Hi Oliver, We apologize for the inconvenience caused. As per the issue description, you are not able to install the Acrobat Pro DC as the installation gets stuck at 42%, Is that correct ? Please try following troubleshooting steps: For windows: * Use Adobe Reader and Acrobat cleaner tool to remove any leftover files of Acrobat from previous installaion. Link: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html * Reboot the machine, and reinstall Acrobat Pro DC from the link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html * During installation, please choose Start trial, and finish the installation. * Sign in with your Adobe ID and password to activate the license on the computer. For Mac: Step 1: *Right click on the Finder icon on dock and select "Go-To Folder" option. * You will get a text box, type-in below mentioned command and then hit 'Return' key. /tmp * It will open tmp folder. * Delete all contents present inside tmp folder. Step 2: Launch Activity Monitor and "Force Quit" all the process related to Adobe like Creative Cloud, CoreSync, AAMupdater, AAMupdater notifier, Adobe Crash demon , Install, Setup , Safari , SafariNotificationAgent..............etc from Activity monitor. Step 3: Navigate to Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers. Open Adobe Installers folder and if present remove any Acrobat application installed. * Reboot the machine, and reinstall Acrobat Pro DC from the link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html * During installation, please choose Start trial, and finish the installation. * Sign in with your Adobe ID and password to activate the license on the computer.
