Stock Contributors

Olá a todos, eu sou uma nova contribuidora no Adobe stock e uso principalmente o telemovel Redmi. Recentemente a totalidade das 27 fotos que enviei foram rejeitadas, devido a problemas de qualidade.  Sendo assim, gostaria que me pudessem dar a vossa opinião , o que devo corrigir.  Quais são as minhas falhas, nas imagens que aqui postar e quais os recursos que posso utilizar para melhorar as mesmas.? É possivel usar Upscayl ou Lightroom sem infringir o senso? Eu ponho muito do meu coração nas fotos , mas gostava muito de aprender ,  evoluir. Sou eu e o meu  telemovel Redmi .  Obrigada Rosa de Santa Teresinha Margarida Lilásameixeira em flormargarida ao solburnt orange rubber texture

I created an image using AI to help me solve my problem. I created the prompt that needed to create that image, but all my images were rejected as similar content.

Unfortunately, this image doesn't meet our quality standards so we can’t accept it into our collection.Why won’t they just put what the actual reason is?   Will you please review and let me know what is not meeting their quality standards?

After engaging on this forum and trying to be more selective in my uploads to avoid the dreaded “quality issues” quick rejection.  The result was one of my worst upload percentages yet in terms of what made it through.  For the first pic, I assume the power lines are a no-go.  Will any pic with power lines get rejected?For the second, is it a lighting issue?  white balance? Both were re-sized for upload

I uploaded my first batch of photos and they were denied for quality issues. I thought each was not over edited, focused, a quality image. I did use the denoise tool in Lightroom also. Any insight is appreciated. I would love for the denial to have more specific information…but I guess that would be too easy lol. Is it possible it is metadata included in my Lightroom export? This photo was rejected for “quality issues,” and I’d really appreciate honest feedback.I’m trying to understand what the main problem is: focus, lighting, exposure, print quality of the answer sheet, composition, or overall commercial value.The concept is an exam answer sheet with a pencil marking a multiple choice answer. I thought the idea was clear, but maybe the printed sheet looks too low quality or the image is not sharp enough.Is this something fixable in post, or not worth saving?This is a real photo, not AI-generated.Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hi everyone,I wanted to check if anyone else has recently experienced a noticeable drop in downloads and earnings on Adobe Stock.Over the past period, I’ve seen a significant decline in performance. What makes it more unusual is that my content on other platforms continues to perform at a similar level, without the same drop.In addition, my weekly ranking has changed quite a bit — it has gone from around the 700–800 range to approaching 2000 within a few months, which seems like a substantial shift.I also want to note that I’ve been consistently uploading and updating my portfolio on a daily basis, so there hasn’t been any slowdown in activity on my side.As far as I can tell, everything on my account appears normal, so I’m wondering if this could be related to general platform fluctuations, search ranking adjustments, or visibility changes rather than anything account-specific.I understand that ups and downs are part of the process, but the sudden nature of this decline made me curious

Hello everyone. I would like to share my experience.I have been an Adobe Stock contributor for several years, working hard and consistently uploading content until April 17th. On April 17th, my account was suddenly deactivated without any warnings or explanations. It simply said to contact support.Of course, I immediately reached out to support, but I only received an automated email with a ticket number. At the bottom of that email, there was a link to submit an appeal. I submitted the appeal, but here is the issue: while a regular support request at least gives you a ticket number (so you know it’s in the system), the appeal process provides absolutely nothing. No confirmation, no tracking number. I don't even know if I submitted it correctly, if I need to do something else, or if I just need to wait. I don't have my account deactivated every day, so I simply don't know these nuances.If someone had reached out to ask for clarification or requested that I change something in my workfl

However, shortly after updating it, my downloads and earnings suddenly dropped to zero.My account otherwise seems normal: Portfolio is publicly visible Files are searchable No warning or suspension emails No account restriction messages I’m trying to understand whether this is just a temporary sales fluctuation/search ranking issue, or if tax updates can sometimes trigger temporary review or delayed reporting.Has anyone experienced something similar after updating tax information? I’m Shamima from Bangladesh, and I’ve been trying for over 6 days to verify my phone number on my Adobe account ([Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]) to complete my registration as an Adobe Stock Contributor. Unfortunately, I keep getting the same error message: “An error occurred while performing this action.” I’ve followed every possible troubleshooting step on my end, including all the recommendations I received from AdobeCare via X (Twitter). Here’s everything I’ve tried so far: 1. Used multiple devices — desktop, laptop, and smartphone. 2. Tested in different browsers — Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. 3. I wanted to update and edit the keywords on many photo I have.  However you guys make us edit or add one buy one on the edit keyword window instead of letting us enter or paste a large amount of of keywords at once.  This makes the job very long and difficult.

This photo was recently denied for quality issues despite it being one of my sharpest and most detailed submissions (had to reduce size for this post, the original size is 16.1mb). Can anyone provide any insight as to what I can change to get shots like these approved in the future?

There are many videos of the Rialto Bridge in Venice online,  yet my video files keep getting rejected as intellectual property refusal. There used to be a list id which "Landmarks" are accepatable or not . I cannot find this anymore ????

It is our first time using Skrill. What about adobe helping me roll-back my balance in Skrill, back into our accounts? because they restrict us before withdraw to our local-bank account of Indonesia.It got balance after withdrawal from adobe contributor earnings.My email account on contributor.stock.adobe,com is Skrill account we use to withdrawal is  Need your help, and will wait from finance customer services of Adobe. Thank you.
