Everytime my coworker and I share a team project, it shows up in the window for invites, but when I click on it, it says "Your collaboration invitation could not be found. It may have already been accepted, expired, or revoked by the sender" - Unless it's expiring right away, it keeps glitching. We can access past projects we've collaborated on, we just can't make any new team projects in Premiere Pro. It's not our work firewalls because I tried the same thing on my personal computer and got the same error.
Hey all. New to the group. Long time Premiere editor of documentaries. So I've got a serious dilemma with my new project. I'm co-editing a lots-of-footage documentary with another editor on the other side of the country. He and I have done this before on other films, but we encountered lots of 'bloating' of the project as we sent each other project files, made changes, sent them back to the other, etc. The project file (and bin systems, with duplicate files) grew and grew until the project itself was too unwieldy to handle. It got really slow, choked up, etc. You know the deal.So...with this new project, we decided to try Team Projects in Premiere. It seemed like the perfect solution. We set it up and and cloned our hard drives and started early editing and things were going well until we hit the "auto-save" issue/error. Basically, you suddenly get an error saying "You haven't auto-saved in over 5 minutes." Well, long story short, auto-save is how the project gets saved in Team Project
Hi All!A colleague and I are trying to collaborate on Premiere Pro. We followed all of the instructions as far as Share My Changes/Get Latest Changes. I uploaded a file into my media bin and my colleague was able to see it. However, I added a clip to my timeline and she was unable to see it. In addition, I found out that she had 2 clips on her timeline but I was unable to see her clips. No matter how many times we made changes and "shared my changes" and "got the latest changes," the only updates we saw were any files uploaded into the media bin. Any advice is much appreciated!
I've been working with a remote client now for a few weeks using Team Projects. However, in the past 2 days I've been getting this errror message (attached below) when I try to open it. I click on 'Open' to go to a previous version autosave and get the same message. I get stuck in this loop for hours and eventually it just seems to give up.So, I tried to start a new Team Project, copy over the files from the Media Browser Previous Versions, and then try again. I then open up that New Team Project and I get the same error message.I haven't found anything online about this opening error code: -1609629695Really need to get this resolved soon.
I am working on Premiere 22.1.2 Myself an a co-worker have our own adobe accounts, both with their own teams functionality. We have been collaborating together on a premiere pro project for months now. One day my co-worker opened premiere to find that the teams project had disappeared from his 'open teams project' window. I, as owner of the project, still have access. When opening it from my account, his name has disappeared from the 'collaborators' list. When trying to re-invite him to the project, premiere gives me an error message saying that he is 'already invited' however his email has disappeared from the list of collaborators. We have tried converting the project to a regular premiere project, and then back to a teams project again. Then I was able to re-invite him. It worked briefly before the same error occured and he spontaneously lost access once again. We would appreciate any help. [Moderator note: moved to best forum.]
We have recently unified our license to one 'top' email, whereas the only way we can access Adobe software with out individual company emails is by now selecting 'Business Profile' - where the top email license is fed to the smaller emails. Prior to this, we have all used 'Personal Profile' - all of our cloud data and Premiere Pro team projects are stored on these personal profiles, we have no access to anything when logging into the business profile, which is a huge issue we need to resolve immediately. Is it possible to transfer all cloud data from the personal profiles to business profiles - or alternatively just allow the personal profiles to also recieve the licnese from the main company email? Any help would be greatly appreciated, we are approaching deadlines on a huge edit and currently cannot work.
I have premiere fully updated. [Moderator note: moved to appropriate forum.]
I'm on a documentary with - 1 Assistant Editor- 2 Editors- 2 Producers We're trying to figure out if Teams or Shard Projects are best for us, but need to know if we all need to be running the same version of Premiere Pro. My gut tells me yes (seeing as earlier versions of PP can't readily open projects from later versions), but I can't find any confirmation of this. TIA!
Hello.I want to know definitively if two people can collaborate on an Audition project, at the same time, where each person can see what the other person is doing, in real time. Can this be accomplished in Teams?Thank you,Shawn Boyd
Hi There,I have a big problem because I must finalize the work for the client today and all seem to be lost.I don’t now why, but the project is a TEAM project - not a normal Adobe Premiere Pro project.I did make everything ready in many hours of work and after savin now all is just empty – no timeline nothing. PLEASE HELP,Thanks,Dirk
I'm working on a premiere teams project with about 3000 assests. A few times now, the project has opened an empty project. The empty project has no bins, no timelines, no media - everything is empty. When opening the project this Error code "-1609826100" appears and asks to open a previous version. The version that opens is empty. The work around is to have a collaborator "save as" and then re-shares the project. It works for a few days then the problem reappears again.
So I just had the worst phone experience with an Adobe support person, I almost called him a specialist but no. But I digress.....I have been away from Adobe a few years, and I have never actually used teams. From the videos I watched, all I needed to do was start a team project and we all can work. Wait...though I wanted to transfer my current project to a team project. Almost out of time I started a support chat season. The other guy showed me how to convert to a team project, I said great so I can access the project from my laptop, we are golden. So I asked, everything is available, just open the team project and I'll have access to everything else. His answer yes. Apparently not, as I can see where the edit marks are, the clip shadows but no media. To day I call and talk to a guy I think is in India who basically is telling me again how to make a team project, no I said how do I get the data files avaible to other members. He says whe
Recently when I went to get the latest changes on a teams project, all the audio under a sequence that my partner was working on got distorted. There is now a crazy buzzing sound that stays at max volume no matter how much I lower it on my computer. It's not like normal static within an audio file. On her end, she says that she heard it, but after playing the sequence all the way through it went away. Does anyone know what this is from or how to fix it?
