Substance 3D Assets and Community Assets

 I try to request a student license to use Substance, and I get an error message saying, "APO codes not available for this product" & "Please correct errors before summiting this form". What should I do? I need to install it for my class thank you and please help me 😞

I have Substance subscription and I`m downloading a lot of SBSAR materials, however recently I`ve tried to download model:https://substance3d.adobe.com/assets/allassets/ed4881756af1327d0243ac4999d3e8df31091732?q=sample&sort=-searchScoreAnd its not working through the app, while in browser I don`t have download button for it, only "Upgrade" which redirects me to the subscription plans

Hello, I have a question, I subscribed to Substance 3D for Students and Teachers plan but I can't download assets on Substance 3D Assets. Is it not included in the plan?

In creative cloud app, substance assets library, when i made a search with a keyword on a certain category, search made on all categories available which is not intended.For instance when i made a search with "duct" keyword on 3D with Surfaces/Plastic category selected; search made on every category available on 3D include 3d models(meshes) too. But i already selected "Surfaces/Plastic"tldr: search function in spesific categories doesnt work as intended. (Or it works but UX is so bad i havent find how to use it) 1.png shows selected categories and keyword2.png shows search result with filters are not working

Hi!I got free 6 months code from fab.com for Substance 3D Painter + Modeler. If i paint my 3D model with substance painter, is it legal to sell my 3D model in marketplace?

I have adobe Enterprise with a university can't download substance assets, Im login in etc. I thought I had access to assets if I had enterpirce ?

I received a 3-month subscription to the Adobe Substance 3D Collection as part of a promotion from Asus. Unfortunately, I cannot download Adobe Substance 3D Assets. Instead of the download button, I am directed to a subscription that I cannot complete as it says I have already purchased it. Download points are not available according to the advert.Is this intentional or an error? How can I get the relevant points? 

I am a student and already have a creative cloud subscription. Now I also have an Adobe Substance 3D Education subscription. I received the key via email and redeemed it. Both subscriptions are visible in my Adobe account, but I can't install any of the Substance products. Neither from the desktop app nor from the website. I can only test them or buy them. If  I click on "Download Substance 3D apps" from this site https://substance3d.adobe.com/education/  I am redirected to the page from which I can install the products. There I only see the Install button for 2-3 seconds and then the view changes to "Try and Buy". I can't install the products. Can it be that both subscriptions do not work with the same account? Anyone had the same error and was able to fix it?

I have downloaded 30 substance materials so far, not paying attention that there was a limit to how many you can dowload (new member). There are still a few more I need to download. but it says I need to "upgrade" to do so. I signed up for the additional service after clicking on upgrade yesterday, which I believe allows me to download 50 per month? anyway, after doing that, it still says that I need to upgrade. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance,Brian

I have bought annual subscription but I download assets

I recently switched from my personal plan to a school one provided for me that includes most apps. I'm working on a project in UE5 and Substance and there are a lot of textures I would like to use from the paid plans but I don't have an option to even purchase a different plan anymore to access the premium assets. How can I access the paid textures? Is there any way to purchase a-la-carte or supliment my school's plan? If I make another personal account it'll sign me out and my projects will be messed up.

Hi,I recently noticed when browsing assets on the store that the ability to right click on an asset and open it in a new tab has been removed. I have tried using multiple browsers and nothing works, making the site extremely time consuming to navigate.Yet if I go to the Community Assets store we can still right click and open in new tab.Can someone please the reason for this? The site was already lacking basic features such as being able to create favorites lists, or even mark an asset in any way so that we could easily view it later.

I am trying to sign up for the Substance 3D student trial, but get the error APO Codes not available for this Product on step two where it asks for my email and country. I can't seem to get through to support without an active account.

So I just subscribed to the Substance 3D Texturing plan, which comes with 100GB of cloud storage. When I tried saving my project on the cloud like I do with Ps or Ai, I can't find the option, and if I try to drag the .spp and drop it in a folder in my cloud, it says the filetype is not supported. It just doesn' make sense to me. Why would the plan come with 100GB of storage if you can't use it?Am I doing something wrong? 

Hello,I got a problem downloading some materials.The “Access denied! ... blah blh ” kept popping up, so I tried to solve it, but failed.Anyway, What I found out is all the material that I cannot download has an 'MDL' tag.Could you guys let me know the reason or solution?or these materials are not allowed to ordinary users? 

Hello,  Good time,I tried to download a model from your site. Although I have purchased the relevant plan, the system asks me to purchase the plan again and does not allow the download.Please advise how I can fix this problem. The details of the purchased plan and my account are as follows:
