Images produced by AI can only be seen by members. If you are not logged in you cannot see it. It only shows the real images to everyone. Does anyone know what is the reason for this? example: https://stock.adobe.com/stock-photo/id/618287171This image actually exists in my portfolio. But if you are not logged in you will not be able to see it. [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Does Adobe Stock allow publishing AI-generated vector images? I've seen a lot of vector illustrations labeled as being generated by artificial intelligence. don't see an option for AI when submitting vector illustrations, how did they do that?My English is poor, so I used Google Translate for this post.I hope you can understand this post.
Danke für Kritik.
Crio mandalas corriqueiramente.Todas criadas manualmente no Photoshop..... Triste demais.
Hi there! I have requested my 2nd payment on Wednesday 11th October. 8 days passed and today is Thursday 19th October but I still didn’t received my payout. I also have contacted the customer support but I didn’t received any mail or response. During my 1st payment this issue didn't happened. My 1st payment was requested on Friday 22nd September and I received on Monday 2nd October exactly 10 days. But on my 2nd payment case the 10th day comes to Sarurday which is bank holiday. So now I'm worried if my payment will be delayed or stucks. Can someone tell me what to do now? Will I receive my payout, if yes then when?
Hello sir,My Adobe Stock contributor account is blocked. I have received a email, why my account is blocked without mentioning any reason.I request the Adobe team to review my account There must be some misunderstanding from your side. Thanks & RegardsNaymur Rahman.
Hello, today, when uploading new images, I notice that once the AI-generated-image box is checked, the wording "Generated image" automatically appears in the title. 1- Must I leave it? If I delete "Generated image" from the title, am I going against the rules? 2- If I necessarily have to leave it, must it remain at the beginning of the title or can I put it at the end? 3- it had recently been established by the rules that for AI images with a tick in the AI-generated box it was no longer necessary to write anything special in the title. In the rules I don't find it written that "Generated image" must be written (https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/generative-ai-content.html) Do: Include the individual words .... Don’t: Add 'generative AI' to titles and keywords. The checkbox "Created by using generative AI tools" classifies your image as a generative AI image. Have the rules changed again? Thank You [moderato
Hello I wanted to upload some pictures of sports cars these cars belonged to no one as they were rendered. However, it was rejected for copyright and I wonder if there is a way that it is not rejected, since I have seen that there are already many other images of sports cars on Adobe Stock and I am now wondering why they were allowed to upload it.
I want to sell my template on Adobe stock. but sometimes Adobe block contributor account for high download. I need an account that can't blocked for high downloads. what can I do about it? [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Waited a whole 1 and a half month just to get my images rejected for my image's "AESTHETIC OR COMMERCIAL APPEAL OF IMAGE", who else agrees that this reason is the most outrageous reason to reject someone's images? i mean, how can you label someone's images of having no commercial appeal even before putting it in front of the buyers? there are 8 billion people in the world, ain't no way, you can assume beforehand that nobody's gonna be interested in your image today OR in the future, this is the most weirdest rejection reason that adobe gives to their contributors for rejecting their images in my opinion...
Hello. My account has been temporarily banned (it has a validation status issue) due to me not respecting the AI generated guidelines. I have written to Adobe in the contact form and after a month of waiting, their response was at follows: Unfortunately, your request couldn't be answered by our Contributor support team. We apologize for this unusual circumstance. If your problem persists and you can´t find the answer to your problem in our Contributor Help Guide, please write to us again using the contact form. I've tried again using the same contact form and after another month of waiting I got the same message. What should I do in this position? Feel free to tell me how you got your account unbanned if you were in the same situation. 🙂 [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Perhaps I’m writing in the wrong place, I haven’t figured out all these sites yet. Maybe someone knows why my photographs have not been put up for sale for more than a month. But it says that the verification takes up to 4 weeks [moderator corrected HTML formatting error]
Hello. Some of my image were rejected as «NON-COMPLIANT IMAGE».What Does it mean? What needs to change to resubmit?Thank you.
Anyone know what to do about images constantly being rejected because they are mistaken for AI generated content or photography of actually people? Below images rejected for being ai generated, but I did not use ai to make them. Below are examples of images I keep getting sent back to resubmit together with model releases, but there are no model releases of course since they aren't real people, but they aren't ai generated either but CGI renders using 3d models I made...A bit confused about how to proceed since the review staff apparently either think my images are AI and that I didn't flag them correctly, or they think they are photographs that are missing model releases. I tried contact adobe for help but ofcourse no reply. This has being going on for months now. Anyone know a workaround?
Hi,I uploaded some of my photos before one month but it still under review stats.
Since a few Days I am not be able to upload any stock videos in the 16x9 format. 9x16 (vertical) works fine. I am uploading from filezilla without any problems. It says the upload was succesful, but I can´t see my videos in my contributor portal. Does anyone know what to do?
I am writing to express my concern regarding the unjustified termination of my Adobe Stock account. I am a resident of Saudi Arabia and have been a contributor to Adobe Stock for a considerable period. In preparation for Saudi Arabia's National Day on September 23, 2023, I created and uploaded several videos to the platform. However, after requesting to withdraw my earned profits following the conclusion of National Day, my account was unexpectedly terminated. I assure you that I have always adhered to Adobe Stock's terms of service and have never engaged in any form of manipulation or fraudulent activity. I have reached out to you several times regarding this matter but have not received a response. I kindly request a thorough review of my case to ensure that no error has occurred. I am confident that a reassessment will reveal that my account termination was unwarranted. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Hello, I would like to add photos to Adobe Stock that show recognizable places, but as far as I know, according to European Union law, I do not need consent because the object is e.g. historic (e.g. old town, town hall), it is a landscape. Do I have to create fictitious consents to add such a photo? [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
WelcomeWhy did the photos uploaded to the site not show this result? The page does not exist as attached(Sorry, this page does not existTry searching again)https://stock.adobe.com/eg/stock-photo/id/586477105Knowing that the image is accepted and approved, and some of it has been sold... I don't really know. sad.I don't know how to contact their support still naw
I have sent many messages to support about this, but they have done nothing. I do NOT like this degrading label on my own illustrations. I worked hard to learn how to effing draw, and this is an insult. Since I have gotten no response, I am deleting the images that have gotten this offensive label. I am reuploading the designs. It's tedious and annoying. Has anyone else had to deal with this problem?
Dear Adobe,On 15 October 2023 I received a significant download spike, at 139 sales of Ai Illustrations and 1 sales of vector download. As we hear about few cases of download attack fraud on Adobe Stock and can threaten a contributor account for temporary/permanent banning for that contributor account. Therefore, can we ask for help to cancel the sales transaction in our contributor account that happened on 15 October 2023 if proven that transaction was not legitimate or suspicious?Sincerely,Bagus
Hello,As I am still quite new here, I am constantly trying to determine which images to create and which to avoid.I have been considering what users might search for and have recently uploaded a set of icons for websites and software that are typically used. These include user profiles, shopping carts, diverse buttons, and icon sets.Compared to my usual uploads, these are much simpler, and I feel a bit unsure about them.I hope that the worst that can happen is that the items won't be accepted due to quality issues and that my account won't be flagged negatively.Something like the images I've uploaded here (just in higher resolution).Should i delete them, or can i leave it to the jury ?
Hello everyone, a picture of mine was sold for approximately $21. Is this normal or what because I have concerns?
