Adobe Connect v2025.9.15Automatic Revocation of Enhanced Rights in Breakout Rooms TL:DR: When sending attendees to breakout rooms they are automatically assigned enhanced rights.Is there any way to prevent this globally in adobe connect meetings? Background:We deliver online training via the system, and when in breakouts delegates only need to be able to:Use cameras Use microphones Use the chat box View the shared slidesAll of these functions are enabled globally once the broadcast starts.However, due to enhanced rights once in the breakout rooms delegates can now advance the slides forwards, view the slide notes, delete shared content, share screens, and make other changes to the function of the breakout room, which often causes issues due to the “big red button” effect.  Question:Is it possible to disable all enhanced rights for delates automatically for breakout rooms, only allowing them to use the functions listed above.Or is there any way I can raise a suggested feature ticket to

the page numbering was fine up until page 100. As I neared that page in my document I had to eliminate 2 pages. After that the page numbers on the right side of facing pages doubled and blurred. How do I fix that? 

Hi Adobe Team and Community,I’d like to suggest a workflow improvement for Adobe Illustrator. Whenever I edit text and select a font, then deselect and reselect the text to change the font again, the font dropdown always resets to the top of the list. It would be much more efficient if Illustrator could remember the last font position I used, so I don’t have to scroll from the top every time.This feature would save a lot of time for designers who work with many fonts. Please consider adding an option to preserve the font dropdown position when editing text.Thank you!

Hello, My phone model is Samsung A72. Until a few days ago, I was able to join my class as an admin without any problem. We've been having issues while trying to share screen via Adobe Connect desktop application.I select one screen and Adobe shares different screen, not the one that I've chosen.If I try to share the other screen - share pod is completely black and it only has a small wheel spinning in the middle, but nothing happens and I can't share the chosen screen. Does anyone have the same problem or solution for this?

Hello,     I've been asked by a vendor to download Adobe Connect in order to have a meeting in which he wants to show me screen images. He does not need me to share my screen with him. He has given me the URL www.adobe.com/go/Connectsetup to download the software.     I checked the main webpage for Adobe Connect, and it says, "There's nothing for participants to install or configure, Adobe Connect works in any modern browser."     I found the page that provides the above "Connectsetup" link, and it says, "The Adobe Connect meeting application is required to join, present or host a meeting if you do not have Adobe Flash Player installed or to share your screen in an Adobe Connect meeting."     So one page tells me that "There's nothing for participants to install," while another page tells me that I need to install Connect if I don't have Flash. Whenever we try to draw on a PDF file in Adobe Connect, the screen "glitches" and moves to a random page as opposed to the one we want to draw on, meaning we have to fidget around and figure out where we were in the first place. Is there any fix to this?

My Adobe Connect app (for Windows) updated this afternoon, and I notice that now, when I share my screen, the Applications tab has disappeared and the Windows tab doesn't have the option to share more than one window at a time (as the checkboxes have been replaced by radio buttons).I looked at the admin settings, and "Restrict screen sharing to specific processes" is not ticked.I'm finding this rather inconvenient as I used share multiple applications pretty-much every meeting.  Is there a setting somewhere that would enable me to share multiple applications at the same time?

Question please.Are there plans to introduce a second camera stream to adobe connect rooms?The desire is to enable one camera to be in the participant main area and another in the host /presenter area.Two camera pods would enable a host to make themselves visible in the partipant space but cameras for participants only visible in the host/preswenter area unless moved into the main room. Thank you

We are sharing a PDF and some pages need to be rotated horizontally from portrait. When we try to use the pen tool to draw on the PDF, it automatically switches the horizontal view to portrait. Is there any way to stop this from happening?

Is there a keyboard shortcut to create the "Go Full Screen" icon? I'd like to be able to send an email to a user with an icon of that button, to make it clear what I'm referring to when I say "click on the "Go Full Screen" button.Thanks

Hello, As an admin for our institution, I can go in on the backend and see active meetings.  We have a meeting that wont shut down despite clicking "End session for all" in the meeting.  Is there a way for me to kill the meeting on the backend or do I have to contact support to do that? Thanks

Hi. When delivering training, I frequently use the screen sharing feature within AC to play videos with sound. However, since the most recent update to AC, sound will no longer share when screen sharing. Has anyone else had the same issue? Any idea how to resolve? I am using the AC desktop app. Ticking all the relevant boxes as I've always done to be able to do it. Help!

Hello, We have numerous scripts that we use to automate the process of creating/updating/deleting user accounts within Adobe Connect.  About a week ago, these scripts stopped working. We have always had CSRF Protection enabled for the XML API.  As part of our script logic, we would retrieve the CSRF token returned from the login action and pass it to the update actions.  This has worked well for the past few months.  But recently, the only way we are able to perform update actions is to either completely disable CSRF Protection or generate a URL that is exempt from CSRF Protection and use that for our API calls.  Did something change to how we are supposed to retrieve and use the CSRF token for update actions?
