Since around October 2, I have been unable to upload videos to Adobe Stock.I contacted Adobe Support, but they only sent me a URL and did not conduct a proper investigation:I have uploaded over 7,400 videos so far using the same export settings as always. However, even though I have not changed any settings, I suddenly became unable to upload videos.Could you please let me know the cause of this issue? As a test, I tried changing the format to .MOV. Short videos can be uploaded successfully, but every attempt to upload a 59:59 video fails.I am certain that my videos are exported and uploaded in full compliance with the official guidelines.Upload status:Chrome: Upload failsSafari: Upload failsFileZilla (SFTP): Upload completes, but the file does not appear in my accountShort videos: Upload worksPhotos: Upload worksVideo details:Container format: MP4Resolution: 3840 × 2160 pxFrame rate: 59.94 fpsDuration: 59:59File size: 1.8 GBCodec: H.264
The Insight menu says that the money has been paid, but when I checked the PayPal balance, it says 0$.Regarding that, I put an inquiry in Country Buster's inquiry and received a reply that the issue was resolved, but it's still 0$.Does anyone know what to do about that issue? It's my first time receiving money, so I'm worried if there's anything I'm mistaken about.
Hello everyone! I am a novice at Adobe e Stock. I submitted some photos, but they were rejected. I hope to receive some feedback to understand the reason. Do you have any criticisms?
Why I can't post more images as like the past days?
Hello Community and Moderators,I'm seeking guidance on a technical issue with the account appeal form. After submitting my appeal, the system shows the "Thank you for your submission" confirmation page. However, the required confirmation email with a case number is never sent. I have confirmed it is not in my spam folder. My goal is simply to have my appeal officially logged in your system so the review process can begin. I am not asking for the appeal to be handled here on the forum.Could an Adobe moderator please advise on how to resolve this submission issue?Thank you for your assistance.
Hello Adobe Stock Support,I have been unable to upload new files for over two weeks. It shows "Submission limit reached" even though I have no files in review or moderation. Please check and reset my submission limit. My Contributor ID: [211812528]Thank you.
Well it's about the pic numbered 1752226700. An autumn maple, taken with a phone. What was 'bad'?! Don't understand. The picture is not unsharp, neither 'overprocessed' (not processed at all actually). WTF?..
After updating the interface, the add all suggested words button disappeared.
Hi, my picture was rejected because it resembles some content that it's already available (and I thought I was original with putting human lips on a witch hat xD). It was just one picture like that , that I have upload. But also, I've seen that people are posting 3 or 4 Ai pictures, on the same profile, that are from the same prompt, with maybe some detail that makes a difference. What makes a difference that those can be accepted, and one mine can't?
I’m a bit confused about the Too Similar Content policy. Many of my submissions have been rejected under this rule, even when the differences were subtle but meaningful. However, I recently noticed that even featured contributors sometimes have entire series of dozens of nearly identical AI images, all with exactly the same description (for example: “Sleek High-Tech Artificial Satellite Orbiting Earth Amid Twinkling Stars”). In one case, there were more than 60 variations of the same subject accepted. My question is:How does this align with the Too Similar Content policy that is strictly enforced for many of us?Are there different criteria for featured contributors or specific themes (like technology/space), or is there another explanation?I’m genuinely trying to understand, because right now it feels inconsistent – and it’s frustrating when original content gets rejected while mass-duplicated series are approved and even highlighted.
Hello,My Adobe Stock Contributor account was recently deactivated for “suspicious activity.” I already opened a support case (#00444554) and followed up 9 days later, but I haven’t received any response in 11 days.Could someone from the Adobe team please help escalate or check the status? I have $82 pending in my balance, and I’d appreciate any update.Thank you very much for your time and understanding. Best RegardsNahid.
Hello Adobe Team,My Adobe Stock contributor account has been blocked, and I already submitted an appeal over a week ago. I received an automatic email with the case number 00439200, but since then, I have not received any update or response from the support team.I completely understand the importance of the contributor guidelines, and I already provided all necessary details in my appeal message. I just want to kindly ask if there is any progress or update on my case status.I would really appreciate it if a staff member or moderator could help forward this to the Adobe Stock Contributor Support team for review.Thank you very much for your time and understanding.Best regards,Kanoksak PuanhgkhamAdobe Stock Contributor Email:grandsila854@gmail.com
Hello! Rejection marked "Illustrative Editorial Issue." Is this an acceptance error or am I missing something?
I am unable to submit files. I am only able to submit 2-5 files per day. Why is this happening?
Hello Support Team,I’ve been unable to submit new files since early October 2025 due to the “You’ve reached your submission limit” message. Currently, my account has only 4 files pending review, and 49 new files waiting to be submitted, but the system still doesn’t allow me to add metadata or proceed with submission.I understand that this may be related to the temporary upload pause or moderation queue system, but it seems unusual since my pending content is very limited and the issue has persisted for more than a week.Could you please check whether my account is still under a submission restriction or affected by the current moderation queue delay?Thank you for your help and support.Regards,Lady RoseStock Contributor)
I have a question about succeeding with Adobe Stock. When it comes to new contributors, from what I’ve seen on this website or experienced personally, it appears that making a few bucks with Adobe Stock is extremely difficult; it takes a LOT of work without any guarantee you’ll make a thing. I’m 66 years old and I keep hearing I will need ten to twenty thousand images to make enough money to be able to eat at a decent restaurant once a month. Well, I've got a good start, cuz I'm clear up to 13 images! I’m slow at editing and I would need another lifetime to accumulate that many images, lol. I know that when I had an image rejected, I took the time to do a thorough re-edit. It ended up that version was passable and would have been accepted, except for the fact that it was, "too similar to other images in Adobe's stock" (something I've experienced a few times). So, correct me if I’m wrong, but it appears that contributors to Adobe Stock do this because they enjoy taking and editing
Hello Adobe Team, I am an After Effects user and I create professional motion graphics templates for Premiere Pro and After Effects. I would like to upload my motion graphics templates to Adobe Stock, but I can’t find the “Motion Graphics Templates” upload option in my contributor portal. Could you please guide me on how to apply or get access to the Motion Graphics Templates contributor program? Thank you for your help and support. Best regards,[Lapcevic] [Moved from the After Effects forum by moderator]
I created a contributor's account, but when I try to add a phone number, it's showing this error message: " An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later." How can I fix this issue
As a contributor, I can only upload AI, vector, and PNG files from the Adobe Stock dashboard. But when I visit the marketplace, I see Photoshop files, InDesign files, and others — yet these can’t be uploaded from our dashboard. Also, when I upload something like a flower design, I can’t use images in it. Overall, I want to sell Photoshop and InDesign files as well. So, could you please explain how I can upload those types of files? A roadmap would really help me. Thank you.
Hello everyone I hope you all are doing great. I am adobe stock contributor. I sell illustrations. I have one question can I sell watercolor hand drawn illustrations after converting it into a vector by image trace tool in adobe illustrator and upload the illustration as an EPS file on Adobe stock? Kindly guide me. If anyone is doing this. I made watercolor illustrations in adobe photoshop and a mobile app like IBS paint

Hi, I want to ask, my assets are still under review from 5 months ago, maybe even more, new assets that I upload can be approved within 4-6 days, however, why are there still my assets from 5-6 months ago that have not been reviewed?
