i am trying to upload my eps files as usual but today i got message says filename. eps couldn't be uploaded because it is not a valid file type.
I started working with Adobe Stock in February 2025, focusing on motion graphics and animation. Around 70-80% of my work was manual,AI did the remaining 20-30%. Both types of content generated good monthly sales, ranging from $480 to $700 USD.But my account got suspended in April 2026.(likely due to a few low-quality files I uploaded.)After taking a few days to reflect, I appealed the suspension but did not receive a response.Since then, I have submitted 3 to 5 more appeals over the past four months, yet I still haven't received any solid reply from Adobe. Why is this happening? Can I get my account back? Should I give up hope?
HiI sent some photos but they were rejected for quality issues but I don't understand why and how I can fix itI would like to know the problems and how fix it.I would attach some exemple in low resolution from Adobe.
Hello Adobe Team,I am experiencing an issue with my Adobe Stock Contributor account. My account displays the following message:"Submission limit reached. Either you have too much content pending moderation, or you've submitted the maximum weekly limit. You'll be able to submit more once pending items are moderated or your limit resets."I currently have only 1 file pending review, and my weekly submission limit should have reset today.Today I uploaded 39 images, but only 3 images were submitted. After that, the Submit button became disabled, and I started receiving the submission limit message.I have checked that my files have titles, categories, and keywords, so the issue does not appear to be related to missing metadata.I have also attached a screenshot showing that 36 files are ready to submit, but the Submit button is disabled because of the submission limit message.Could an Adobe employee please check whether there is an issue with my account or whether my submission limit has been
Hi All,Please help me understand the quality issues in my images, which are rejected.Regards
While uploading Vector File (eg. EPS) a warning message shows at the top saying file had upload errors. Here is a screenshot of the warning.I have communicated with my friends who are also a contributor, they all admitted that they faced similar issues while uploading files. And they couldn’t resolved it anyway.
What is the reason behind mass rejections lately? I’ve already fixed the quality and removed all the noise. The standard automated rejection messages Adobe Stock don't explain anything. Everything used to be fine before. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Hi everyone,I’m looking for some practical tips from experienced AI content creators regarding background and abstract image submissions.Recently, a high percentage of my AI-generated backgrounds are getting rejected under "Similar content in our collection", even when I use distinct prompts and follow the Distinct Content guidelines.Since background and abstract niches are quite saturated on Adobe Stock, I’d love to hear how successful AI creators manage this:* Variation: How much visual/compositional difference do you maintain between generated images before submitting?* Metadata: Do you notice if certain keyword patterns or repetitive titles trigger similarity filters?* Curation: What strategies or workflows do you use to select only the most distinct AI backgrounds from a batch?Any insights or workflow advice based on your personal experience would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
Hello Adobe Stock Team,One of my EPS files was rejected due to an intellectual property (IP) issue. I am not sure what caused the rejection, so I would really appreciate your guidance.I have attached the rejected EPS file. Could you please review it and let me know which part may have caused the IP concern? Your feedback will help me correct the file and avoid similar issues in future submissions.Thank you for your time and support.
I’ve had an image rejected for quality issues and could use some help seeing what I’m missing in my art or technical setup. The list below has the items I’ve checked. It does not contain raster elements I don’t use JPEG compression in the preview nor do I export to a JPEG I have organized the image in layers so it can be customized I didn’t outline the fonts, but that hasn’t been noted as a problem before I target 8K monitors so it is 7680x4320. I’ve had hundreds of images at this resolution accepted so I don’t think this it. Maybe they are watching this more closely? File is less than 1 MB in size. I do use swatches to designate cross-sections. Maybe I should expand these so they aren’t swatches?I’m a PhD student studying engineering and not a professional illustration. Maybe this is an aesthetic train wreck and I can’t see it. Should I rethink the artistic styling and colors?
It has now happened to me.Here is what happened and what you need to do if it happens to you.Day 1 12:33 pm I received an email stating that a recently approved photo was re-reviewed and then removed due to a “quality” rejection. Day 1 12:34 pm I received a second email stating that my account has been blocked for submitting content that violates Adobe Stock submission guidelines, or for activities that violate the Adobe Stock Contributor Terms, on the basis of internal review of your content and account.A logon attempt brought the following pop-up: I clicked on the “Contact us” link which displayed the following form where I could state my case in the provided textbox (remember that you are not logged in so you must add your contributor ID and email address): After submitting the form I was displayed the following message showing my case ID: I also received an email with a link to dispute the decision. I pressed the link and was redirected to the following form: I completed and submi
I got the message file upload error when I upload the AI format that create and export from Adobe illustrator iPad version. Is that an effect from last week issue with vector upload?Anyone got the same issue?

