I downloaded he svg file but it is not a vector - it’s just a poor quality raster image inside an svg file.  By contributor MDHAMIDUL 

Exported File video and audio, only video was exported

The vector file for image no. 2124172385 is corrupted.

My freelancer is facing very long download times for simple jpegs on the exact same machine he was able to download the entire CC suite in moments. Clearly, his connection is not the problem.Is Adobe Stock throttling download speeds for certain IP ranges? We're in different countries, and I'm not experiencing the slowdown.

The image looked OK on the site but when I’ve downloaded and zoomed in, it’s a bad quality trace that I can’t use. Wobbly lines and inconsistent line widths all over it.

Hello,I am trying to add and verify my mobile phone number for my account security, but i am not receiving any OTP SMS code.When I try to submit the number (+8562096328455), it shows the error message: “ an error occurred during this operation. Please try again later.”Could you please help check or resolve this phone verification issue for my account?Thank you.

I finally had to reinstall the older PS Beta 27.9 on both my workstation and laptop, and the on-device remove tool to work on my Nvidia RTX 4090/5080 series with16GB VRAM. I’m running the current Nvidia Studio Driver 610.88. However, updating to PS 27.9.1 or PS Beta 27.9.11 causes the on-device remove tool to severely stall and must cancel. Using the Cloud option works only if on WiFi, but I am still waiting for an update fix for the on-device to function properly. This issue has been ongoing for over three months!! BTW - No logs are necessary to collect send as the identical issue can be recreated on any PC using Windows 11 and the RTX having 16GBVram card at Adobe PS lab, then read the log. 

I downloaded the file, illustrator says the link is missing / broken. 

Assets #: 452989837 and 452989915I believe these images are mislabeled. The images are identified as [Boston, Massachusetts Skyline from above by Drone during Summer Time], but it appears to depict [the skyline of Hartford, Connecticut, USA] Could the moderation team please review the asset metadata and labeling? When I click on a stock asset in Safari, I am now taken directly into AI Studio instead of being able to properly inspect the asset itself. I am trying to create an Adobe Stock Contributor account from Bangladesh. Bangladesh (+880) is selected, but when I enter my valid Bangladeshi mobile number I receive “An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later.” I have tried different browsers and the correct international number format, but the issue persists. Please help me verify my phone number or provide an alternative way to complete Contributor registration.

AI Studio has seriously damaged the Adobe Stock search experience. I use Adobe Stock professionally to source images, not to generate or edit them. Previously, clicking an image allowed me to inspect the asset properly and, crucially, browse other images from the same shoot or series. The new AI Studio behaviour removes that workflow and makes Stock much slower and less useful.Please restore the normal asset detail page as the default when clicking a Stock image, or provide an account setting that allows users to disable AI Studio or toggle it on or off. AI tools should be optional, not forced into a paid professional stock-image service.

While trying to add a Bangladeshi mobile number to my Adobe account for verification, the system shows an error and does not allow me to proceed. I searched “security monitor” with 4 tags: photos, exclude gen-ai, commercial use, and exclude people. The first result contiained: gen-ai, was therefore not a photo, and included people (one of which who was missing legs in the preview.) Adobe Stock has become a miserable user experience and a complete joke compared to other Stock websites. The tags do not work, nor does the AI labelling system. It is a major frustration and issue that clearly AI assets that were uploaded before the AI filter are able to bypass basically all safeguards and still get bumped to the very top of results. This isn’t even mentioning the flurry of assets that are mistagged. There is no way to report them, and there is no function AFAIK for untagged/pre-AI tag assets to be properly labeled. Many vector assets are falsely described as “Editable Stroke” or not marked as AI Generated and after downloading turn out to be either live-traced slop or AI generate and not usable for my needs. I make sure to toggle ‘Exclude GenAI Content” on every search as I don’t want any AI generated images. This is a waste of credits.
