Hello. I uploaded a photo where is a part of globe with political borders and country names. It was rejected because of Intellectual property (IP) issues. Can you give me advise why that kind of photos are not allowed? 

I upload AI photos on adobe stock contributor but now the problem is rising is that when i upscayl them on 3x or 4x, adobe rejects them as quality issue but when i upscayl them on 2x then quality issue almost decrease. My concern is the files with 4x become 10MP or more than 10 MP like (2500×5200 px) but when i use 2x as upscayl then it only create 4MP or 5MP picture. Should i use 2x or should do anything? Because i have confusion that may be professional buyers want large pixel image and my assets do not get enough sale due to that reason? What should i do?

My Adobe Stock account is under Generative AI review. Case 00462819 has no updates for over a month. I requested a payout before the block, but have no status. Could a moderator please check?

If I upload 10 files and 4 get accepted while 6 remain under review, will deleting those 6 files cause any account issues? I’ve noticed files are initially approved, but those under review are later rejected. 

It was because of quality issues. I'm new here, I was surprised of it been refused by that. 

It has been 5 days, and none of my files have been approved on Adobe Stock.At the same time, I am not getting any submission limit to upload new files.However, every day one previously submitted file is being rejected one by one.So currently: No approvals No new submission limit Daily rejections are happening I would like to know why this is happening.Is my account under review, temporary restriction, or is there any other issue?If anyone has experienced a similar situation or has any insights, please share.Thank you.

Hello, I have been contacted by email by a certain company called Copytrack claiming that I don't have the rights to use an image that I purchased on Adobe Stock within my plan. They are also asking for money. The author of the image they claim doesn't match the name in my licensing history for that image. I have googled them and there is a lot of noise saying it is a scam, however just want to check if anyone else had this issue and how to reply? thanks

Los posibles motivos son:"uso indebido del nombre de otro artista" - no he usado el nombre de otro artista."contenido de ia generativa no declarado" - no he utilizado la IA."contenido que no cumple con las directrices generales" - no sé que directriz no cumple, no se ven marcas y no se pueden reconocer al bebé. ¿cual podría ser el motivo? Gracias

I uploaded six photos from which these three got a quality issue warning. I would like to know what can I improve.On the other hand I uploaded two photos that suddenly disappeared! Hello everyone.Some time ago, I tried to submit this photo. It was first rejected due to a quality issue. I then re-uploaded the image at a higher resolution, and this time it was rejected for “Intellectual property-related refusal”.However, I can’t understand where the intellectual property issue comes from.For context:I am indeed the author of the photo (the photographer)The photo was taken in Shibuya, TokyoI of course own the RAW fileThe only AI tool I used was Lightroom’s noise reductionCould the issue be coming from the left side of the photo with the brands and billboards? Hello contributors, I would like to check if it is allowed for the photographer ' stock contributor account owner' to sign the model release document with the account name instead of his legal name. I mean, my name in contributor account is 'Worker', that is certainly not my real name. according to this information From an adobe document "The photographer's first and last name on the model release must match exactly with the first and last name on your contributor account." I should use that name in my account to sign the document. BUT, shouldn't the model release document be a legal document so you should use your actual name? I would like to know if it's allowed to use my account name or not.

I check my spam folder and don't write obsessively to customer support, and I don't want to create new messages again.Recently, I have been uploading AI videos. All the videos were different and of excellent quality. The only reason I can think of is the long prompt that began with a description of how the camera works. That is, many prompts begin the same way, for example: slow camera movement, and then I changed what the camera was moving around. The system probably counted them as multiple videos with one prompt. But the prompts were actually different, and the videos were fundamentally different. Hi Community Team,I am writing here because my support tickets (Case 00470123 and 00470124) have been unresponsive for over a week.I am a new Contributor from Indonesia (+62). I cannot access my dashboard because the phone verification page is broken.Issue: Every time I enter my number, I get a red error: "An error occurred while performing this action" (Generic System Error).Troubleshooting: I have tried clearing cache, different browsers, and devices. Nothing works.Support Status: I received an automated reply on Jan 19th asking me to check the guide, which does not help with this system bug. I replied immediately asking for manual verification, but have received no response since then.Please help escalate this to the engineering team or verify my number manually.  Hi,1890133758 and 1890132988 id numbers of my videos second time rejected because of AI project but they are not. I made them in AE and used my own stock videos textures. What can I do?Can you please check my videos again, I completely design them in After Effects not AI. Thanks.
