Ce post pour pousser un coup de gueule. Je suis graphiste depuis 25 ans et j'utilise Adobe Stock depuis au moins 20 ans. Depuis un an, je constate une nette dégradation des résultats de recherche et de la qualité des fichiers sur la plateforme.J’ai des remontés d’images qui n’ont aucun rapport avec les mots-clés saisies, des visuels bas de gamme en premier résultat de recherche malgré les filtres sélectionnés, c’est une perte de temps considérable car plus de temps pour trouver des images professionnelles de qualité exploitable.Vient ensuite le problème des visuels générés par IA. Dans 98% de mes recherches, je coche l'option « Exclure l'IA générative ». Malgré cela, les résultats restent pollués par des images créées par IA. Sur une image de type photo, je vois par la colorimétrie contraste que c’est de l’IA, mais pour un fichier vectoriel, c'est invisible : on  le découvre seulement à l'ouverture dans Illustrator. These are original CAD-style vector illustrations that I created myself, and I did not intentionally include any copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary designs.Last year, I experienced a similar situation. After I contacted Adobe Stock Support, the affected assets were reviewed again, and the IP refusals were found to be incorrect. The assets were subsequently restored. “Adobe removed names/IDs from Stock license history, making it impossible for admins to track who licenses assets. It’s not accessible or on the roadmap, though other stock houses provide it. Anyone else need this?”

I have "Exclude Generative AI" selected in my search but there are some illustrations that slip through the cracks. Example: Image 1540744184 (https://stock.adobe.com/images/illustrations-depict-conservation-and-efficient-use-of-water-resources-for-sustainability/1540744184?prev_url=detail) When selecting "Report Issue" I am not able to report images that are clearly AI and to be reviewed. Would love for an option to get those properly tagged.

I'd like to report an Adobe Stock files that is misleading/incorrect. 2082191679 & 2082190626 which appear under the vector filter and can be downloaded as AI files actually only open with an embedded image. 

This is advertised as an editable stroke set of line icons, all of which are obviously just an AI slop image with no stroked paths, and they look terrible when zoomed in. ID: 2044506777

ich habe viele tolle Bilder hochgeladen. Verschiedene aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen. Hochauflösend und sehr individuell. Ich bin mir sicher, dass es Leute gibt, die da eines haben wollen. Aber alle wurden abgelehnt. Es gibt wenig Infos bzw Beispiele, wie die Bilder aussehen sollten.

I PAID FOR and downloaded a YouTube subscribe video (AdobeStock_1497327233.mov) that featured a transparent background, but now the file on my hard drive is no longer able to import to my video projects even though the file shows in my internal, offline Finder searches. ??? I went to the AdobeStock website and found the file in my download history, but it will not download, saying it’s no longer available. ???  Is this to say Adobe hobbled my file so that I cannot use it anymore???

Impossible d’accéder à certaine catégories d’Adobe Stock, comme les textures, entre autre. Cela renvoie vers une page introuvable 

Adobe Stock search is completely unusable.Every search (e.g. "Scotland", "Nature", "London") briefly displays "Page not found" before automatically redirecting to the Adobe Stock homepage.We have reproduced this:multiple Adobe accounts multiple users multiple Macs/PCs Safari, Chrome and Edge logged in and logged out BelgiumDirect URLs such as https://stock.adobe.com/search/images?k=scotland also fail.Safari Web Inspector reports:"Failed to load resource: Redirect was not allowed" "Unhandled Promise Rejection: TypeError: Load failed"This appears to be a server-side routing or redirect issue rather than a client problem. 

I still cannot believe there is no reporting feature. Obviously this is done on purpose since users have been requesting it since the second AI image generation was launched. It shows up for me despite explicitly excluding AI-generated assets. SMH

Checking back in as the human report button since one STILL does not exist for the everlasting problem of reporting unlabeled AI Assets. I have found 3 accounts that are all posting isolated .pngs. I am not saying 100% of their unmarked assets are AI, but 100% of the ones that I have checked (10+ on each account) all have come back as AI images, which I suspected initially. Animals are still obvious. Everything is in this weird uncanny valley blend of 3D/CGI + Photorealism. If necessary I can link the individual assets that are unmarked AI but I highly recommend just taking a look at these accounts.. ​@Contributor1  I do not have all day to do what could be someone’s actual job. I accidentally clicked on "download" on a premium image while inspecting my search results. Can someone help me refund this? I have already deleted the file, and it has not and will not be used in any project. I reached out to support but they could only offer 5 credits, and i was deducted 60x credits for an image i will never use. Thank you!! 

Since nothing was done the last time I reported these and they still show up in search results with AI turned OFF, here they are again with new additions. What are you doing, Adobe? Where is the Report AI button? Are the small profits made off this really worth poisoning the entire database? I'm talking about these users’ ENTIRE galleries, not just the examples. They all have similar usernames and unmarked completely AI-generated galleries. User Khan https://stock.adobe.com/sg/contributor/213390083/khan?load_type=author&prev_url=detail uses AI to create all their images but none of them are labelled as such. I’m on corporate plan so no credits were wasted but please review this so other users don’t fall for this and end up with disappointment when they realise the “high resolution” images have all these AI squiggly line textures.

There are images that are misleading / inaccurate in what the content is (example: Betsy Ross 13 star circle, but it only has 12 stars), or AI images with inaccuracies (example: American flag with 38 stars). Is there a good way to report these issues, or have warnings that there may be inaccuracies in either design or the description? (I mean, its fine if you really want “1776” surrounded by 12 stars.. but don’t mark it as 13.)

I need to provide proof that AD5BW5.jpg was licensed from Adobe Stock in 2020. We only include images on our website that are licensed from Adobe Stock. Could you confirm that an image with prefix AD will have been licensed from Adobe Stock?

I licensed two powerpoint slide templates.  I thought I was just saving content like I do in Adobe Express but the term “licensed” popped up in blue and I am worried I purchased something through my agency, and I do not have permission to do so.  I was hoping to look at the templates in Powerpoint, so I clicked download--I was not aware that this would license an asset to my agency and wish to undo this.
