Hi, I accidentally clicked the license button for image File #:  467722848,  I haven't downloaded the image or do anything with it.Is it possible to undo this? Thanks in advance 🙂

I want to cancel my subsciption to adobe stock, I've been paying the monthly fee for over a year and should not be committed to keep this subscription any more. Still- when I cancel, I have to pay a large fee for cancelling too soon. Tried to find customer support, does not exist?? Help.

I have the 10-assets a month Adobe Stock plan. I've had this plan for many years with no problems. However, now when I click on Stock in the CC app it gives me an error message saying it is not available on my account. Same thing happens when I go to the Adobe Stock site directly on my browser. I've had three Adobe Support people take a look at it, including one who did a remote session into my Mac to see the configuration. They can't figure it out and keep saying they will have to get back to me. Now Adobe Support has gone silent on me, even though I see the support ticket is still open.  I found one "workaround" (which is unacceptable to me)... I bookmarked a stock search a long time ago in my browser. If I go back to that bookmark, I can access the Adobe Stock site and download images.  Anyone else running into the "Adobe Stock is not available on your account" error?

Hi,I purchased this video clip for a project:https://stock.adobe.com/uk/Library/urn:aaid:sc:EU:618adf36-b817-4f96-a002-d72ba353551c?asset_id=415309882When I downloaded it the file is corrupted and wont play for the full length. Should be 17 seconds but freezes after only a second. I have tried downloading it multiple times but no different. I had downloaded the preview the video previously which played fine, then the purchased download was corrupted. Please could I request a refund and the video to be fixed or removed asap.Thank you.

Hello all, On 8th of May 2024 I started free trial for Abobe Photoshop, and cancelled it on 12th of May 2024. However, I now realize that I have been paying for Adobe Stock for 3 months that I never saw on my screen to buy it or I never clicked a button to order that app. I want to cancel it now but it requires an amount for early cancellation as well. I want a refund for my payments, and free cancellation.  This situation is just a simple trick to force me to pay.  Please help.  

Dear Adobe Team,I make it brief, due me seeing countless of people experiencing a very similar problem! I tested a 7day trial adobe suite (photoshop, indesign, illustrator) and canceled it the next day. Got a canceled subscription email, so I thought I'm done. Over the last two months I got two bill NOTIFICATIONS on my paypal account, but the link always lead to an error and there was no bill in the history. Further I checked if there was a collection procedure, nope!Not sure, if this was an error from Paypal, but now the entries appeared. First this is very malicious business practice and the Europe Union has clear rules about smuggling a subscription into another subscription! I never intended nor did use "whatever that Adobe stock service is". Please return the payments (two times 29,99€), and void those ~150€ whatever-due to membership terms-payment. Hello, Adobe I have a question when will I get my refund. I submitted the  refund request on 20.8. and I would like to know how much longer I would have to wait. Diese Lizenz erlaubt es dem Kunden, das Video auf seinem YouTube-Kanal hochzuladen.Verwendung der Musik: Die Musik darf nur für diesen speziellen Kunden verwendet werden, und zwar für alle seine Projekte und Videos.Erwerb der erweiterten Lizenz: Ich kann eine erweiterte Lizenz erhalten, indem ich unter der Einzelperson-Option ein Credit-Pack kaufe und damit die Audio-Datei lizenzieren. Dies gilt auch, wenn ich für ein kleines Unternehmen arbeite, solange es sich um mein persönliches Cloud-Abo handelt.Den Originalpreis der Musik darf ich dann im Projekt verrechnen?  Sind diese Informationen korrekt? Beste Grüße

Bonjour,j'ai enfin réussi à importer dans mon compte Adobe des licences de fichiers souscrites avec Fotolia.Je dispose d'une licence étendue pour la majorité des fichiers. Dans Adobe, quelques fichiers restent disponibles en téléchargement mais pas tous.Mes questions :- pour une exploitation commerciale des fichiers (produits physiques dérivés) : dois-je indiquer un copyright et lequel (c'était le cas pour Fotolia).- Si le fichier n'est plus téléchargeable dans mon historique de licences dans Adobe : puis-je tout de même l'exploiter dans la mesure où je l'ai téléchargé depuis fotolia ?Merci de vos réposnes.Bien cordialement.Théo  

Hi, ik want to cancel my adobe stock membership after 2 months. But when i want to cancel it, it says i have to pay 483,94 euros due to membership terms. But when i want to find an explanation for this (there is a link) it only gives information about adobe creative cloud cancellations. It is not clear.     

