In the Source Panel, the Maker function cannot be used on the Adjustment Layer via the Shortcut Key

@Kevin-Monahan sorry to tag you again.

I found Shortcut Key M does not work on the Adjustment Layer in the Source Panel . Clicking on the add Maker icon with the mouse works once, and then it never works again.
The same thing happens to Bars and Tone and Black Video in Source Panel.
Whether in the latest version of Premiere Pro 23.4 or 2023 and 2020

You can use the effect control window to do this. I don't know why it won't work in the source monitor.

@Sami Succar you cannot add markers in the effect control, but je can in the timeline or Program window.

I can reproduce this.

Use a kbsc to add markers.

I changed the M shortcut to a color marker.

If you open the adjustment layer in the source monitor, the shortcut does not create markers. Whereas if you open it in the source monitor, you can add the markers (using the shortcut) from the effect controls window.
