Team Projects

I was working within a team project yesterday and then the program crashed on me. When going back into Premiere and trying to open the Team Project again, it goes through the first few steps but then gets stuck on "Processing Loaded Assets" and never moves past it. I've tried loaded previous versions and it happens to. I've tried reverting to an older version of Premiere and it doesn't work either. And, I've also tried renaming the Team Projects Local Hub folder. None of this things have resolved the problem. Are there any other things I can try?

Hi! I keep getting this error when opening team project. I've tried going through the media browser route but it also just crashes, any thoughts or advice would be great!My PP version is up to date as well as my mac. I have also tried restarting. [Moderator note: moved to best forum.]

HiMy colleague and I occasionally work on the same premiere pro projects. We both access the adobe creative cloud through online company desktops (via Citrix) from home.Is it possible to work on the same project, (doesn’t need to be simultaneously), e.g., he opens the project and makes some edits, I log on later and continue where he left off, and so on? Currently we are working on seperate sections and then piecing it together; not a very good solution:(Can I for instance store the project and media in the cloud?ThanksThomas

I am worked as an AE on a feature documentary. We are using Team Projects to collaborate remotely.  As our project assets have grown and timelines have become more complex, our project load and share changes time has sky rocketed, and we are experiencing more frequent crashes. I am troubleshooting this issue, and am interested in exploring creating Linked Team Projects: https://helpx.adobe.com/team-projects/using/create-a-team-project.html#Creatingalinkedteamproject I have been struggling to find further documentation about this workflow beyond this brief mention, and am wondering if anyone has further experience to offer or can point me in the right direction to learn more. Or, if there are other solutions you would consider? Hello, Hoping someone can help us here. I'm editing a feature doc with my co-director using Team Projects, which has been good up to now for the most part. But at present on one of the two edits, we're unable to either 'update' or 'publish' any changes, and I'm effectly locked out. Both 'update' and 'publish' are in blue - so I'm able to select them, but when I do, the task dialogue window flashes open for a second only to diappear without completing the action. Yesterday an error with the project not updating a sequence has led to the project creating a several copies. This has that's happened several times before, but hasn't previously been a problem. It's quite urgent we get the project up and running again as we're approaching a deadline, but there doesn't seem to be any solution at this stage. We've tried the other Team Project users updating and reconciling, but nothing seems to work. Please help! Thank you  

When I launch Premiere Pro 2023, my recent team project does not appear.  I then click on Open Team Project, the welcome screen closes, and Premiere does not launch.  When I click Open Project, the welcome screen sometimes refreshes and shows my team project in the recent list.

Hallo zusammen,ich habe vor kurzem zum ersten Mal ein Teamprojekt in Premiere erstellt, kann die Projektdatei aber nicht finden. Nach einiger Recherche habe ich herausgefunden, dass sich die Teamprojektdatei in der Creative Cloud befindet. (Was ja auch irgendwo Sinn macht.) Aber in der Creative Cloud selbst ist auch keine Team-Projektdatei zu finden.Daher meine Frage: Gibt es keine Möglichkeit ein Teamprojekt als Datei zu bekommen, wie bei einem normalen Premiere Pro Projekt? Das wäre praktisch für Sicherheitskopien und Backups.Denn sollte die Creative Cloud aus irgendeinem Grund ausfallen, hat man so kein Backup parat. Mit freundlichen GrüßenPaul Weinhold

I just created my first AE Team Project and when I create a comp, add an object (I've tried shape layers, solids and text), the preview panel just greys out and nothing is shown. I popped back to a standard project and it worked just fine, re-opened the Team Project - same result, greyed out screen.

Hoping someone out there can shed some light. I have been using team projects ( shared with one other person who is the owner) and for the most part teams has been smooth. That is until we got to the sound mix and colour grading stage of our 30min documentary ( adding more fx) . These are the problems I keep having: 1. opening the project sometimes takes over 10 mins. 2. it goes from being smooth to editing to stalling. 3. the update and publish options vanish4. auto save stops working5. I have to keep reconnecing proxies I could go and on.  when it works it's great, when it doesn't we lose hours and hours of time.  I've tried everything; 1. Restarting everything, including the modem2. updating software3. deleting media cache files and other "fixes"  Any clues? Does team projects rely soly on internet connection? if so, how can i try editing a premier project file offline when i'm not the owner? Very frustrated,  Tha

Whenever an invite is sent for a new team project it results in an error sending message. I've ensured my students have their settings on collaboration, signed in on CC, and verified with the IT department that nothing on the school's end is blocking the invites and that the license is Enterprise. How can this be resolved? 

