Hi Thanks for reporting the issue. We are able to reproduce it at our end. Since there are no major issues/crashes and there are easy workarounds available to get around the spinning wheel cursor issue: Either close the Word application itself instead of closing just the document (or) Move the cursor anywhere outside the Word document pane. Hi Sorry for the inconvenience. PDF creation via Acrobat on Windows offers many advanced settings. These settings are not available on Mac OS. So this is expected behavior. Advanced Settings button will appear disabled on Mac as the settings available on Windows are not available for Mac version. Thanks Tanvi

Yes it is a known issue with Sharepoint sites. It doesn't happen with other Internet sites. Only the visible part of the web page gets converted. You can try fitting the web page to the browser window and then converting it to PDF. Thanks Tanvi

That's expected behavior. Chrome extension for Acrobat XI is not able to convert web pages that require login credentials. So you would be getting either the login page or home page converted when you give such web sites for conversion. Ideally the behavior from Chrome extension for Acrobat XI would be same as that when you create PDF from within Acrobat via File > Create PDF From Web page workflow. Thanks Tanvi

Hi Chrome extension for Reader helps you to view online PDFs in Reader. You can try going to a url that opens PDF in Chrome and then click on the Chrome extension to download and open the PDF in Reader. Thanks Tanvi

Hi Donald Currently there is no Reader that is compatible with Chrome extension. You would need to uninstall Acrobat X to be able to use Acrobat XI o your computer. Thanks Tanvi

Hi Tanner The Create PDF extension for Chrome works only with Adobe Acrobat XI and above. It doesn't work with Reader. So you would need to purchase Acrobat XI or Acrobat DC to be able to use it. Thanks Tanvi

Thanks Thomas. Like I said in my previous post, Batch Create option is a Pro only feature. This is not available in Acrobat Standard. You will need to upgrade to Acrobat Pro to be able to use it. Thanks Tanvi

Hi Suzanne 1. Acrobat 11.0.18 works fine with Office 2013. 2. You can only create a PDF file of the email with attachments embedded as links (without converting them to PDF). If you are trying to create a single PDF file where all attachments also appear as PDF pages and not links - a single combined PDF. That's not possible with any version of Acrobat. So either you would have to do it manually or create some script to do that. Thanks Tanvi

As a workaround, you can create PDF from some Office file or web page from Acrobat via File > Create > PDF From file before initiating conversion from Chrome or print to Adobe PDF Printer.
