Stock Contributors

Has anyone else noticed a drop in Adobe Stock downloads over the past week?For me, sales were fairly consistent before, with downloads coming throughout the day. But during the last 7 days, my downloads have noticeably decreased. For the past 3 days especially. and most of them seem to appear later in the evening.I’m wondering if this is happening to other contributors as well, or if there has been any recent change in Stock search visibility, demand, or reporting.Would appreciate hearing about your experience over the last week.Thanks!

Hey everyone,I want to make sure I’m following the rules correctly for my programmatic motion graphics.I use Remotion to render videos procedurally from React code. The catch is: I use an AI (like ChatGPT/Claude) to write 100% of the code for me based on my prompts.Even though the AI writes the entire script, the actual video rendering and pixel generation are still done purely by the Remotion engine. I am not using any generative video models (like Sora, Runway, or Firefly). The AI only outputs text/code, and Remotion turns that code into a video.In this specific case, where the underlying code is fully AI-generated but the visual render is procedural, do I need to check the "Created using generative AI tools" box?Appreciate any insights!

I submit photos at Adobe and ShutterStock, the photos are aproval at Shutter but at Adobe they are refused, regarding some quality problems...Can i ask for a second review ?What i should do ?

I submitted an appeal to Adobe Contributor Support, and my case number is 00527869.It has now been over 10 weeks, but I have not received any response or update regarding my appeal. I have already sent follow-ups through the same case email thread.I would like to know if anyone has experienced a similar situation and how long their Contributor Relations review took.I would also appreciate any guidance from Adobe staff or experienced contributors about what I should do while waiting for a response.Thank you.

Am I allowed to have two contributor accounts? I would use the first account to upload vectors and the second one to upload videos. Its totally different type of assets

A post just for info for other contributors.I’ve just received my 3rd account suspension from Adobe in 5 months for ‘suspicious activities’ relating to download spikes. Each time my account is down for 4-6 weeks while I wait to hear from support and each time it is only live 2-3 weeks before something triggers another suspension. I’ve lost out on 10 weeks of income so far this year.This last two weeks is the only time I’ve ever noticed an actual increase in downloads. Since I’m now paranoid about being suspended, I immediately raised a ticket asking for a review of my account as I was worried about fraud. Adobe closed the ticket and sent me an automated message to say they can’t investigate until an account is flagged and suspended. 5 days later here I am.As usual I’ve raised another ticket and filled out the appeals form but I’m very much wondering if it’s now worth it to keep going round and round without anything getting permanently fixed. I’ve repeatedly asked for a closer look at

Hello,  I need some clarification regarding my contributor accounts and payout. I previously had an Adobe Stock contributor account that was temporarily disabled, so I requested restoration. While waiting and believing I wouldn't get it back, I created a new contributor account and started uploading content. I've been using the new account regularly and already received payouts through my Payoneer account. Recently, Adobe restored my original contributor account, which currently has about 25 dollars in earnings. Since I only have one Payoneer account, can I use the same Payoneer account that's connected to my newer Adobe Stock account to receive the payout from my restored original account? And is it allowed to have both contributor accounts now? I don't want to violate any Adobe Stock policies.  Thanks for your help.

My account was blocked, restored, and now—just one week later—it has been locked again due to a high volume of downloads that I am not responsible for. My pending payout is frozen once again, and my support ticket is ADB-46434037-M7D5.​I put a massive amount of genuine work into my portfolio, keywords, and metadata. It is incredibly frustrating to see this blocked repeatedly by automated filters. I seriously suspect that malicious third parties might be manipulating downloads or purchases on my profile specifically to trigger these automated suspensions.​Standard support tickets often take an extremely long time to resolve, which is why I am turning to the community. Could a moderator or Adobe team member please take a look at this case, investigate potential outside interference, and help get my account permanently cleared and my payout released?

Hi Adobe Team and Community,My Contributor account was recently blocked due to a "Generative AI requirements violation." After reviewing the guidelines carefully, I realize I may have made unintentional mistakes during the submission process (such as incorrect metadata/tagging or submitting too many similar variations).I take full responsibility for this oversight. I am very willing to comply with all rules and clean up/delete non-compliant assets in my portfolio if given the chance.However, my main issue right now is that I cannot submit an appeal. About 20 hours ago, $14 from an unknown source was deposited.Since a single painting sometimes sold for more than $20, I thought a painting had sold for $14.However, since there were no updates regarding the image, I assumed the update was simply delayed for a while.Even now, twenty hours later, there has been no update on which painting was sold to add the $14.I have been tracking which paintings sold every day for over five years, and something like this has never happened before.I did wonder if I had only received $14 from the free collection selection, but it is still under review, and in previous years, I had earned over $300 annually.I'm really anxious and worried about account suspensions these days; I wonder what's going on.  

Hello everyone, I need some clarification regarding the Adobe Contributor Firefly bonus. My account was suspended for about 6–8 months due to a misunderstanding, but Adobe unblocked it a few months ago. Since then, my account has been active again and sales have been going well.My question is: Am I still eligible to receive the Firefly bonus even though my account was suspended during that period? Does Adobe consider the suspension period when deciding bonus eligibility, or is it based only on the current active status? Should I wait for the bonus today, or assume that I won’t be receiving it? My account was closed, and when I appealed, I was told it was due to having multiple accounts—even though I am certain I only have one. I have now submitted a new appeal; what should I do to get my account back?

When will the 2026 Firefly bonus be given to contributors?

Hello,I used to have a Fotolia contributor account and sold photographs through the platform. After Fotolia was discontinued and integrated into Adobe Stock, I lost access to my account.When I try to access or recover it, Adobe refuses my request. I have also tried to create a new contributor account, but I am told that I cannot have multiple accounts.Could someone please explain why I no longer have access to my former Fotolia account and advise me on how to recover it or transfer it to Adobe Stock?Thank you in advance for your help.

How much do they earn?

No Info on pictures.  In Instructions after uploading picture and filling out required fields it says to hit submit.  There is no submit on the page