Hello, So in our company we are considering starting to use Adobe team projects for after effects. So I wanted to learn some basics of it.For a start where does the after effects project (The team project), where does it get saved. Like can we get the .aep file ? Or can we actually dictate the location as to where it gets saved and where the auto save folder is and all that. 

Is there a way to duplicate a team project? I built a glorious rig that I want to now use elsewhere -- but I can't import it into another project so I can pare away all the project specific stuff and make it re-usable.  On a related note, if I convert a team project does it remove the original in the cloud (i.e., is the local version a copy or the only version)? Thanks

I have been out for two weeeks - just turned on Premiere after and update and all my Teams projects are gone. Please help!!!

Long time Premiere Editor here and I finally have begun using the team projects feature as it is now a free part of CC instead of a paid add-on. My team decided to give it a go for a 90 min project between myself and two other editors. We are all remote and this seemed like a good use case. From what I've read its mostly reccomended for editors working on something around ~30 min long, so I'm still a bit wary of trying this on a huge project. Productions wasn't really a good fit since we don't have reliable shared storage and swapping project files around seemed like a lot of overhead.  Was wondering if anyone could share their expeirence with Team Projects and any pitfalls or suggestions they might have for using the feature. I created a team project for a video and the other collaborator on the team has all of the same media downloaded on her computer. I'm publishing my changes as I go, but when she opens the project, she has an empty timeline even though the media I've imported is there. Are we missing a step on either end? Is there a different way she should be opening the project or a way to see the content I've produced so far? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi! I'm a teacher at a university and I have a couple of courses on distance, which means I can rarely see the students progress during a project without screen sharing or such. I hoped that Team projects would be a perfect solution, but I can't even set it up to work with a collegue at campus. We are on the same network with shared folders. What am I doing wrong here? The Creative Cloud Files folder, aint that supposed to be shared aswell, for just this purpose? I've tried making both Copies and Proxies of the files, none are working. The project itself works fine sharing, but its the files that is lost. If I am going to do this with my students, it has to be extremely easy to set up, if it requires the student to set up a folder system with correct permissions and such, it's just not doable. Which would be a shame from a teaching perspective.

Somehow I have been disconnected from Team Projects, lost ownership and collaboration permissions to the project, and the team project won't stop duplicating and saving locally creating hundreds of duplicates. I have the ability to archive and delete the duplicated projects but I cannot delete the original "master". Please help me remove the project. I am collaborating with a client on a team project and when I open the project I receive a error dialog box,"There was an error opening the TeamProject Error -1609629695. Do you want to open the provious auto-saved version instead".It will never allow me to open a previous version and cycles back to this dialog box.

Hello,   +1,000 bonus points to anyone who figures this out, I will try to make this post clear and efficient.  Computer specs atached below.   - We are cutting a feature length documentary film in Adobe Premiere for Teams. - 265 days of footage, over 30,000 assets in the project, yes I know wer're running it at limit. - We ingesteed everything initially as source footage and generated proxies during that workflow.    - All proxies are store seperately on a proxy raid, they have the same folder structure as source drives, they have the same names as all source media with an additional "_proxy" at the end - All proxies were made as 1080p ProRes 422 LT - Source drives are never connected to any edit machine, pure proxy workflow - There are a total of 5 users with access to the project file, each has a mirrored proxy raid   - We initially built the project in Adobe Premiere 2022 in February of 2022. - We in December were having significat issues publishing an

Does Team Projects allow me to share a project across muliple computers with a single Adobe account? I am using a single student Creative Cloud Account and attempting to work on one project on multiple computers. I have a project that I would like to work on both at school and at home, I descovered Team Projects but do not know if it applies to my situation. Thanks.

Been working on an edit using Team Projects and it randomly stopped working and says Media Pending for everyone working on the edit. Currently we can't do anything in the timeline. 

Hi all, Can you import a team project from Premiere Pro into After Effect? How do you link one with the other, as there is no .prproj file?What would be the best solution for you to collaborate with team member on a Premiere file and have that file imported into After Effect?Thank you in advanceThomas

I seems to have found a new bug in 23.2.0 while using Teams. I've tried uninstalling/re-installing clean and nothing seems to fix this problem. Every time I receive changes from a team member via the Update button,  Premiere crashes.  

HolaTengo la licencia de estudiantes, y he visto que es posbible trabajar en proyectos de equipo bajo esta licencia. sim embargo, cuando intento hacerlo suceden una serie de errores o situaciones raras. La primera, que a mi compañera le llega la invitacio a creative clod pero no a premiere, no le aparece el proyecto.La segunda que si ella me invita a hacer un proyecto a mi, simplemente no llega la notificacion por ningun medio.Y por ultimo, a ella le notifica cuando yo subo actualizaciones, pero de nueva cuenta, no los puede ver. Quisiera saber posibles soluciones o fuentes al problema.
