spend HOURS looking for photos and images. I’m finding it really difficult to narrow down results in Adobe Stock when I’m looking for very specific compositions (like side angle, over-the-shoulder, or device-focused shots). Are there specific keywords or search strategies that actually help refine results? The filters are of little to no use. For example, if I exclude all people, 40% of the results still show people in them. Also, does Adobe Stock support any kind of Boolean operators or advanced search syntax (like using +, AND/OR, etc.) to make searches more precise?Any additional insight is greatly appreciated! TIA!
I routinely find images that are clearly generated by AI image generators, but there is no indication in the description that they are. Generally it's missing fingers, or lighting or something else that gives it away, but my concern is that Adobe's team is not filtering all of these images well enough. I definitely see value in AI images, but I don't want to be downloading something that I think is a real image, when it is not. This is misleading at the least.