I need somehelp, i had an emergency these days and wasnt able to cancel adobe stock free trial, now that im back home I want to but cant without being charged the early cancelation fee because of the 14 day thing for a few hours. How can I talk to somebody from customer support? I havent even used the month they  already charged nor all the credits from the free trial because of said emergency. Also checking the current plan im in it doesnt even says its anual at all so i dont get why I have to pay a cancelation fee

Here is  stock contributer that traces AI art and uploads it vector but dosen't lable it as generative ai so it pops up when you have no generative ai selected. most of their gallery is not labled AI Their images keep popping up in my search resultsdespite having “no generative AI” enabled. It’s getting annoying 

I just uploaded my YouTube video using tracks from Adobe Stock that I properly licensed. However, one track got flagged for copyright claim by CD Baby for a different song. I have disputed the claim stating that the track actually comes from a song in Adobe Stock and provided the Adobe license code. Hours passed and they still didn't respond. I'm kinda nervous right now. I also wrote to CD Baby directly and provided them the link to the Adobe Stock music that I used and politely stated that they misclaimed a song in my video. I also wrote to FineTune music who actually owns the song hoping that they will contact CD Baby and challenge their claim. Meanwhile, if CD Baby doesn't do anything, I will have to wait 30 days for this claim to drop. Do you have any similar experiences? Do you think I will win this dispute because I hope to monetize my video on YouTube as well. Any additional comments or advice are appreciated. Thank you!

Can`t download anything from Adobe Stock, even though i have a monthly payment plan - there was no problems with payment, my 350 resources a month plan is visible in my  "managa account" tab, and when I click on my profile pic on stock, there is strange information ""Available resource allocation No plan".Does anyone know whats the problem? Everything was working fine on friday.

i need help, how can i get refund after adobe lagged and did not canceled my free trial? i canceled all plans and now adobe took 69 euro from my bank telling me that i had a stock plan, i saw things about canceling and refunding money before 14 days of usage, is that true? And how can i talk to somebody from customer support that isn't an ai chatbot?

J’ai souscris à un essai gratuit de 7 jours à adobe stock. Finalement ça ne me plaisait pas donc je l'ai annulé. C'était il y a plus de 4 mois. Je viens de découvrir que Adobe me prenait de l'argent dans mon dos depuis ces 4 mois. Je ne reçois aucune facture, aucun mail, rien du tout et depuis tout ce temps 40€ parte de mon compte. Je ne fais pas attention à mes relevés de compte et étant donné que j’ai été en vacances je n'ai pas fais attention à ça. Je suis étudiante et on me demande 125€ pour résilier mon abonnement maintenant, abonnement que j’ai ARRÊTÉ pendant l'essai gratuit. De plus, j’ai reçu un mail il y a quelque temps me disant qu'un paiement n'avait pas pu être effectué car ma carte n'était plus valide, normale je l'ai changé. Je n'ai pas re-rentré mes coordonnées bancaires donc comment s'y sont elles retrouvées ? HelloI'm trying to find information about the details of an Educational licence. There is a stock image that has an educational licence attached and when i click through to it it takes me to a page of various licences https://stock.adobe.com/uk/enterprise-conditions  but none of them state Educational. I then read the terms and conditions https://www.adobe.com/go/stock-PSLT and again no mention of Educational licences. I want to know the details of what can and cannot be done under this licence, can anyone point me to the correct information?

Ich habe ein Bild als Vektordatei (AI/EPS) gekauft. Allerding stellt sich jetzt heraus, dass es sich dabei um eine reine Pixeldatei handelt, die für meine Zwecke unbrauchbar ist. Selbst der Text auf dem Bild ist nicht editierbar. The majority of the images in this contributor's account are indicated as AI-generated. However, these images do not labelled as "AI generated". Is this not against the Adobe's guidelines?Here are the links to the accounts:account 1 account 2