Hello Adobe Community and Staff,I am writing here to request urgent assistance regarding my Adobe Stock Contributor account (Screen Name: Surinder082), which was deactivated on November 13, 2025.I submitted a formal appeal and provided all the necessary clarification. My case was assigned Case ID: 00502862. The last email communication I had with the Contributor Support Team was on May 12, 2026. Since then, I have been patiently waiting for nearly three months without any update. My account was flagged due to a sudden, highly unusual spike in downloads on a single day. I have clearly stated in my appeal that I was a victim of a bot attack or third-party irregular activity. I did not purchase my own content, nor did I encourage anyone to do so. I am fully willing to cooperate, provide source files, and even forfeit the earnings generated by that specific irregular activity to prove my integrity.Could an Adobe staff member or moderator please help escalate Case ID 00502862 to the relevant
Hi everyone,I am writing here in hopes that a Staff Member or Moderator might be able to help escalate an open ticket. My Adobe Stock Contributor account was automatically blocked 3 weeks ago after an accidental brief VPN connection. I immediately reached out to support to explain the situation and clarify my identity/location, but I haven't received a reply or update since then.I completely respect the security procedures, but the long period of inactivity on my case is getting quite concerning regarding my account status and pending payout. Ticket / Case ID: ADB-46215823-G6N9 Status: Pending for 3 weeks Could one of the Adobe staff members here please pass this ticket number along to the Contributor/Compliance team for a quick status check? Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!Pascal
Hello,I am looking for assistance with Case 00526339. Back on July 2nd, I proactively reported a suspicious spike in downloads to ensure my account stays in good standing. Despite several follow-up messages and offering to have the suspicious funds deducted, I haven't received a response in 25 days.As an active contributor (recently included in the Top Sellers list for photos), I am currently unable to safely request a payout until this investigation is resolved.Could an Adobe Stock staff member please help me escalate this case? I just want to clear my balance and ensure everything is correct.Contributor ID: 206657208Case ID: 00526339Thank you in advance!
I am a long-time Adobe Stock Contributor with an established portfolio and images currently available for sale.I can no longer access my Contributor account because the email address associated with it was permanently discontinued by the email provider. The entire domain/email service was shut down, so the email address and inbox no longer exist.I contacted Adobe Customer Support, but they suggested creating a new account. This would not solve the problem because I need access to my existing Contributor portfolio, sales and earnings.I have also tried Adobe's account recovery using my current phone number, but it is not associated with the old account.I am happy to provide identification, tax/payment information, portfolio information or any other documentation necessary to prove ownership.Could an Adobe employee or Community Manager please help me escalate this to Contributor Relations for manual account recovery?Thank you.
Buongiorno, devo caricare delle liberatorie di Modelli. la foto è in revisione, non capisco come caricare la liberatoria collegata a una foto. non c’è nessun link.Grazie
Hi, I am trying to create a new Adobe Stock Contributor account, but I am unable to verify my Sri Lankan phone number (+94). I keep getting an error message and cannot receive the verification code. I don't have a paid subscription, so I can't reach live chat. Could you please manually verify my contributor account so I can start uploading?
Hi everyone,I’m reaching out to this community in hopes of getting some clarity regarding my contributor account, which was deactivated back on September 11, 2025.To be completely honest, I’m at a loss. My account was deactivated right after a spike in sales, and I never received any email explanation—checked my spam folder repeatedly, nothing. Here is what I’ve done so far: I contacted support through the form on my deactivated account page. I submitted a formal appeal (Case ID 00453399) on October 30, 2025. Since then, it has been over 7 months without a single update or response. I want to stress that I have always followed the rules: I have never uploaded AI-generated content, never used spammy keywords or excessive similarity, and I have never been involved in any fraudulent activity.I am currently working on other projects, but it is deeply painful to lose an account I put so much work into. I know that creating new support tickets is discouraged, so I am just sharing my story h
