Stock Contributors

I have a portfolio of over 23,000 assets, and my sales used to be very good. However, they have been declining day by day, and now I’m not even earning $25 per week. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue, or could there be a problem with my account or portfolio?

What is the official process for a Mis-sold editable vector that is clearly badly traced from a different source?Downloaded File #:  2108030438 which clearly says “Editable stroke” - opened the file and it’s a very bad trace and the lines are not editable as they say - it’s likely copied from another source. This is slop and it’s a disgrace to be up on Adobe - are files not verified to be what they say they are? There needs to be a direct “report quality issue” button on Stock. 

It is REALLY a QUALITY issue with my submissions or is there just too much stuff submitted that they auto-reject nowadays? I’ve been an illustrator and painter for 35 years, I earned my living as it since 18. Vector graphics is just a small part of my work and these are for fun. I never got rejections before and I know how it works, Im sure I meet all standards and my submissions are definitely not low quality so question is….IS there a technical issue with my files or has time changed so this is no longer a viable option because they get so much ai crap and reject everything? Here are some low res raster versions of what I submitted.Attached is a single vector file with one of the submission just in case anyone could be kind enough to quickly check if there was anything wrong like open forms or something, im sure there’s not. 

My Contributor account was recently blocked by Adobe for a "second confirmed instance of irregular sales activity." I discovered a shocking flaw in Adobe's automated system: they are flags my legitimate Payout/Withdrawal requests as "violations."Here is what actually happened:1st Payout Request: Adobe suddenly claimed "irregular sales activity" and forcefully deducted $2,200+ from my earnings, flatly refusing to provide any itemized statement or Asset IDs. 2nd Payout Request: Exactly when my second $600+ payment was due to arrive, Adobe completely suspended my account.I am strictly an independent contributor. I have never registered an Adobe buyer account, nor have I ever bought anything on this platform. I am the innocent victim of buyer-side fraud, yet Adobe chose to punish me and lock my cash assets instead of investigating the malicious buyers.On top of that, Adobe's support is a complete disaster. They completely ignored all my direct emails. They only issued this lazy, copy-paste

I make clipart for stock. Wreaths, pine borders, mistletoe, juniper. A few thousand images by now. Every one has to end up as a PNG with a transparent background. I used rembg for months. u2net first, then BiRefNet when that came out. Tried the web tools too. They all broke on the same thing and it drove me nuts. Take a wreath. There's a hole in the middle, and the background inside that hole has to go. What I kept getting was a grey-blue haze sitting in there. Looked fine as a thumbnail. Looked awful the second you put it on a colored card. Pine needles came out as mush. Thin stems either disappeared or came back with a blue edge burned into them that no amount of levels would take off. Then I actually read what rembg does. It shrinks your image to 1024x1024, asks the model where the subject is, gets a 1024x1024 mask back, and stretches that mask over your full size image. u2net is worse. That one works at 320x320. My renders are 4096. A needle two pixels wide doesn't exist at 320. So

Hello everyone,I’m new to this marketplace, although I have experience as a stock contributor on other platforms.Recently, I uploaded 10 letterhead designs with preview images, but all of them were rejected. The reasons provided were:• Intellectual Property Refusal for the design files• Technical Quality Issues for the preview images (exposure problems, soft focus, excessive filtering, artifacts, or noise)All designs are my original work. I would appreciate any guidance from experienced contributors on how to identify and fix these issues. Can someone explain what I'm doing wrong or what I can do to fix this issue? I'm not too fimialr with all they terms like pixels, dps, etc. Appreciate any feedback.

Hi Adobe Stock Contributors,Adobe’s current vector technical requirements now state that the minimum artboard resolution for AI, EPS, and SVG vectors is 15 MP, with a maximum of 65 MP.However, I’ve noticed that the Adobe Stock Contributor portal still appears to allow 4 MP vector files to be uploaded without an immediate technical error.I would like to clarify a few things:Is 15 MP now a strict technical requirement for AI/EPS/SVG vector submissions, or is it only a recommended artboard size? If a vector has an artboard of 4 MP and the Contributor portal accepts the upload, can it still pass Adobe Stock’s technical and quality review? If Adobe accepts a 4 MP vector, does the smaller artboard/resolution have any negative effect on the asset’s search ranking, visibility, impressions, or chances of receiving downloads compared with an otherwise identical 15–16 MP vector? Hello. I don't understand why my account was blocked—there were no explanations or notifications. Just before this happened, I tried to upload an EPS file but kept getting an error; I tried saving it in different formats and uploading it again, and only later did I notice the restrictions regarding EPS file uploads. Could that have been the reason for the block? Please check this manually. I even have a video of myself creating content on Twitch—I was streaming.

Hi everyone, My Adobe Stock Contributor account was blocked for a Terms Violation a few weeks ago. I submitted an appeal through the "Contact us" form and received Case ID ADB-46679654-G6S1. In my follow-up message on this case, I explained that a few of my submitted images included some small individual elements from Canva's built-in library (like an icon or small graphic) used within my own original designs, rather than full pre-made templates. I clarified that I wasn't aware this could violate Adobe Stock's content ownership requirements, apologized for the oversight, and committed to submitting only fully original content going forward. I received an automated confirmation that my message was received, but it's now been close to a week with no further update, and my account still shows as deactivated when I try to log in. Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay? How do I check that the asset I submit to Adobe Stock is not submitted by someone else to Adobe Stock?

Hello everyone,I have a question for experienced Adobe Stock contributors about the best Artboard size for creating vector borders.According to Adobe Stock’s current requirements, the Artboard should be at least 15 MP and no more than 65 MP, but there does not seem to be one required dimension or aspect ratio.I’m planning to create horizontal vector border and would like to use one consistent, practical Artboard size for all of them.I’m currently considering 4800 × 3200 px (15.36 MP).For those who have experience selling vectors on Adobe Stock:Is 4800 × 3200 px a good choice for vector borders, or would you recommend a larger or different Artboard size, such as 5000 × 3000 px?Is there a particular size or aspect ratio that you have found more practical for borders in terms of usability for buyers and overall performance on Adobe Stock?I would like to choose one standard size before creating a large collection, so I’d really appreciate advice based on your actual experience.Thank you!

I uploaded several abstract background and texture designs to my contributor account, all based on my own creative concepts. However, they were rejected during review with the reason 'Similar content in our collection.' A lot of my files were rejected for this same issue.

Hi everyone, For the past three days, all my submitted photos on Adobe Stock have been getting rejected. I receive rejections every hour, with 2-3 photos or sometimes even 5-10 at once, and none of my images are getting accepted. I always follow Adobe’s submission guidelines and ensure high-quality content, so this sudden wave of rejections is quite confusing. Has anyone else experienced something similar recently? Also, I’m wondering if Adobe has implemented any AI-based review tool that might be causing this? Could this be an automated system issue, or has there been a change in the review process? Hi fellow Adobe Stock Contributors,I recently submitted this abstract background to Adobe Stock, but it was rejected with the reason “Missing Generative AI Tag.”This artwork was created entirely by me from scratch using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, with standard non-generative tools, editing features, and filters. I did not use Generative Fill, Generative Expand, Firefly, or any other generative AI feature.
