Why this photo was not accepted? Model release was acepted, but they refused the picture. 

Hi everyone,I recently discovered that I have been banned from the official Adobe Stock Contributors Discord server. I haven't been active on the server for a long time, and I’m not sure why the ban was placed.My Discord Account Standing currently shows “All good” with no violations or restrictions.I’m trying to contact the Adobe Stock Discord moderators to understand the reason for the ban and request a review.I’m an Adobe Stock contributor, and I sometimes have questions that I’d like to discuss with the community. It’s possible that I may have unintentionally violated a rule in the past, although I honestly don’t remember doing so. If that happened, I sincerely apologize. I would really appreciate it if the moderation team could review the reason for my ban and, if possible, give me a second chance to rejoin and participate in the community.Does anyone know who the current Discord moderators or community managers are, or the appropriate way to contact them directly?Thank you very mu

Hi everyone,I’m trying to understand how the Adobe Stock search algorithm works.I add relevant keywords to my icon sets, but I notice that some keywords seem to rank better while other relevant keywords don’t. How does Adobe Stock decide which keywords/assets rank higher? How important are the title and the first 10 keywords? How should I write the title to improve search visibility? Should I use the main search term in both the title and keywords? Does the order of keywords affect ranking? For example, if I create a “Business Communication Icon Set,” what would be the best way to write the title and arrange the keywords?I’d really appreciate advice from experienced Adobe Stock contributors. Hello,I need help with my existing Adobe Stock Contributor account.My contributor name is “AlexCobalt”.When I try to access my Contributor dashboard, I only see the following message:"New account creation is not available at this time."I am not trying to create a new account. I just want to regain access to my existing Contributor account.I have already tried changing my password, linking and verifying my phone number, and adding a secondary email address. Unfortunately, none of these steps helped.I also contacted Adobe Contributor Support by email but have not received a response.What makes this situation particularly confusing is that I continue to receive sales notification emails and invitations to participate in the Adobe Stock Free Collection. My portfolio is still publicly visible, but I cannot access my dashboard, view my earnings, or manage my content.Could an Adobe representative please check my account and help me restore access?I would be happy to provide my Contributor ID

Hi, I am trying to create a new Adobe Stock Contributor account, but I am unable to verify my Sri Lankan phone number (+94). I keep getting an error message and cannot receive the verification code. I don't have a paid subscription, so I can't reach live chat. Could you please manually verify my contributor account so I can start uploading?

Any other illustrators out there who have developed a hybrid approach, using AI as an assistant?  I’ve been an illustrator professionally since the 1980s. We used to love working with very noticeable paint texture and surface texture, and the print publications loved it because it set it apart beautifully from photographs.  Now the AS screeners seem to be used to seeing only clean vectors and sterile AI outputs... I guess. Since I extensively work on my art pieces in ArtRage6 and Krita, of course it has realistic art materials effects, goopy paint, crumbly chalk and pastel textures. That’s a feature, not a bug.  But I keep seeing my very sharp and high resolution illustrations getting shot down for “focus, .jpg artifacts, etc.”  It’s just not true. Anyone else receiving this treatment? 

I'm trying to join Adobe Stock as a contributor. The onboarding page requires a verified mobile number, but I can't complete it.I enter my Pakistan number in international format (+92, no leading zero). Either the SMS code never arrives, even after waiting 5 to 10 minutes, or I get the error "An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later." I do receive SMS codes from other services (for example Google) on the same number. I've tried Chrome and incognito mode.Has anyone in Pakistan solved this? Is there another way to verify the number, or a way to contact Adobe to have it verified manually? Thank you.

Even after all this time, I have just over 1,100 files; I have reached this position through immense hard work, toiling day and night. . I support my family with the income earned through my design work. My account/content was blocked Date: 9/25/2026 for violating Guidelines. I believe this may have been a misunderstanding or an error, and I respectfully request a review of the decision.To the best of my knowledge, I have always aimed to follow the Account and Submission Guidelines and maintain compliance with your platform's standards. It has now happened to me. Here is what happened and what you need to do if it happens to you.Day 1 12:33 pm I received an email stating that a recently approved photo was re-reviewed and then removed due to a “quality” rejection.  Day 1 12:34 pm I received a second email stating that my account has been blocked for submitting content that violates Adobe Stock submission guidelines, or for activities that violate the Adobe Stock Contributor Terms, on the basis of internal review of your content and account.A logon attempt brought the following pop-up: I clicked on the “Contact us” link which displayed the following form where I could state my case in the provided textbox (remember that you are not logged in so you must add your contributor ID and email address): After submitting the form I was displayed the following message showing my case ID: I also received an email with a link to dispute the decision. My Adobe Stock Contributor account, which was deactivated on August 14, 2026, due to “suspicious activity.”I submitted my appeal on August 16, 2026, under Case Number: ADB-46648740-B5C2. I followed the instructions provided by Adobe and waited for the review process to be completed.On September 25, 2026, I received an email stating that my case has been resolved and asking me to provide feedback. However, when I log in to my Adobe Stock Contributor account, my account is still showing as deactivated. plz help me with this

I ran out of credit so I brought the 2000 package which is on a subscription.  the credits came in to the k plus the new 2k one) account so I decided to CXL one of the other subscriptions (I had a 2K payment due 7th Oct) and once I cxled it all my 2000 credit disapperared eventhought I have just paid for it.
