Hello everyone!I recently posted pictures and got rejected. I tried very hard to place the keywords there. After redoing the photo, I want to send it again, but I'm not sure if there's any way to copy and paste the keys I already entered when submitting the rejected image. Can I take them from somewhere or will I have to enter everything again?

When you create PNGs, do you limit yourself to looking for and eliminating the "dirty and useless" pixels in the transparent area that can be seen at 100-200% or even those that are present but can only be identified by zooming in at 500-1200%? Maybe I'm doing useless work because I re-examine the image and waste a lot of time or is that right? Do the moderators check for useless pixels even a lift enlargement in your opinion?

Hi, Below is a copy of my original illustration of sunflowers created in Adobe fresco then over to adobe photoshop is 2400px by 1600px an acceptable size of jpeg. So if you can tell me why this was rejected then I can improve my file. Thx .

Hello. I am not an artist. In order to spend my free time and earn some passive income in my retirement, I started producing images using artificial intelligence and sharing them on Adobe Stock. When I produce images with artificial intelligence, I produce images without reference to any person, property, artist or artist's style, or anything protected by copyright. For example, I enter prompts like "Cute wooden house in the middle of lush green trees." I wonder if, despite this, there are any copyright issues/violations of rules, etc. on Adobe Stock? Hello, I'm not sure I understand how the minimum amount of money we earn per download works. It might just be me misunderstanding something, or me experiencing a bug, or that a change has been made and not communicated to us.So, what do I have to understand from this : Does it means that once I got 1000 downloads my minimum earning per download will now be 0.36$ ? Because when I reached 1000 dl I noticed this change, my minimum earning went from 0.33$ to 0.36$. But since a few months, I'm starting to earn 0.35$, 0.34$, 0.33$ despite having over 2000 dl. I didn't really bother, but today I earn a 0.32$, which seems a little bit odd to me since the minimum garanteed have always been 0.33$ to my knowledge. I've noticed the change around the beginning of the year, but cannot find anything about it, do you guys have any clues ?Here are my last sold images with a 0.32$ :

I was making like $1000 dollars average each month, now I am making $0 dollars in my Adobe Stock contributor account, does anyone knows how their SEO works or if you can get shadowbanned, because that drop in my earnings is like kinda insane for me, or maybe everyone is dropping a lot of artworks and AI videos and the platform is saturated, idk 😕😕

Hello, I am new member. I started to upload my pictures ans already 47 from them was checked and approved. But i cant see them at my profile, it is empty. So i cant understand what should i do, also is it mean that buyers dont see my pictures? Help please. 

My author's account on Adobe Stock has been blocked. I have not received any letter about the reasons for the blocking. There were about 30,000 jobs on the account, I worked with stock for 5 years and now I'm being blocked without any explanation. I have written many letters with questions, but there is no answer. The attached PNG files, transparent background, were not accepted in Adobe Stock due to quality issues.  I usually can spot quality issues when not accpted, but these have me stumped.  The focus appears to be good...but any comments will be well received.

I'm thinking to upload same images in different aspect ratios as they use for different purposes like thumbnail, banner etc. Some images may crop up to 4 aspect ratios like 1:1, 16:9, 3:1, 4:1. Will this be cause image rejection? 

Hi, Actually I analyzed that the last two weeks has very less sales in comparison of weeks before them. I know there could be the reasons like the demand of assets, but I talked with some fellow contributors and they all experienced very less dwonloads. Do you guys also experienced this?

Hello readers,My Adobe Contributor account has been deactivated on December 14, 2023. I have sent mail to Adobe team about 5 times but till now I have not received any reply on my mail. Today it has been 75 days but till now I have not received any mail whether my account will be activated or not. I don't even know how much longer I have to wait. Or should I create a new account?

Hi there,unfortunately some of my uploaded images were rejected due to quality issues. Now I'm wondering if I could revise and improve some of these images and then give it another try. Or would that be considered spam because the pictures have already been rejected? I'm still relatively new here and have no experience with it. Hi, If I submit my images in PNG format without any transparent backround is it acceptable or is it a problem? And we should submit them in JPG?

Hello, can someone explain to me why this photo was rejected? It is real photo taken by me and NO AI was used in any way. I used Photoshop to reduce smoggy haze and to intensify colors a litlle as I usually do. Title and the keywords are about winter forest and a place where this photo was taken.If the reason is about low quality of the shot that’s one thing and ok. And usually if the reason is about low quality Adobe indicates it.
