I create images in a non-standard 4:1 aspect ratio specifically to meet a clear market demand: banner-friendly visuals. These wide panoramic compositions are designed so buyers can use them directly without aggressive cropping. However, most of my submissions are rejected with the reason that they are “too similar to content already available on Adobe Stock.”I understand that similarity is a valid concern in a large collection. But in this case, the issue seems misaligned with actual marketplace needs. While there are indeed many similar themes and concepts on Adobe Stock, there are very few images created in a true panoramic format like 4:1.From a buyer’s perspective, this creates a real problem. When searching for banner images, users are often forced to crop standard formats (such as 3:2 or 16:9), losing more than 50% of the original composition. This frequently results in visually unbalanced and unusable designs.I recently experienced this issue myself while searching for banner vis
Hey, I'm trying to understand the reasons of rejection of series of shots, but can't figure it out - the histogram looks fine, there's no obvious noise (artifacts in the bottom left corner?). The rejection was quick, as if it was done automatically. What could be wrong here? I'd appreciate any help, as I'd like to avoid this happening again. (Quality of the image was reduced, only 80%here because of upload size limitations).
I shouldn’t eat that much chocolate anyway.
I've written to the support, but after 3 weeks there is no answer (I can't find any reason). They blocked me when I ordered 1st payment - so be aware people.

These images were generated by me using AI. Why were they rejected due to quality issues? Could you give me some advice?
I mistakenly selected the United States as my account registration address. I'm actually in China. Howcan I change it back to China?
I would like to clarify when Adobe sends invitations. They invite accounts based on specific criteria: accounts that remain active, consistently engaged, and meet the mission requirements are considered. Once an account is invited, it must complete several tasks. After those tasks are approved, the invited members receive certain benefits. In short, only accounts that fulfill these criteria and stay engaged will be invited. Thanks all
Hello everyone, first try to become a contributor here, I uploaded several pictures, several themes, but receive bad news and none was accepted, mostly on this repeated message: Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise. ie this image of the sunrise-church was taken in iso 100 and F 11...🤔 and the one of the red bench in ISO 100 f8, so what is it? my lightroom preset? Thank you for your comments
I’m curious about how you all view your work on Adobe Stock. Are you treating it as a hobby, a side income, or is it your main source of revenue? I personally feel that most contributors use it part-time, just as an extra stream from their art, but I’m not sure—maybe some of you do rely on it full-time. What’s your experience—am I on track, or is it more of a mix?
I’m facing a payout issue and would really appreciate your help. Here’s exactly what happened step by step:On August 13, I successfully connected my Payoneer account to my Adobe Stock contributor account.I then made a payout request. Normally, when using Skrill in the past, my payments would arrive within 7 days. With Payoneer, I expected a similar timeline, but even after 11 days, I did not see any upcoming payment notification inside my Payoneer account. The payout still shows as pending in my Adobe Stock dashboard.Thinking something was wrong, I disconnected my Payoneer account from Adobe Stock. Now, when I try to reconnect the same Payoneer account, I get the error message:“Payout Information not accepted – Please use a Payoneer account that is valid and unique to your contributor profile.”My Payoneer account is fully active and verified with no restrictions. The issue seems to be on the Adobe Stock side, possibly because the payout was already in process when I disconnected the acco

This photo was rejected for quality issues. I would like to identify those issues and if possible help me to correct it.
Hi everyone,I have a few questions regarding Adobe Stock submissions and performance, and I’d really appreciate guidance from experienced contributors. When submitting images or vectors that do not contain any people is it necessary to always select the “No People” tag? Does it impact search visibility or ranking if this is missed? What are the best practices for writing titles and keywords to improve search ranking? My content quality is strong (especially handmade vectors, icon packs and graphic resource packs) which I believe are in demand across stock platforms, but my sales are still quite low. I’ve noticed an unusual pattern: whenever my vectors get approved, my sales drop to almost zero for 1–2 days and then return to normal. However some of my friends experience the opposite their sales increase after approvals. Is this normal behavior or could it be related to the Adobe Stock algorithm?I’d really appreciate any insights, tips, or experiences you can share. Thank you!
Hi everyone, I want to know what you think about AI image generators. They’re so good now that it’s hard to tell real from AI-generated. Do you see Adobe Stock surviving, or will it decline as more people adopt AI? Sure, some say people don’t know how to write prompts or know the right technical terms yet. I get that—it’s a hurdle now, but I think it’s just a matter of time. AI will get so good and easy that it’ll be easy for everyone. And frankly, I think buyers are caring less over time about the artist’s effort and creativity that goes behind it—they just want cheap, high-quality assets as conveniently as possible. What do you guys think are still the pros of Adobe Stock rather than any AI image generator that would make them still choose Adobe Stock? What do you all think?
Some of my photos were rejected by Adobe due to quality issues. What is wrong with this photo, and how can I improve it? Thank you
Hello everyone,I am encountering a persistent issue while uploading my vector assets. After uploading, the files show a "thumbnail" placeholder and eventually return the error message: "FILE COULD NOT BE ACCEPTED - Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately we were unable to process your file."I have checked my files for common issues (open paths, raster elements, hidden layers), and they seem to be clean. This error appears immediately during the processing phase before any human review. Is this a known server-side issue, or is there something specific in the EPS export settings that might be causing the Adobe Stock processor to fail?I have attached a screenshot of the error for reference. Any guidance from the community or staff would be appreciated.Thank you!
