I have been utilizing the free adobe stock library, with downloads, and building libraries for the last two years. Suddenly I have been receiving alerts that I have reached my daily limit after down loading up to three assets or trying to save to library. I have not had this issue before. Downloading and using the free stock assets has been vital to starting my small business and was one of the benefits to having an adobe account alongside my creative cloud access. Is this something new or has something changed in my account?

Our office manager wants to use an Adobe Stock image to decorate a wall in our office. What image licence do I have to use (standard or extended).  Thanks

I am also having this problem, and the answer suggesting it's in the Downloads folder is incorrect.  It did not download to my downloads folder.  I'm surprised there are no useful answers here. 

I have DAT files showing up in my Adobe stock licensed folder? They download that requires them?

After I got scammed by you to try the "free Adobe Stock trial" (thx for the dark pattern) I ended up with a monthly plan for 35€. I tried to cancel the plan but it is IMPOSSIBLE as there is no button for it. Any Help page says there is a "Manage Plan" Button which is a scam by itself. There just isn't!It has to be possible to cancel online (EU law since 2022).Next step is going to the consumer protection center in Germany. Luckily they deal with things like this. For anyone considering getting an adobe subscription: RUN!

Hello.  I wrote a children's book and used licensed  Adobe Stock photos for the cover and throughout the inside of the book as well. This will be used as a Kindle eBook if I can find someone to format and convert the eBook so I can finally publish it. I have an Adobe Enterprise student account where I can use an unlimited amount of licensed stock photos. 1. My question is do I have to have an extended license to use the pictures for the cover and inside of the book, on each of the 19 pages? 2. Or, can I publish it with the membership I currently have? 3. Do I have to credit Adobe for each photo? 4. Or, can I use a blanket credit in an acknowledgment? I have altered the images - color, sharpness, and size. The pictures are used to help tell the story. Thank you. Melissa 

Hello, My question is for an Adobe representative legally allowed to answer licensing questions.I'm trying to clarify the terms of use for a standard license for an asset. From the additional terms pdf updated June of 2017, a standard license asset can be used for the following:https://stock.adobe.com/license-terms(2) digital productions such as websites, mobile advertising, mobile applications, e-cards, e-publications (e-books, e-magazines, blogs, etc.)However, the terms as per the website state that an asset under standard license cannot be used prominently in merchandise or products for resale.I want to clarify that under a standard license, an adobe stock image can be used to illustrate a book cover, chapter headings and for other illustrative purposes within the book (i.e. anatomical images that go alongside descriptive text) so long as the sales of the ebook do not exceed 500,000 copies.Is this correct?TIA

Hello, As a company we are using Adobe Creative Cloud for teams.We bought some picutres that we are using on our company's website.However, as the comapny, we are the owner another website (completly different to the one mentioned above).May we use the already bought (and used on our company's website) photos also at our second webside ? As a company we own this two websites however the websides differ (different adresses and contenst).I would appreacicate your help.

I purchased a license for the image: "Children around the earth high Generative AI." Asset ID: 625319593. The image was very poor quality, roughly the same as the (lowres) preview. This download is unusable. Is there a better (crisper, sharper) version available?

Hallo, bei der Migration meiner Fotolia-Daten zu Adobe gibt es unter dem Punkt Kontoübersicht übertragen einen Fehler. Der Balken bleibt lange bei 5ß% stehen und später wird "Bei der Übertragung ist ein Fehler aufgetreten." angezeigt. Der Support hat mich jetzt an das Forum verwiesen. HiI discovered this week that two other departments within our company have been using our stock credits. I only noticed because on Monday one department used up 10 credits- a month's supply in one day.  I checked the license history and see that starting this summer (about 4 months into our subscription) people from 2 other departments started accessing our credits.  I can also see anyone from the company who has downloaded free assets and free with Adobe Express assets on the report. Our admin confirmed that only my co-worker and myself have the Stock subscription (and we share it - 20 credits per month).   I am not the plan administrator so I can't reach out to Adobe directly - just reaching out here to see if anyone knows how we can silo our subscription so that only the two of us have access to our credits.  If it was one or two here or there it wouldn't matter but a month's supply in one day  with our department footing the bill is too much