I worked on a team project for a few weeks and then today premiere can't open that team project. While opening the team project splash screen, the process hold on - at Process loading Asset... statemant. I try something for recovery, but I can't success. I created new team project and then I opened media browser and I tried import some part of team project that I want recover. But it is not worked. When I say import any sequences it doesn't happened. If you have some solution idea to recover my team project I would be grateful. I am going to wait your offers. Thanks. Korhan [Moderator note: moved to appropriate forum.]
Edit > Team Projects > Entire section is grey I am not the creator of this file, It was emailed to me. Does this make a difference? The file also will not let me add any of the comps to a Premiere team project. It says "failed to connect to After Effects dynamic link"
I have an Adobe Team project that was created and edited in computer A. I now open the Adobe Team project in computer B (of course, knowing that I'll need to do the new mapping for this computer) but as soon as I open it I get the regular "link media" message (photo attached). Are we now suppose to map/link Adobe Team media the same way we do it in a regular project?I clicked on "offline all" and I went to Edit > Team Project > Media Management but it when I designate the new path, it doesn't connect. Help please. I never fully understood "Media Management" for Team Projects. How deep into the path do I need to go to map the media to the new computer? Do I needd to map each signle file or just by mapping the first folder in common is enough? Thank you, [Moderator note: moved to appropriate forum.]
first off, both of us have the updated premiere and everything. we've both used teams successfully before. for some reason wheneever he tries to invite me to a teams project, when i click accept it just blinks and sits in my invites. i've tried to accept via the creative cloud notification, i've tried to accept within premiere itself. they only thing i can do is decline (so the invite notification goes away). however, sometimes i AM able to convert current project into a teams project and invite him and that works. but it's annoying that my program does not let me accept invites.... it used to...
While working in a Team Project in Premiere the application "stopped responding" then Windows had locked up so I restarted via the button on my computer tower. After starting Premiere back up the Team Project is no longer in the Team Projects menu on launch or in the "Recents" menu. All the previous Team Projects are there except this one?Any help or advice on hiw to resolve this would be appreciated.
I have been subsecribe with adobe cc and with some else pragrammesMay I lose thim or not?
Hello, A partner and I are working on a team project, and this is the second time we have run into this issue. After I save the project and shar my changes with her, everything comes through, except the project no longer has any of its separate components, it just shows up as one big block of video. Thkis makes it extremely difficult to add further edit to the video because everything has to be reseparated. This is only the second time out of many this has happened, but it is two times in two weeks so for some reason it is becoming a reoccuring issue: Here is a picture of my end hf [Moderator note: moved to appropriate forum.] Here is a picture of her end of the exact same video Any advice helps. Thank you
I have a team project open in Premiere. I choose a clip and "Replace with After Effects Comp" which launches a Team AE. project. When I created my comps intially and go back to Premiere everything was fine. Now I've repeated the process and at the same time made an adjustment to the intitial comp but when I go back to Premiere the dynamic linked comp says "Media Pending" and the comp in my project window has a red line through it. How can I relink the comp since it is a team project?
I am getting an "Unknown Exception" when trying to restore After Effects composition Auto Saves from within the Team Project media browser panel. I was on 17.5.1 and upgraded to 17.7.0, no difference. I am getting the same thing on a 2016 Macbook Pro running Catalina and a PC running Windows 10. All the media and folders necessary for the composition I am trying to restore import (duplicating files already in the proejct) but the composition itself needed to be restored never comes in. I have tried various saves throughout the history, and have tried to restore in various projects and older versions of AE, but this error persists. Very important to be able to access these saves or will have lost work. Thank you for your help. (originally posted in the AE community, thought this would be a better fit)
I'm trying out teams with a client for the first time. Have been very wary of saving any changes I make to the project before sharing. I shared and they made one small change. Now I can not get 6 hours of work back. I'm pretty sure its there somewhere but operating in the 'cloud' is not intuitive and a google search for where CC auto saves gives me this result "On the Mac, the local Team Project copies are stored in subdirectories of ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Team Projects Local Hub." and that path just doesn't exist on my computer. any help would be appreciated.
Hi there, I just opened a team project, one that isn't shared yet. When I opened Premiere Pro, the version updated and now I have lost my project... I can't find anything in the version history... I've rolled back to the earlier version and still nothing. This is hours and hours of work. What can I do to recover it? [Moderator note: moved to best forum.]
I am working using a Teams project and need to transcode all media on ingest to remote storage. When I create my ingest preset in media encoder and open ingest settings within the teams project, it will not let me open the ingest preset as a transcode only. It automatically reverts to create proxy, or copy and create proxy. I just want to transcode using my own ingest preset, not create proxies. Does anyone know the trick with this? Thanks, Ben [Moderator note: moved to appropriate forum.]
