Hi @smooth_Skyline0822,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble.
We are already aware of the issue, and the team is working on a fix.
We request your kind understanding and patience while the fix is released.
Regards, Souvik.

FWIW: Well, the Folder object bug should be fixed with InDesign 2025 version 20.2.0.36.
Had no chance to test it, because my InDesign 2025 is constantly crashing when I click the View menu in the GUI.
( with or without a document open )
Will try a new, clean install.

THANKS AGAIN! (I did upvote)... question. It works perfectly in Acrobat, but not within Outlook online (regular signture works, but not digital). I assume its a matter of Microsoft only creating a very basic preview of a pdf. Do you know of any work arounds? I tried googling this but not finding an exact solution.

I should add, that all the pages were scanned to 8.5x11, and when you change the page sizing the images detect the original image size and crop to that.

I tried to see if the dowload link for 25.0 they gave me still works and it does not. I think it was specific for my account. Try to reach out to them again. IDK if there are different centers for different times of day but I did the support a weekday evening around 530-600 PM EST.

"I wish Adobe would make a WYSWYG version of Illustrator then I'd be an instant web master "
I don't think that's what you meant. Illustrator is already WYSIWYG because it's a graphics editor.
Just so you understand, there is no tool in the world that can make you an instant web developer anymore than there is a tool that can make you an instant electrician or plumber. What you don't know would fill volumes of books and at least a 4 year college degree program to explain. Dreamweaver is a good tool but tools don't build websites, people do.
If you're really serious about doing this professionally, start studying UX/UI theory, HTML and its relationship to CSS, responsive layouts, client-side & server-side programming, safe practices, web accessibility, privacy regulations, the usage of frameworks, search engine optimization and much, much more...

hey there, what year is your machine? Anything older than a 2013 will not have the VRAM capabilities required for the Animated Zoom feature to function. I am currently struggling with that issue now. Recently bought a refurbished iMac and its too old that the function doesn't work. Animated Zoom requires 1GB of VRAM to function. 2012 machines and older will have 512MB of VRAM which cancels out that function even if its the most updated version of Creative Cloud. Open Adobe Illustrator > Preferences > Performance > GPU >> if "Animated Zoom" is greyed out and it says something similar to "it has been detected that you have less than the required VRAM it'll indicate 512MB or something like that. Making it impossible to resolve.

Yeah, this is an annoying evolution of the app, in my case Photoshop CC. I like to paste the actual filename I intend to export with as the name of the layers in my master template psd files... What you can do is get your filename in the clipboard and when you get to the save as dialogue right-click on the file name and select paste from there... that will paste your filename.

Without looking up anything I was able to create a ball that bounces in, rotates (on one axis) slows to a roll and comes to a stop. I'll jump into Adobe Tutorials today and follow your guidelines. The texture map was impossible to figure out just by fooling around, so I need to backup and learn this right. I've been doing animated gifs in photoshop and illustrator for 10 years so I have to clear my brain from flip-page style animation to this.

Hmmm... cool idea, if speed is the main intention - especially as you're creating and saving and editing and saving. That's a big time-saver idea! Of course, I also - in the end - want my full previews, etc, so for the final product, I'd do the full save. OTOH, since it IS during production time, it seems to me Monika's suggestion'd work too - as long as one turned on PDF compatibility for the end product. The only holdback seems to be that bug you mention about it maybe not working the first time...

so am I, 3 crashes in 12 hours all connected to gradient palette use. I've restarted, cleared all caches, deleted illustrator prefs etc. I have 44gb of ram on a mac pro tower/ssd and no other .ai issues. Going to turn off GPU and keep fingers crossed.

What makes the file so big? Simple: the placed images and the file format. And maybe you don't know how to handle that file format. EPS – the Zombie among file formats Why do you place a 2 MB PSD file? You won't need that file size in a business card. Scale it down to what is needed (300 ppi at whatever dimensions you use) Then when saving as EPS: save as EPS 3. There is no higher version. Saving to a higher version will embed all the content once again (as a fully editable AI file) And then: PSD files are optimized. To know the real file size, open it in Photoshop and read the real file size in the status bar. This is the file size that Illustrator will embed.

Hi, What happens when you simply drag the container(frame) blue lines without shift key? Are you able to crop then? You can also turn off hyphenation from paragraph panel as well in no document state. -Aman

Frequency would be in the 35 lines per inch area, you might push it to 55lpi, but that would be a very high mesh aluminum screen. Sent from my iPhone

Saving as PDF with the default settings will also include the Illustrator file (including all swatches, brushes, symbols, linked images and other stuff). That will more than double your PDF file.
